My dolphin excursion was canceled due to weather by the company and I’m trying to get my refund back. How do I go about contacting someone from Tripadvisor for that?

Absolutely wonderful start to finish! Early morning 7:30am start had calm waters and great visibility the day we went in August! The crew was welcoming and helpful to make the experience perfect! We got to swim with so many dolphins I couldn’t believe it, snorkeled with lots of fish and turtles, with option for waterside from the boat while I opted to continue snorkeling. Lunch provided on the way back was filling and easy to eat as we cruised back to the harbor. We even spotted dolphins on the way back and Stef was awesome enough to stop so we could watch them jump out of the water so high as we all cheered! The whole trip was very relaxed with plenty of space on the boat to move around and see everything that was happening. We saw what felt like hundreds of dolphins from the boat very close and in the water to enjoy them playing and swimming together as we observed them from a safe distance. I felt safe and had a blast on this tour. I will definitely book again and bring friends next time they visit Oahu. Our boat was operated by Stef, Koa, Ryan, Yuji, Keona, and Jess! Highly Recommend!!! 🤩

Outstanding experience. In all My years of dolphin watching this one delivers! I saw more dolphins than ever before. We saw not one die use, but four species, which is highly unusual. The crew were so excited that they extended the tour for an hour! And gave us not two but three times to hop into the ocean and see the dolphins up close. The crew accompanied us in the water and kept a watchful eye on everybody and offered assistance to anybody that needed it by approaching the guest directly. We also had fun on the water slide and raft. Snorkeling, too, but we opted instead for another dive to swim with the dolphins. The crew was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very safety conscious. I highly recommend Iruka! And, perchance you don’t see a dolphin you can book another encounter for half-price! Also, on all future trips, forever, you will get a 20% discount; Lunch and soft drinks included. Highly recommended this experience and crew! None better.

Truly a one-of-a-kind experience that we will never forget! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their positive energy and genuine hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The experience itself was absolutely amazing, with beautiful scenery and unforgettable moments that we’ll be talking about for years to come. The crew did a fantastic job making everyone feel comfortable while creating a fun and memorable adventure. And the lunch was delicious—a perfect addition to an already incredible day! We saw 4 species of dolphins on our trip. Swam with 2 species! We also saw a sea turtle and monk seal! The crew was friendly and super outgoing. They made the whole experience so amazing! Our captain was Stef and first mate Koa were so knowledgeable and friendly! Yuya explained everything so well that we felt very prepared. Madi, Sarah, Keona, Lucas and Mito were so encouraging to my nervous 9 and 11 year olds. They all were their biggest cheerleaders and so accommodating and were so willing to answer all of their many many questions. Description of tour says only 2 chances to swim with dolphins but the crew is so invested in our experience they let us go out a 3rd time!! We were almost at full capacity but the boat was big and everyone was spread out between the two decks. For sure recommend doing the morning tour even though it is very early! Sandwiches were delicious! Even my picky 9 year old ate the whole thing! Could not recommend this adventure enough!

I loved the experience of swimming in the ocean snorkeling for dolphins, turtles and other sea life.

We were so excited to have this fantastic experience! We booked an excursion not realizing that it would take up most of our day. We were picked up near our hotel at 9:30 for our 11:30 tour. It took about 45 minutes to pick up everybody else, and then another 45 or so to drive to the marina on the west side of Oahu. We saw our first turtle at the marina itself, and a couple of others swimming near the boat once we were underway. The friendly crew started us off with a traditional chant and offering for safety at sea. While the goal of the tour was to see dolphins, we unexpectedly found a whale shark first! Apparently this is extremely rare. The crew helped people get in snorkel gear quickly so we could swim with this magnificent creature. I had some trouble in the water, but the crew quickly got me back to the boat safely and reassured me along the way. Next, it was off to find a pod of dolphins. We spotted many in a pod of spinner dolphins and they entertained us for a long while. Per the law, we were not allowed to swim with them. Finally, we returned closer to the marina where we anchored for a while. People went snorkeling, went down the water slide, and swam or played with the floating pad and paddle boards. As we returned to the marina, our turkey sandwiches were passed out along with potato chips. The bus ride back was shorter for us as we were dropped off first. It was a great day!

This is a must do trip. I have gone in December and recently in July. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. Even the photographer knows his stuff and his photos are amazing. Highly recommend purchasing the photo package as it is worth it. Just hang out close to him and he will get tons of shots for you. We were able to find two locations both times to swim with the dolphins. We also saw TONS of spinner dolphins (you don’t swim with them). The snorkel spots are good and place the good place to swim, snorkel, and relax a bit. You must try the slide too. Super fun. Have a great time even if you stayed on the boat you would enjoy.

Fantastic trip! We saw spinner dolphins immediately and then swam super close to pilot whales/dolphins including some babies. Captain Stef was fantastic, as was First Mate Tim, Olivia, Kei, Travis and photographer Bryan. I felt safe all around and had a blast!

Iruka Dolphin Swim was an excellent open water snorkel with dolphins in the wild. We saw many dolphins and had time to do four “drops” into the water because there were so many dolphins to see which surrounded the boat. Ryan, Madi, Steph and crew big thanks for making it a day our family will never forget. I suggest travellers skip the turtle canyon snorkel and just do this one instead. Well worth it. Amazing tour!!! This tour was FUN! You don't want to miss out on this group. The Captain, Stef, and his crew; first mate, Koa; Deck crew--Keona, Travis, Ryan, Yuji; and on photos Yuya made the entire 3 hours pass by, very quickly, with their encouragement, energy, and gratitude. The crew is dedicated to make sure you have a memorable experience and will do everything they can to ensure, when you go home, you will be talking about it for a LONG time. I can't thank them enough for making my first full day in Hawaii was heartfelt. Engage with them, it will make your experience even better.

I had the most wonderful experience! The staff was just incredible, every single one. They were gracious, kind and enthusiastic. The experience in itself was so unique, felt very “Hawaii”. This experience was absolutely wonderful! My amazing daughter requested something with dolphins and we found this trip as an option. Seeing dolphins was not a guarantee , as we learned on the ship, but we did see an amazing show of spinner dolphins playing with us and it was so fun to watch them. We wish we could have gotten in the water with them but it was too shallow in this location. Nonetheless it was still an extremely enjoyable experience! The snorkeling was crystal clear and it was super fun to go down the waterslide. Our crew members, Tim and Lucas, kept us entertained while going to and from harbor and they also answered any questions we had. Our captain, Shanti, was also wonderful. I would love to do this again, as would my daughter, and we highly recommend this experience to anyone interested.

Captain Stef was extremely knowledgeable about finding the dolphins for us all to jump off the boat and snorkel& swim near the WILD Dolphins… this was seriously the most action packed adventure, 100% worth the money spent, I would hands-down book swim and snorkel with the dolphins with this crew over and over again! The rest of the crew were extremely friendly, helpful & knew exactly how to make this a memorable experience for everyone whether you jumped off the boat or not. I cannot stop bragging about this being one of the best experiences I was able to share with my children and my husband —And we will be talking about it for years to come. We spent five days in Hawaii, and we booked this experience for an early Wednesday morning. Out of ALL the activities we booked through out our stay (and we booked a lot!) —this was my favorite activity, for the amount of money that we spent. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! it was a good experience, although we didn't get to swim with the Dolphins... however, my only complaint is I paid the money to get pictures and have yet to receive any pictures. The staff was very nice though.

Just book it. Words are not enough to describe this experience, you just have to do it! We thought we would just see a few dolphins… Swimming with so many dolphins was not something I expected! It was such an unforgettable day! Captain Shanti, Koa, Keona, Amelie, Ryan, Wylie and Kei were a well oiled machine and very informative! And Jess’ photos were breathtaking! Buy them!

I would tell anyone that this is definitely a trip worth paying for! We got picked up at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and then traveled to the West Shore by bus for about an hour. You take your shoes off before getting on the boat and can sit either downstairs or upstairs. It’s a lot rockier upstairs so I suggest for those that get seasick to sit downstairs. You can see anything the crew spot from either levels. We were incredibly lucky and saw 2-3 pods of dolphins as soon as the boat left the dock. Once out in deep water, we saw quite a few pods again. We then went to the shallow waters for some snorkeling to see turtles and fish. No turtles for us but we did see a manta ray. The crew were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Minako. Words of caution - you need to know how or at least look up the basics on how we to snorkel before going on the trip. Even though the crew said they’d teach you, they don’t have a lot of time or are focused on other things. Minako was great in helping my 7 year old in the shallow water; he was so scared and nauseous during the trip he didn’t go into the water until she helped guide him to the floating mat. Travis was equally amazing by letting him go on the paddle board with him. All in all, well worth the time, money and seasickness!

It was a lovely trip to find and watch the dolphin. The staffs ( captain Jef, Sarah, Tim and Bryan) were super friendly and helpful, they made sure that it would be safe and everyone have a comfortable time. We did see waves of dolphins far and near ( 2 types of dolphins included). And they are a wonderful experience. The last dive also include some turtles. I dotted down one star cause this might be out of control of the crew. The weather was too windy and not peaceful so the sknokel time was very limited. Me and my boyfriend vadely see a dolphin when sknokeled which was quite dissappointed cause we expected to be able to actually swim with the dolphins. Also there were around 17 people on the boat which makes the sknokle very crowded, easily bumped to one another and I definitely see majority feet instead of the animals. The boat is roomie, I suggest bring some food ( even instant noodle since they have hot water) sandwich was alright. There were hot chocolate, tea and some lemonade. Also checking the weather to book the tour, they will sail but of course not guarantee the experience you would have so gotta do our own due diligence. For the tour I have, better to just view the dolphins from the boat than having the swimming.

This was one of the most beautiful and special experiences we’ve ever had. The whole crew was amazing from beginning to end. Captain Peter was confident, calm, and made us feel completely safe. Tim, the first mate, was professional, kind, and super attentive. Amelie was truly special. She was incredibly generous and caring with my pregnant wife, and that meant so much to us. We will never forget her kindness. Ryan brought great energy, Gaylen was friendly and helpful, Ken was attentive and welcoming, and Yuya did an amazing job capturing the moment with photos. And honestly, we believe our baby was the one who brought all the dolphins closer to us! It felt magical, emotional, and unforgettable. Thank you to the entire crew for making this day so perfect. This was more than a tour. It was a memory we will carry forever. Highly, highly recommend!

We had an absolutely incredible experience on this tour, easily one of the highlights of our trip. We got unbelievably lucky with the wildlife. We swam with killer whales and two different types of dolphins, which was surreal. On top of that, one of the sea turtles was just floating at the surface like it knew it had an audience, basically showing off for everyone on the catamaran who wasn’t in the water. It was honestly amazing. The crew is what really made the whole experience though. Captain Shanti and First Mate Koa ran everything smoothly, and the entire deck crew (Amelie, Ryan, Tim, and Minako) were incredible. Super professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about everyone having a great time. A special shoutout to Amelie, who went above and beyond when my wife wasn’t feeling well. She handled it with so much care and empathy without making it a big deal, which we really appreciated. Also, Katie, the photographer, was fantastic, not just taking photos but actively helping guide people in the water and making everyone feel comfortable. The whole team created a safe, welcoming, and fun environment from start to finish. You can tell they really care about what they do. Would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Hawaii!!!

A great day! Two chances to swim with dolphins, and as an extra highlight - being able to see a pod of pilot whales, baby whale included) swimming maybe 12 feet from the boat. Then swimming near shore with green sea turtles, and other fish. Lots of fun, with an awesome crew super willing to make your experience better. Would highly recommend.

10 out of 10!!! We saw mama and baby whales with their escort. 2 different kinds of dolphins. Amazing! Loved jumping off the boat into the water and actually swimming with the dolphins. Peter and crew were super professional and friendly. Very safety conscious for those that were inexperienced to the advanced swimmers among us. Just the perfect day. Absolutely Magical.

Dolphins fallouts. They were everywhere. The crew members were extremely nice and helpful. Overall good experience eventhough didn’t see turtles underwater.

This was an experience of a lifetime! The captain and crew were GREAT! We got to see a bunch of whales. This was the first time I’ve ever jumped off a boat into the ocean and snorkeled. I swam near a sea turtle and I saw a bunch of tropical fish. It was truly magical! The crew was very helpful in alleviating my fears, especially Laura. She took the time to talk me through the entire process from jumping in, how to swim with fins and how to get back into the boat. Everything was very organized. They really make sure you have a wonderful experience!

This was the highlight of our Hawaii trip. We were able to see a seal, multiple kinds of dolphins, a humpback whale, and sea turtles! Every single person on the crew made us feel welcome. They were always checking in with us to see how we were feeling, making sure we felt safe and secure during the swimming portions, and I could tell they genuinely wanted us to have a great time. I’ve never done anything like this before. Never gone snorkeling. This was fantastic. The instructors were so easy to work with and it was a life-changing experience. Absolutely loved it. Shout to to Captain Shanti, Tim, Laura, Lucas, and Minoku and my main man Bryan. They were all awesome.
