Snorkel Sail Adventure Off Ka'anapali Beach In Maui Aboard Gemini

This was such a fun experience perfect for all ages. We are a family with a 7 month old traveling with friends also with a baby until one. It was great to have coverage for the babies and be able to sunbathe on the top deck. They also had baby life jackets on board along with snorkel gear and kickboards. Snorkeling was awesome and we saw multiple turtles. The crew was very kind and supportive to ensure our group had a great time. The food was surprisingly one of the best Hawaiian BBQs we had on island. We all really loved our experience and definitely recommend!

They have sunscreen and things on the boat. Friendly and get a seat inside when you board for your things. Bring a go pro!

Great experience! Crew was wonderful and the snorkel spot was awesome. It was a nice intimate group rather than some of the other vessels we saw that were packed.

Shoreline boarding in front of the Westin in Kaanapali made Gemini an easy choice for 4 hours snorkeling. The trip itself was a pleasant 50 minute sail up the coast to a sheltered bay with an extensive reef. We saw an extensive reef with a wide selection of fish, turtles and eels and octopus for the observant ones in our group. We were not rushed with 90 minutes of time in the water followed by a pleasant return trip, under sail. Spinner dolphins were a feature of both legs of the trips. An accommodating crew, good food and a well appointed catamaran made for a day well spent.

We had an amazing day snorkeling on Gemini! Captain Andrew was so knowledgeable, and Drew and Rich went above and beyond to make it a great experience. My hubby was feeling a little motion sick, and Rich was so attentive, helping him with every little remedy to get him feeling better. We really appreciated how much he cared and helped us still have an amazing day! The lovely photographer, Ryan, captured some really fun photos of the two of us, and the lunch spread deserves its own shoutout. Honestly, one of the absolute best lunches I’ve ever had on a catamaran! Such a wonderful crew and a fun day on the water. Highly recommend Gemini! 🌺🐠⛵️

We had an awesome experience aboard the Gemini. We met the tour guide by the Westin, then walked together to the other side of Black Rock, where we boarded the catamaran from the beach. The surf was apparently too rough to board by the Westin that day. The boat seemed to have the right amount of people aboard, so it did not feel packed. You could easily move about the boat with plenty of room. It took us to the West Maui snorkel spot, Honolua Bay. The water was clear and fish were plentiful. We even saw a turtle! Lunch and drinks were served on the boat after snorkeling. The crew was great, and really helped ensure we all had fun. I would highly recommend the tour.

Great experience overall! The boat was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Since the trip wasn’t overly booked, everyone had plenty of space to sit down, relax, and enjoy the experience. The only two things I would mention are the last-minute change to the pickup/drop-off location, which resulted in a 20–30 minute walk, and the food options. Everything looked delicious, but it would be nice to have a few options for guests who don’t eat meat or meat products. Overall, we really enjoyed the trip and appreciated how welcoming and accommodating the staff was!

The whole experience was so much fun. The crew was very friendly and gave the best advice for first time snorkelers. We brought our own full face snorkeling mask that worked perfectly. Watching the flying fish as we headed to our destination was a great surprise. My snorkeling adventure included seeing a small turtle and some of the most beautiful fish I have ever seen. The POG and lunch (luau quality) after snorkeling was really good. I would definitely recommend Gemini for snorkeling.

We booked a last minute snorkeling tour. We are so lucky that they had space. Vet had a wonderful trip. Great crew and the splendor of the ocean full of fish, turtles and eels. This crew works hard to ensure that every guest has a memorable trip. Great job Rich and the rest of the crew!

This sailing was quite wonderful. The guides know their business for sure. We were right there among the sea turtles and recently hatched octopuses plus a good assortment of fish. There was a skilled photographer on board too who got some excellent pictures for us. We were also well taken care of on board. We all had plenty of room and our brunch was amazing.

Amazing experience, great captain, wonderful staff, amazing photographer who captured some unbelievable shots of us in and out of the water. She was flexible and tried hard to get great photos of everyone. Worth the extra moola$. Treasured experience with lasting memories. Highly recommend!!! The Gemini crew were absolutely great! Professional, friendly, interactive with all guests. The food & beverages supplied were excellent!

Plenty of shade (if you want it). Enough room to sit inside and eat. Crew was fantastic. Best part is it is a large catamaran and you are not crowded on it.

Fantastic crew who made sure everyone had fun and was safe. It was raining the day we started and turned into a beautiful sunny afternoon in no time. Fantastic spot for snorkeling. We bought the picture package from River, a crew member on board. He captured fantastic shots. Lunch was great and we ran into a huge pod of dolphins on the way back. The Gemini stopped and let us all observe for awhile and it was the perfect ending to a great excursion. Highly recommend. Very clean too.

We had an excellent outing this afternoon on Gemini with Captain Linda, Sylvia and Russell! It was so easy to board the boat right on the beach. The boat is very spacious and there were plenty of options for seating throughout the day. We snorkeled in a nice quiet bay on the north side after boating for close to an hour. It was a great location to see lots of fish and some turtles. Lunch was a hot buffet catered from Westin Maui and was delicious along with many options for drinks after snorkeling. We were under sail for a portion of the ride back, so that was so relaxing. The entire crew was attentive and we enjoyed the entire outing

Our trip to Maui has been amazing. On our last full day my wife booked this trip. Everything about this trip was amazing from the staff(Rich,Kate) the food,drinks and ofcourse the snorkeling. Turtles everywhere, som were just a couple feet from me. If you’re only gonna do one snorkeling trip in Maui, definitely do this one! Aloha!

We didn’t spot any turtles during our trip, but they went out of their way to give us recommendations on other spots where we could go check them out, which we really appreciated. This was my partners first time snorkeling and my second. It was such an amazing experience! The crew were super friendly and the boat ride was so beautiful, we got to sail alongside a pod of dolphins on our way to the snorkeling spot. The snorkeling spot we went to was great as well. Got to see a lot of different species of fish and turtles! Also having drinks on the way back was a really fun way to end the whole experience, plus they tasted great. For the price and the overall experience, I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone.

This was a highlight of our trip to Maui! There were a number of people on the boat, but there was plenty of room to move about and did not feel too overwhelming. We got to see a number of dolphins, sea turtles, and other fish while sailing and snorkeling. The crew were friendly and very attentive. The boat was well-maintained. The lunch was good, especially the Mediterranean hummus!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful sailing, wildlife, snorkeling experience. We saw pods of spinner dolphins, turtles, lots of fish and coral. Crew were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. If needed, instructions for snorkeling were provided. Well-maintained boat with lots of room to move about. We even got a decent sail on the way back. Open bar was very generous.

Our family of 7 aged 30’s to 70’s was beginner to experienced snorkelers and had an amazing time with the charming Gemini crew out on the beautiful water. The turtles were a highlight! We had a wondering day! Boat was awesome. Crew was top notch. Snorkeled Honalua bay and saw huge turtles and lots of fish. Captain was great and stopped when we saw dolphins circled around. Great day!

Great crew - professional, helpful and fun. Booking online was simple and check in at the beach with Andrew was easy. Sam, the photographer, did a great job. Snorkeling in Honolua Bay was amazing - directions and assistance from the staff were excellent. Lunch and drinks were better than expected - there was more than enough food and everything was delicious. Would highly recommend!

The boat is a lot bigger than it looks; actually, it's perfect. They took us to a great spot just an hour away. I saw many fish and various types of sea life. The water was warm, and it was fantastic. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the day was perfect. I was by myself, and they watched out for me the whole time. They have sunscreen onboard, and I highly recommend using it repeatedly.

Nice half day trip. 1 stop. I picked this trip based on length of trip, start time and pick up location. Great boat and crew. 2 of us wear glasses and they had prescription face masks that worked great. Saw dolphins and turtles. Good food. Very attentive and safely mindful crew.

Fantastic cruise! The boat was very nice, roomy and impeccably clean. Captain Brad and his crew were fantastic and very knowledgeable and friendly. The snorkel stop was beautiful and the snorkeling equipment was excellent. The fabulous Rich did a fantastic job with food and beverage for all the passengers. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing adventure on the Gemini , that we went twice on our week long trip to Maui! The crew was really friendly and helpful and the snorkeling was amazing. We saw a few turtles, an octopus, and hundreds of different varieties of fish. I would definitely recommend the Gemini for an amazing snorkeling adventure!

Had a great time. Friendly, enthusiastic crew, nice lunch and open bar after snorkeling- fun time. We snorkeled Mala with tons of turtles, few eels and white tipped sharks. Got to see tons of mama whales with babies and male escorts right near the boat, even swimming underneath the catamaran. Nice comfortable boat My wife who isn’t a hearty soul,felt safe and enjoyed it a lot.

Great snorkeling and whale watching cruises! The crew, Brad, Kate, Rich and Meredith did a great job of keeping us engaged and comfortable for our entire cruise. We had a fun and safe snorkel experience on a large reef, so we saw many fish and life underwater. Also we were able to view whales both going to the snorkel site and returning! Plus, we saw the amazing Maui coast!!

Talk about an absolute treat. This is the only boat that I go on and I live here. The vast amount of knowledge shared amongst the captains would have Galileo calling them with questions.
