I can't say enough good things about Austin as a dive guide. It had been over two years since my last dive, and I was feeling a little nervous. He struck a great balance of having reverence for the dangers while also being pragmatic about the actual risk, and put much of my concerns at ease by preparing me for what could come up. On the dive itself, he was very communicative in leading us to where the action's at, and pointing out cool things in the ocean. I did two dives with him. One was a refresher, and the other was a more technical dive in a current. He did a great job of setting my expectations on what the return would be like, so that I knew to have plenty of gas in the tank, literally, to make it back safely. If you're looking to scuba in Maui, Austin is a perfect guide to go with. Also, make sure to follow him on Instagram because he has great images of his dives

I had a great dive day with Mike. I did the Refresher course first and he was great at going over everything to help me feel ready to dive. Next we did the Turtle/Shark dive and it was amazing. I saw at least 12 turtles, 3 white tip reef sharks and a Moray eel. He even pointed out a dragon wrasse which I’ve never seen before. It was a great day and I highly recommend Mike and In2Scuba. I had an incredible day diving with Ty! It’s been over 10 years since my last dive and I wanted a refresher course and some diving time. I talked with a few of the bigger operations in Kihei and it was clear they were not interested in helping an older and fairly rusty diver get back in the water. I decided on In2Scuba based on the great reviews and I definitely made the right choice! Ty is a fabulous teacher who is patient and interested in giving each of his divers a positive experience. I did a refresher course and a dive at Airport Beach with Ty and then we moved over to Mala Pier for an afternoon dive. The people in the two groups ranged from first-time divers to experienced certified divers. Ty gave each and every diver his individual attention and tailored his instruction to each diver’s skill set. We all came out of the water with big smiles and stories about what we’d seen. My two parents (50+) and I (23) wanted to do a quick refresher course for our PADI certification and wanted to get out on the reef. Ty was very accommodating and opened up a time slot on the weekend so that we could get a dive in before our vacation ended. The refresher was a perfect amount of knowledge to get comfortable again in the water. We ended up covering drills and hand signals on land before practicing in the water and then going on our reef dive. The dive site at Airport Beach was beautiful! Visibility was amazing once you got out of the surf zone, and we saw some rarer species! Ty was constantly checking to make sure we were okay and safe! Such an amazing refresher and dive for my family! We had a great time! Would definitely recommend for any family's looking to do a simple morning dive! Ended up going down to 33 ft for 37 minutes! 100% recommend!!

We booked a second dive with them and to their credit they called and said conditions were poor and offered a full refund.

Jamie was the BEST instructor and guide for my two dives - the refresher course and Mala wharf! The conditions were perfect and with Jamie’s clear instructions, I saw everything from white tip reef sharks to eagle rays and turtles! Highly recommend In2Scuba and Jamie if you’ve been curious about diving but unsure about it. You won’t regret it!

You were kind and thorough and I quickly forgot it had been 5 years since my last dive. And the reef was AMAZING (the turtle and the eagle ray!)

Was such an amazing dive! We did the kaanapali beach dive as well as the Lahaina pier dive and they were both amazing. Ty was great and so helpful with everything on top of being just a great guy to talk to and be around. Gives you so much extra knowledge about the area and just so helpful in getting back into it. 10/10 recommend going through him!!

We had two great dives with Ty! It had been 7 years since my last dive and we took the refresher course and it was great! Ty made sure I had all the skills down so I was confident in the water. Later that day, we did the shark/turtle dive and it was AMAZING! We saw multiple turtles swimming alongside us and two sharks. The dive site was a collapsed pier and the coral and marine life were so beautiful. Ty made sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and had a great time.

My love and I took the refresher tour. Ty was so awesome!! I will always request him to be our guide. I’ve been on dives before, but Ty is by far the most amazing guide!! We’re already looking forward to our next vacation!!

Had a great time with Ty from In2Scuba! When we called to plan our trip he was booked solid, but went out of his way to personally take us on a Discover scuba/intro dive at a time that was not in his usual set time. Although had never tried scuba before, Ty was very patient and made me feel so much at ease with the skills and safety lesson. He held my hand, for the first ten minutes of the dive, constantly checking on me until when he gave me the signnal to let go. He satyed right next to me the entire time. He promised we waould not go deeper than he knew I would feel comfortable and be safe. We stayed in a shallow area then I was like yeah!!! let's go a bit deeper. We saw a turtle grazing, beautiful reef and countless colorful fish. This was an unforgetful amazing experience, and I recommend this to everyone even if you feel nevous. Thanks Ty we will see you next time!

I had a blast on my dive. My dive pro(can’t remember his name at the moment) was awesome. We saw about everything you can see underwater in Maui. I will definitely return for another dive or 2, 3 😊

We took our family of 6 diving with Kevin off of Mala Wharf this past weekend. The equipment and set up were great, and Kevin did a fantastic job reviewing/briefing everyone on the dive and what to expect. He also "finds" so many interesting things to point out (and writes it on his underwater board), so you don't miss anything. We did both a day and night dive with Kevin at the same location - really cool to see the different creatures that come out at night vs day diving. Kevin was incredibly personable and professional. He made the dive experience for everyone - definitely one of the best memories we'll take from Maui this trip!! Thank you so much!

Went out with Zach on 5/11 to dive at Mala Wharf. We saw lots of turtles, fish, and 6 white tip reef sharks. I got awesome pics on my Go Pro. Towards the end of the dive, Zach and two other divers saw a Tiger Shark off in the distance!!! Sorry to say I missed it. Maybe next time.

Aloha, omg omg omg! That trip wow! I can’t tell you how happy I am from going through that experience with your company. Michael (dragon) was amazing!! He showed all the good stuff and granted didn’t have issues but another intro diver did and he was incredibly patient and was able to get her to really join us and experience the whole thing. That dive was amazing and we saw a good amount of stuff and turtles. Absolutely gorgeous of a dive. The shark/turtle wreck dive…I mean what can I say?!? No words to describe how good I felt being there. Seeing so many turtles and the sharks and seeing a moray eel was so cool. I wanna say thank you so much it was an experience of a lifetime. I hope to try more dives in the future with you guys but if I don’t come any time soon I am definitely recommending your company. Mahalo mahalo mahalo.

We have always loved small outfits and this dive with Mike from In2Scuba Diving was awesome!!! We had to consider the storm approaching and between Ty and Mike we readjusted our dive at the Mala wharf to an earlier time and we were so stoked! Dive master Mike was so chill and knowledgable and fun! He kept his eye on us and gave us the opportunity to enjoy being down below - oh my gosh we saw the turtle Cleaning station! I was in turtle heaven!!! Then the resident white tips 🦈 I love being with a smaller dive group especially when the dive master is attentive! When in Maui go with this team! Can’t go wrong!

I had a great experience diving with Kevin and In2Scuba. We did two dives with we great weather and visibility. Kevin was an incredible guide with great knowledge of the locations we were diving. 10/10 experience overall. Would highly recommend diving with In2Scuba

Mike did a great job with the refresher dive. I hadn't been diving for 6 years. He was patient and thorough and helped build the confidence to do a follow on dive.

I’m a newly certified diver, and I only get to dive once a year or so. This was my first shore dive, and I’m not gonna lie, I was NOT in the right shape to wade out to the site with all my gear - the shore was really rocky with some very large rocks. Between the weight of the gear, the slippery rocks, and the surf, I definitely needed assistance from our guides. BUT … the guides were rock stars! Mike (poor, poor Mike!) was saddled with a couple of us older women who needed a strong arm to hold onto when we were wading on the rocks - when I tried on my own, I managed to fall a couple of times, and then Mike had to help me up. Super, super embarrassing, but he was such a gentleman. Once we were underwater, Mike led our group of four all around the wreckage of the old wharf. We saw lots of fish and many sea turtles. So different and fun! Mike was a conscientious guide, checking in on us often, which I always appreciate. Kevin was super helpful in getting us all suited up, and stamping my dive log. He guided the other group of four divers, and he and Mike worked well together. All in all, this was a great dive - any issues were 100% my fault, and the guys handled it all with grace. They obviously love their jobs!

Mike (AKA: Dragon) was the best and pointed out a lot of different sea creatures and couldn't have created a better experience for my son for his first time diving. Mike, you made his trip! Would highly recommend booking with In2Scuba. Will definitely book again when we come back to Maui.

Mike from In2Scuba was absolutely phenomenal -- could not have asked for a more fun, helpful and experienced individual to take us through the experience. Not to mention we saw reef sharks, turtles, mantas and an octopus. My girlfriend and I are going to get certified in the coming months after such a phenomenal first dive. Awesome experience and the Scuba training team were fun and instructive. Overall great value for the money. Wish it were a little longer.
