We had an awesome cruise with Maddy and Zoe, lots of fish and turtles and chill atmosphere. Even sad a group of dolphins jumping while on the way to the spot! Overall really fun and great experience, would recommend 10/10

I highly recommend this snorkeling cruise!! Alex and Joe were awesome!! They explained safety and instructions thoroughly. Joe was very knowledgeable about the fish we were seeing. We were able to see 4-5 turtles! They even provided snacks and drinks! Having the semi-private option was awesome!! We had a blast!

It was a great experience! It was only my family on the boat and it made it super intimate. We were able to see dolphins and turtles. The guides were very helpful and made sure we were all safe. They had a lot of knowledge about the island. Peter and Maddie were amazing!!!

I thoroughly researched multiple companies and decided to book this turtle canyon tour with Diamond Cruise, and I’m so glad I did! It was incredible to have the boat all to ourselves, and it was even cheaper than the larger boats. They were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to customize our experience to our preferences, providing suggestions if we needed them. Peter, the captain, was fantastic, and Maddie, our guide, was amazing. She shared valuable tips and taught my kids how to dive while snorkeling, which they used throughout the rest of our trip. We couldn’t stop counting the turtles we saw and swam alongside (safe distance of course), along with all the colorful fish. Maddie would point out various things in the water and help us spot them. Peter also provided fascinating insights into the area’s history. We will definitely book with Diamond Cruise again. If you over-research like I did, don’t hesitate to book today! You won’t regret it!

Captain Flo and Joe were awesome. The boat was great. They were so professional and friendly. We were VERY lucky to find this option for snorkeling - while other boats had 30 or more crammed on a boat , We had just our family of six for about the same cost. We headed out to see some whales first and then headed back in to snorkel for the rest of our time. Joe kept an eye on us and talked to us the whole time . What a fantastic outfit!

Amazing experience that exceeded my expectations! We we got lucky that the ocean was completely clear and we could see turtles and fish up close. With the maximum group size of six we got lots of personalized attention from Alex, the captain and Liv the guide who are fabulous.

Perfect size boat. Other boats had 20 to 30 peope and only so many in the water at the same time. We saw over 10 turtles up close. Paul was our guide and made it fun for all the kids. Definitely book this boat if you have a family of 6 or less 10 STARS FOR SURE

Great experience by Diamondhead cruises. We saw dolphins and flying fish and then swam with turtles and snorkel for about an hour. Staff was friendly and super accommodating. Highly recommend.

This tour was small and personal, only 4 of us. My teen sons and I really appreciated the tour guide Paul who swam us out to each spot to teach us about the turtles and fishes we saw while snorkeling. We also appreciated the extra attention to make sure everything fit and we knew what to do and what to expect to have a safe and fun experience. They stopped to took extra photos for us too! We felt very safe with Grace our captain. So glad we did this on our fist time to Oahu!

They were knowledgeable, supportive, friendly, and made an amazing family event for us. If we had extended our vacation, we would’ve absolutely gone back. We always choose Diamondbead Cruises for snorkeling on Oahu. We went out on a private charter with Hannah and Paul on July 4th. Both were prompt, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They ensured our safety while giving us a great ride and tour of Turtle Canyon. We saw lots of turtles and fish, a white-tipped reef shark and even a spotted leopard ray! About a month before we sailed, we requested to change the date of our tour via email and the owner was more than accommodating. The day before our tour, they confirmed our location and date/time of the tour via text and email. We also received a text reminder about 2 hours before our tour time. On the day of our tour, we were greeted by Paul at Pier A approximately 15 minutes prior to our tour time. Following the tour they offered us ideas for food, beaches and other things to do on island. As always, Diamond Head Cruises is top-notch! They are fun, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. Thanks for a great morning, Hannah and Paul.

Great experience! The guide was amazing and showed us so many turtles. He even dove down to get a sea urchin that we were able to feel. The boat driver was also great. It was really nice having such a personal experience and not being part of a large group. Highly recommend!

Captain Mike and Paul were excellent guides for our first time snorkeling. Ever thought my mom didn't go in the water Captain Mike kept her company. Also Paul was a great guide to see the turtles and we got to meet them face to face. Definitely would recommend anyone going snorkeling to take this tour. Also the ride to the dive spot was very fun. Very fast boat.

This was by far the best tour I've done in Hawaii! I am a bit nervous in water but everyone on the team was so patient with me, they talked me through how to use the snorkel correctly, and I loved it!! The route they took us on was incredibly beautiful, I've spent a lot of time in Oahu but I've never seen it like this before! I believe the company is under new management and the team we had was great! They know the area well and found some great spots to snorkel and we even saw a whale! Great experience, I will be recommending all my friends try it out when they visit! Highly recommend booking when you're in Oahu!

GOOOO NOW!!!!! We had the best time on our boat tour in Waikiki! The crew was top-notch. We booked a private tour for our group of 5 and had the whole boat to ourselves. I am not the most experienced swimmers but Britt guided us along the entire time and made us feel safe. We saw 3 turtles and spotted some dolphins on our way in. Would book with them again!

Such a great time on our private boat tour in Waikiki! The guides were super chill and really let us decide what we wanted to do, which made the day feel so relaxed. We started off with snorkeling at Turtle Canyon. After that. we still had a while 45 minutes left, so we figured we’d give whale watching a shot. It was awesome – we got to see some whales up close! Exactly what we were looking for! Didn’t want to share a boat with a crowd and wanted something a bit more exciting. I booked a private tour for my family, and we had the whole boat to ourselves. It’s fast! We went snorkeling and saw tons of fish and turtles, plus dolphins were out too. The crew was amazing and really catered to what we wanted to do. Loved every minute of it. One of the best tours Ive been on! The new owner gave us the tour and took it over about last year. Really cool team, I had to come here and say something. Those old reviews don’t seem fair for the new team. The experience was just so amazing. The water conditions weren’t the best for snorkeling that day, but the crew managed to find us a spot with decent visibility. They were very accommodating. It was my wife’s first time snorkeling and they all were so patient in giving instructions while making her feel comfortable enough to take the leap. Since the snorkeling wasn’t the best, the guides offered to go whale watching, and that was a total win. It was our first time seeing whales, and it was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!

Māori Warrior Charter. Witnessed on 12 June 2022 around 12:30pm. The most unprofessional scene ever witnessed in Hawaiian waters. Captain of this boat driving around (probably drunk) screaming and cussing vile words at other boats because he couldn't find a parking spot—all while this poor family was onboard his boat! I hope they filed a complaint! Literally mom and dad & kids. Absolutely disgusting act! Do not use this pathetic excuse of a charter—so many other options with good people.

It was the worst experience. They take our money and reschedule our trip then cancel it without any option. Now they have blocked my number and I can’t get them to take my money back. No work with them

Our family used this service to spread my husbands ashes at sea. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. I am elderly and not in good health and Kim and Sam took the time and patience for me to move about the vessel safely. We enjoyed it so very much. We would use them again and recommend them and their service to locals for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Tourists will also be grateful for the break in the fast pass of seeing and doing. Much Aloha.
