Private Catamaran Cruise And Snorkeling Tour In Honolulu

Booked a private sunset catamaran ride with the girls and we hit the jackpot having Captain Adriana and Kelsey! The private experience is well worth the money! We got to see flying fish during our cruise, stopped for a swim/snorkel, and then cruised back in during sunset. 100/10 experience!

Such an amazing afternoon out on the water, our two hosts were fantastic… They really made us feel like we were on vacation, it felt more like were out cruising with friends as the atmosphere was so relaxed. Highly recommended this experience if you are coming to Waikiki.

Captain Sam and Ella were fantastic. We all had such a great time!! They took us up and down the coast and in the water. Saw so many turtles, and fish while swimming and even had some time just to lounge. Absolutely will book with them again in the future!!

We did a 2 hour private catamaran tour with Kelsey and Adriana. They were wonderful and we had the best time. They ensured we got to see sea turtles and fish. Really fun experience and would highly recommend.

Captain Sam and mate Hailey were super friendly and energetic and welcomed our family onto the beautiful catamaran for a private 2 hour cruise and snorkel. This cruise was a family bucket list trip we'd looked forward to for a long time. Sam set up my daughter's "catamaran cruise" playlist through his bluetooth speaker system and we were in heaven. My wife and I loved the super relaxing bean bag chairs on the fore deck while our "kids" (23 and 25) thrilled on the roller-coaster ride of the two bow seats, with their feet swinging in the air as waves sprayed past them. Sam and Hailey offered to either take us to a secluded area where we could swim off the boat and enjoy the views of the island while lounging on the deck, or a popular snorkeling spot where we were almost certain to see some sea turtles. Our daughter was so looking forward to swimming with turtles that we elected to go to the popular spot even if it was a bit crowded. The ride was absolutely gorgeous, the breeze was so refreshing, the cat sliced quickly through the water with far less bouncing and slamming than a mono-hulled boat. We sped right past all the surfers catching waves with an incredible view of Waikiki and Diamond Head behind them. Amazing! In about 15 minutes we pulled up alongside half a dozen other tourist boats, and as advised there were probably 50 tourists already in the water. Hailey snorkeled up and jumped in first to anchor us outside the cluster while Sam had us all sit on the rear deck and was very helpful getting us set up with fins, masks, snorkels, and a floaty belt (which we loved). Sam got a great group photo of us before we dropped into the water. We followed Hailey over the reef and she dove down and grabbed a cute little spiney urchin (?) and brought it up to show us. We swam on, seeing more sea life and eventually a dozen turtles both resting on the bottom and coming up for air right near us! Wow! There's not a lot of color in the reef, but Hailey brought some fish food which instantly drew a swarm of colorful stripey fish. So cool! Sam and Hailey took great care of our family and we had a lifetime experience. I highly recommend Hawaii Ocean Charters and Sam and Hailey and the phenomenal cat!

Amazing experience on our private boat tour while on vacation in Waikiki. The crew were knowledgeable, fun, and helpful- keeping our tour super-update and safe at the same time! Snorkeling was epic! We got to see dolphins, turtles and fantastic fish during our excursion. We would highly recommend!

Our family of 6 did the 7am semi-private canyon snorkel which we’d highly recommend to everyone! Sam and Mossy were amazing - knowledgeable, easy going, and funny! Mossy told us all kinds of facts about turtles and all the fish we were seeing as we snorkeled. We saw over a dozen turtles and had a pod of dolphins swim in front of us on the way back. Truly amazing experience!!

I highly recommend this tour. It is beyond the ordinary, a true guided tour in the sea! We saw many fish, turtles and DOLPHINS! Exciting. Very attentive staff, they explain everything from start to finish. Everything is very safe and well prepared for tourists.

We had a fantastic two hours on board the Keanueneu with skipper Franceso and Mossie. I hope I got the spelling right fellas! As well as turtle spotting we had a bonus dolphin tour as well. The cruise concluded with a spectacular sunset view on our return to Ala Moana. I've chartered with them multiple times, and they consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Absolutely amazing experience!!! First they were so accommodating in helping us move our reservation as rain was expected during our scheduled time. Fortunately there was an open slot the next morning. We went out with Chase and Sam….the best! They may do this 4-5 times a day but they made us feel like we were their first customers. Great personalities…very knowledgeable….the boat was clean/gear was clean, they were great with my teens, they loved them and felt comfortable/trusted them out there snorkeling. We private charter pretty frequently on our trips to different locations…..and I would for sure put this on our top 2 best boating experiences. I would HIGHLY recommend this!

My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) LOVED our catamaran trip. Francesco and Sam were excellent not only at their job, but also interacting with our kids and keeping them safe. My daughter (6yrs old) befriended Francesco right away and he showed her the best places to sit, jump in, and really kept her busy so that both my husband and I could also enjoy the activities. We got to snorkel near sea turtles, hold an urchin, watch dolphins, and even watch a whale slap the water many times! 3 hours was a nice amount of time for my family (6 yrs, 8 yrs, 10 yrs, 12 yrs, and two adults—one that gets sea sick). These guys were top notch. I can’t say enough good things about them. 10/10 recommend them and the trip on the Keanuenue. From the funny ‘dad’ jokes to their knowledge of the ocean and the area, these guys are the best.

Our private cruise / snorkeling tour was amazing. Sam and his shipmate were great. Views from the water of Diamond Head / Waikiki beach can't be beat. Our 3 boys could not stop talking about swimming with the turtles. A must do !

Great communication, we met our two-man crew and were immediately comfortable and having fun on the boat. Blue tooth stereo, pouring our own drinks. Made a stop to see turtles, and another to splash around. Even went out far to look unsuccessfully for whales. Great company, and they even gave us perfect weather.

The crew were perfect in every way, they were receptive to our every need; drinks, pictures, even purchasing champagne for me in advance as I wasn't able to (this experience was planned so I could propose). They were so kind and really embodied the aloha spirit <3 Can not recommend enough!

Such a spectacular morning! Such a nice and professional boat experience. Incredibly comfortable, fun and exciting. We were treated to a huge pod of spinner dolphins swimming with us on our way to the snorkeling spot, where we then saw tons of gorgeous fish and sea turtles. It was amazing to have a guide in the water with us to help point out everything to be in the lookout for. All in all spectacular, and soooo nice to have a private boat experience, worth the splurge!

WOW! WOW! WOW! The highlight of our trip to Oahu -Sam and Nick were awesome! Our family of 4 did the private cruise and it was definitely worth it. We saw tons of dolphins, sea turtles, a couple sting ray and Nick even found an octopus that he brough to the surface for us to meet. If you're thinking of a private charter, go with these guys for sure!

This was the perfect tour for our 3 generations of family (70’s, 40’s and teens). Catamaran was very comfortable. Nick, Sam and Megan were great staff. Fish, turtles and dolphins in abundance!

The experience was amazing! Our captain Francesco and his crew were great! The sail was very smooth and the snorkeling was a great experience. We saw many beautiful turtles and fish in the coral. 10/10 Recommended.

My family had an amazing time on this cruise and snorkeling tour! The weather was perfect, the crew friendly and knowledgeable, and the views outstanding. In spite of the crowds at Turtle Canyon, the crew timed our arrival so that we were able to spend some quiet time observing the amazing sea turtles in their natural habitat. The tour was a BLAST! The catamaran was run by an adorable couple and had us feel so welcome. It was a group of us for a bachelorette and it was a perfect private tour going at an easy pace. The weather was perfect and we even got to see dolphins up close, along with turtles. The music was thumping and we even had tons of photos and videos thanks to them! Would definitely recommend

This is totally worth the money that we spent. My daughter was a little nervous about snorkeling. Brooklyn, the charter employee took my daughter out and was able to stay with her as she learned how to snorkel. She was so kind and so understanding. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves with our two children. When we go back to Hawaii, I will be booking with this team again. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Spectacular crew!!! Wonderful snorkel spots and experience in the ocean. We held a sea urchin, sea cucumber, and an octopus as well seeing a plethora of fish and turtles. We topped it off, watching a pod of dolphins play around the boat. Amazing!

This cruise will go down as one of the best activities we’ve done as a family EVER. Awesome scenery, great snorkeling with lots of turtles, and frolicking dolphins near Diamond Head. Sam and Nick were great! Highly recommend!!

This activity was wonderful. Nick and Sam were so nice and they made this activity our favorite. We swam with fish and turtles, saw sea urchins, and then Sam’s buddy on another boat told him where the pod of spinner dolphins were, so he took us there and it was the best! I would highly recommend this activity to anyone.

Sam and Nick were great. We did the extended trip and it was worth it. The snorkeling stop with the turtles was unbelievable. Very relaxed trip was great talking to both of them. Would recommend and would go again.

Such a great experience riding the catamaran. Saw sea turtles, sea urchins, and so many fish while snorkeling. The kids loved jumping off the boat and swimming around. We even got lucky enough to spot some dolphins too! Sam and Rylan were awesome guides and helped so much and made things fun and shared a bunch of info about the island and all the fish we saw. So happy we did this on our vacation!

This is a MUST do Adventure that you won't want to miss. I took my 12 year-old daughter and we had an Amazing time. I would highly recommend to all ages and a wonderful family activity for all. We had the most amazing Crew (Sam and Savanah) who were knowledgable and very friendly. A wonderful bonus is that at the end, they give you photos that are clear and amazing for future memories. Savanah went in the water with us to lead an amazing tour where we saw many tropical fish and many turtles. We even saw a pod of dolphins along side the boat. This is worth every penny, don't hesitate on booking. You won't be sorry! Thank you Sam & Savanah for making our trip so Special!

This cruise was awesome. Highly recommend this company. Sam and Ross were very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We saw turtles and lots of fish, learned a little bit of history of the island.
