Polynesian Cultural Center: Super Ambassador Luau Package

What an incredible meaningful tour! Paytan was exceptionally personable, knowledgeable and so much fun. She was patient with my dad who has Alzheimer's, keeping each of us delighted with each village.

Absolutely wonderful experience, very informative while providing great entertainment.

My husband and I did the Super Ambassador package with the Circle Island Tour, and it was worth every penny. The grounds are beautiful and we learned so much about each island's culture. The staff are hard workers who are smart, friendly and kind. You can tell they're proud to honor their ancestors, and it shows in everything they do. Our guide, Tinn, made the day so special. She was warm, knowledgeable and took such good care of us. No wonder she's wearing an Employee of the Month pin! The front-row seats at the luau and Hā show were amazing. If you're going to Oahu, don't miss this, and ask for Tinn!

We had a fantastic day at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Our guide, Paul, was exceptionally helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared great insight about all the different island villages and the cultures we got to learn about. The food service was amazing, and the food was even better. Axel also gave us an amazing backstage tour. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish!

The whole experience was perfect. All the way from the shows and lessons to the buffet styled dinner. If you are on Oahu it's a must visit. Spend a whole day here it's worth it.

Our experience here was amazing! Having a guide ensure that you make it to all the shows quickly was a god-send; and reserved seating was a huge plus, too! Our guide, Ezra, was so much fun and knew so much about each of the islands. She walked us through everything that we were seeing and experiencing, and even took pics/videos for us. She definitely made the experience even better!

This was an amazing experience that we will recommend to anyone traveling to Oahu! Our guide, Nahau, was so loving, sweet and educated on the whole experience! She taught both of us so much about Polynesian Culture. It is something we will never forget, and great for our mother-daughter vacation!

We visited the Center 20 years ago with our son. We wanted to go back by ourselves to enjoy the beauty and the story of the Polynesian islands. I’m so happy we did! We did the Super Ambassador option for the individual experience. Kamryn our tour guide led us through all six islands at a pace fitting for us. Giving us a first class insight of the language, the beauty and the people. Our experience was absolutely amazing! We won’t wait another 20 years before we go back. His pride in his heritage and sincere warmth made us feel like honored family guests rather than just visitors. The evening dining experience matched that exceptional standard. Our server, Nomi, originally from the Philippines, provided phenomenal hospitality. She greeted us with genuine warmth and delivered attentive, seamless service throughout the entire meal. Her thoughtful care made dinner feel relaxing and celebratory before we headed over to the evening amphitheater. The exclusive backstage tour was equally memorable thanks to Nami, who is originally from Tahiti. Nami was fantastic—she gave us fascinating, behind-the-scenes insights into the production, performers, and day-to-day artistry behind the evening show. Her vibrant energy, warmth, and insider knowledge elevated the entire tour and gave us a whole new level of appreciation for the work that goes into the performances. Finishing the night with front-row seats at Hā: Breath of Life cemented this day as a major highlight of our Oahu trip. Jeran, Nami, and Nomi each demonstrated extraordinary dedication, professionalism, and heartfelt aloha. If you are considering the Super Ambassador Package, do not hesitate—it is worth every single penny.

An excellent experience from beginning to end. Our tour guide was amazing and the Breath of Life show is a must. The flame throwers were out of this world. We highly recommend this experience.

Great guide and wonderful show

Our tour guide was Te she was fabulous..very knowledgeable and fun to be with. She got what we needed and ask us multiple if we needed anything . She was a very sweet young lady. She made sure we got where we need to be . She is a super tour guide. She made sure we got the whole experience. Price was not bad for what we got. She made sure we had photos all day .. It is so lovely, so interesting, so delightful, and the people in the park are so warm—we enjoyed every single minute to the fullest.

This experience was my favorite out of all the things we did on our 7 day cruise. Our guide (Echo) was amazing, friendly and most of all a key part of our whole experience. I highly recommend the Super Ambassador upgrade. It’s expected but worth every penny.

This is the best tour on the island, and it is the most authentic lu’au in Hawai’i. The shows are authentic, the staff is amazing and villages are beautiful. Kya (Aotearoa) was our guide. She did a great job helping us feel welcome, guiding us through the villages, and answering questions. She gave us more than we paid for! The Lu’au was beautiful, and Aaron (Philippines) was a very attentive server. Thank you for making our visit a memorable experience.

This was an amazing experience! While im not part of polynesian culture I love learning about it! Great job to EVERY PERSON INVOLVED!!!

We had a fantastic day. Our tour guide, with us all afternoon, Kya from NZ, was so helpful and easy going. She took us to all the shows, making sure that we received the super ambassador status, gave us all the tips for finishing our night. She was amazing. And the luau and Ha: The Breathe of Life show were outstanding. 10X better than I was expecting. Yes, you pay more for the Super Ambassador tickets, but PCC makes sure you feel taken care of and get your money's worth. Would do it again.

It was an amazing experience. I took my children with me and we were led by Lou. Who did a wonderful job at directing us through the center and enlightening us on the history. Kyle was our server and he did great. Overall this is an amazing place and I recommend everyone come here.

Great time. Full day of activities

Nio, our guide at Polynesian Cultural Center, greeted us and was friendly humorous, and knowledgeable. In the Super Ambassador ticket, Nio seamlessly led us through the villages. He arranged our front-row seating at the performances. The whole day in the Polynesian villages, dinner, and show was a highlight of Oahu. We were thankful to Kyle, our server, who took care of us well, too.

Our family of 4 had a great experience. Our guide, Anne, was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure we went to as many of the shows and activities as possible. She was continuously checking that we were enjoying ourselves and verifying the next attraction was what we wanted to do.

JB was such and amazing tour guide. He got us amazing seats for every show and Andrie was such a great server. I love that this place supports the students too.

The whole experience was beyond words. I couldn't have asked for a more incredible day for my birthday then to spend it with my family at the PCC. Being from California, the PCC most definitely exceeded my expections and more. Thank you PCC for a beautiful day!
