My wife and I were very happy with our tour guide. Forgot her name but she really made the whole experience very easy. Gave us some great information about the Hawaiian culture. Great tour. Drove us around to see great sites in Honolulu. She was also very protective of our group to get us all returned to our individual hotels at the end of the day. Mark C.

Could not ticket to battle ship. Person was on phone over 30 minutes trying to resolve. Finely received ticket after I had left tour. Did get a full refund. I was not only person who has this problem
Anthony our driver went above and beyond. We couldnt find our pick up location. He called several times trying to direct us. When he realized we were almost 2 miles away he told us to stay where we were and he came to us. We thought for sure we were going to miss out on the excursion but Anthony saved the day!
Very moving experience. RIP to the brave soles loat here
Excellent guide - Rocky explained the program well and made for a great experience. Appreciate the assistance with pick up
Kanoe, our travel guide was OUTSTANDING! She could not have been more professional, courteous, caring, and knowledgeable!!!! She remembered names of everyone of the 24 in our group!!! She went back to the rental booth, as we were about to leave as my daughter’s belongings were in the Pearl Harbor rental locker !!!!! We will highly recommend the “Go Tour” travel company as their company does a stellar job with their guests! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Kathy and Brooke Zarling
A full immersion in the history of December 1941. Yes, it’s a long day but when you consider the range of history it’s very worthwhile
So on your first trip to Oahu, a trip to the Pearl Harbour site is something of a must do. We took a tour due to not having a hire car, and it was definitely something we would recommend making the effort to visit. The main site with the USS Arizona memorial is very well delivered, with a good balance of things to see and prompts for quiet reflection. We also visited the USS Missouri site around the corner which was also well worth seeing. The only reason for not rating this tour better is that it just felt like it needed to be a bit longer. Presumably there are longer tours out there but this felt like it should have been long enough with a 8am pickup and 3pm drop off. However a chunk of this time is spent visiting the military cemetery which was a bit out of the way before heading to Pearl Harbour, so the time there wasn’t really long enough to feel like you covered everything you really wanted to. This wasn’t helped by the food truck at the Missouri having a long and slow line which meant lunch took 45 minutes out of the itinerary. As a result we had to skip seeing the sub at the Arizona site and rather rushed around the Missouri which was a shame. Art, our guide, was great though, with lots of knowledge and good humour through the day. If you don’t have a car then the tour is ok but look at the itinerary, duration and things you want to spend time exploring carefully so you pick the best tour for you. Given everyone explores differently at this kind of site, it does probably work better under your own steam if you want to go at your own pace, although you do miss out on the guides knowledge that way. Pearl Harbour itself is one not to miss though, however you choose to do it
An absolute must do. Perfect. Our tour guide Rocky , a retired school teacher was extremely knowledgable. He was very articulate and cheerful with a great attitude. Enjoyed his tour very much. Excellent job!
Pearl Harbor is our number one travel experience. Great mix of history, family, and stories that bring this experience home for us. Kanoi is a great tour guide mixing stories and empathy, and getting to know us as her extended Ohana 🤗
It was amazing! 🤩 Such an awesome experience. Our tour guide was great, he knew so much about the area. I would say rhat I would have liked a little more time to eat but the U.S.S. Missouri battleship tour took most of the time.
The Pearl Harbor tour was really nice as many of my family members are veterans. However, beware that you will be charged for every little thing. For example you have to pay seven dollars per bag to check it in even if you check in multiple bags together they charge per bag. Also you have to pay to get into different parts of the tour that were separate from what we had already paid for. Our bus driver was very friendly and knowledgeable, but it seems he was just reading from a script.
A moving visit. A definite trip if visiting Oahu
Ray did an excellent job taking care of us!
Excellent tour. Summer was an amazing tour guide and looked after us well. Both parts of the tour were great, and we enjoyed the drive around Honolulu afterwards.
This was so worth it! Our guide Charlie was very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. The memorial is a very somber and sobering visit. Never forget!! The tour of the Missouri was very informative as well and so crazy to see how our Navy boys live on a ship. Bob was our guide and he was very personable and knowledgeable as well.
This did Not include the Battleship Missouri for some reason. We were done with Pearl Harbor around noon.
Great tour. Would highly recommends.
Brilliant day out with Rocky our driver making it the most interesting trip we could hope for. Highly recommend
The USS Missouri was our first stop while visiting Pearl Harbor, unfortunately they were having some power outage issues while we were there. Power on the ship was up and running, however their gift shop was out of power & it took slightly longer to get onto the ship with the power being down. Chris was our tour guide on the Chief Engineers Tour and he was so knowledgeable - provided us with so much information. After the Engineers Tour we joined the Missouri Tour and Ziar was our tour guide. He has a great tour voice and was very informative, and provided excellent stories about Kamikazes, WWII and the conclusion of the war on this very vessel. We spent a little over 2 hours on the ship including the tours. Walking the ship solo was very easy and well marked with directional arrows so you do not miss anything. We purchased the Passport to Pearl Harbor with the added tour which granted us access to all the museums and just had to reserve our ticket to the Arizona Memorial. In my opinion, the Passport was well worth the money and we were able to visit all 3 museums, visitor center and bus rides to and from Ford Island. I really enjoyed the time we spend on the USS Missouri and the information we attained from our tours.
Our driver Jay started things off with a great ride in. He was happy, informative, and funny! The Pearl Harbor experience was great! The sadness of the events of that day is indescribable. Let’s hope that leaders of the world will look at the mistakes of WW2 and evolve more reasonably and peacefully
Nani Popolo was our tour guide. 10/10 great guide. Gave so many historical facts about the island. His story telling brought me to tears especially regarding the senator which the airport is named after.
Amazing experience. The whole family enjoyed our day.
Excellent tour; on time arrival and drop off. would go back to Pearl Harbor again to allow more time for film and submarine museum.
It is basically a bus ride to the museum and two tickets to the Missouri. Tour gives the impression that you get access to the Arizona memorial but there is no provision for that whatsoever. They basically drop you in the parking lot and you are on your own to try and get standby tickets. I would definitly not call this a tour.
Bus never came to pick us up and we lost 30minutes and had to take the Uber which incurred extra expense to an already expensive booking.
Pearl Harbor was great! A place where so many servicemen and women perished. Sad but sacred. Unfortunately can’t turn history around.
Had a great time exploring our history! A lot of walking but worth it! Tour guide RJ was fantastic! Do the USS Arizona and Missouri
Sam was amazing! Very personable and helpful. His knowledge and guidance was helpful for a solo traveller like me.
It was a very great tour. Lots of fun, the guide was very knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our trip.
Great time seeing Honolulu and Pearl Harbor. The experience was hassle free with transportation to/from our hotel. We received a lot of information about the city and background on December 7. I appreciated having a guaranteed time to visit the USS Arizona Memorial and nice to have admission covered for the USS Missouri. Moe was a great tour guide and provided some nice value adds. It was also nice not having to drive or worry about parking.
Tim was our tour guide & driver- very knowledgeable and fun! We particularly enjoyed that the whole tour is not guided, we had some time to explore things on our own as well.
We took the Norweign Cruise land/cruise tour and visited Pearl Harbor, USS Missouri and the Punch Bowl with our guide Moe. It was a very moving experience and should not be missed. Moe was great at pointing out sights along the way to the memorial and offering tips on how to make the most of our visit.
It was an excellent tour with a fabulous guide in Will. Its tone was just right for such a sombre yet fascinating subject. The tour made the most of the time available and I am delighted that I selected this tour from the many available for Pearl Harbor.
It was an unforgettable experience. The tour was informative, the visit to the Arizona moving and heartbreaking and the Missouri (once we actually got there, the bridge to Ford Island was closed on the first two attempts) fascinating. Our guide was knowledgeable but for some reason felt he had to shout into the mic, which I found unpleasant and uncomfortable.
Efficient use of time, knowledgeable, accommodating.Completely met expectations. Thank you, Will 👍👍👍👍
Our tour guide was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us through our tour and kept us very well informed. We had an amazing time. Thank you
An excellent experience. Well guided tour that was full of sights, fun and good vibes. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area
Everything was great. Especially our guide. He was very nice and very helpful. The tour was great and humbling.
It was fantastic. It was informative and educational and entertaining all at once. Our guide Will was amazing, he blended humor and included historical facts that aren’t known generally, and he was just a pleasant guy to have his our guide.
Excellent tour, not rushed but still kept on schedule. Vetti is very knowledgeable about local history and the history of Pearl Harbor. We learned alot! We would definitely recommend this tour to everyone!
Picked up at the correct time. Very informative and helpful tour driver. Very comfortable transport to Pearl Harbor. Highly recommend
Great value, personalized experience. The group size was small, less than 25 and everything was on time. Pick up time is early morning, but that gave us smaller less crowded venues.
Cousin Will, our driver and guide, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Kept to stated times. Personalized his comments whenever it was appropriate.
It's a dedication to those who lost their lives during the Pearl Harbour bombing and during World War 2.
Except for the long lines and delays going to the Battle Ship Arizona Memorial. Good tour. Driver was on time
The driver kept bragging about his family and his upbringing instead of providing info about where we were. At the city center stop he Bullied my wife into tasting some fruit that was on the ground, she was grossed out the rest of the ride and I was pissed. When leaving the Arizona parking lot he almost left 2 people behind. Won’t be recommending this tour!
We were not given enough time at the USS Arizona to take the boat to the memorial. We needed at least one more hour than was allotted. The tour to the USS Missouri was excellent, but the remaining part of the tour to the palace was just okay. We would have preferred that time was used to see the Arizona memorial.
The driver/guide was awesome! Ozzie helped us every step of the way to make the process seamless. Perfect day.
Jeff, our guide, was great and very knowledgeable. Not as many areas to view on the Missouri as we were hoping for.
