Pearl Harbor Uss Arizona Memorial

Communication was amazing. They reached out day prior with specific instructions. Jeff was a great tour guide. He provided some history along the way & it was appreciated! Would definitely book with them again!

It was a wonderful experience and our driver to and from was very informative. Make sure you bring a clear plastic bag or you won’t be let in. Pearl Harbor Memorial was very moving and solemn.

You are a little restricted as to what you can take into the base after all it is a serving military base however the actual tour was very good a well worth visit also our driver from Karma Tours was very knowledgeable

Good tour , not too long. The driver/guide was a little intense. I had my 7 year old grand son with me and the guide was aggressively expressing how Disney stories are all fake and not the true Hawai’i. I didn’t need or want the lecture and especially did not want my grandson to here his banter.

I expected a 45 minute film about the event. I also didn’t do my due diligence to know there were other parts like the Missouri . I learned a lot and the driver/guide was good.

An excellent visit, a little emotional at times when one realises the tragedy that happened but nevertheless an experience not to be missed

Ariel was amazing! We were so lucky to have him! I went with my husband and my mom. It was our first time in Hawaii, and this was so perfect. We had a great experience at Pearl Harbor as well—unlike anything else.

A good history learning experience for all US citizens. It is heartbreaking listening to all the stories of what happened on that day. A very sombre and sad part of history that everyone should know.

Pick up was 4 minute walk from where I was staying in Waikiki area. The shuttle showed up at the appointed time. Sidney our guide excelled at communication. He issued our tickets and told us how the tour would happen -from purse policy at the site to which line to get in for the boat…very efficient. The exhibits were well done and sobering…so many young men and women lives cut short. While driving to and from the memorial Sidney told detailed stories of why Pearl Harbor was attacked and consequent US response. All was very well done and a trip highlight. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our visit to Pearl Harbor. Our tour guide, Ro Ro was very informative and told us about the sites to and from Pearl Harbor. I would recommend this tour in the morning, then you will have an afternoon to enjoy.

Had a wonderful experience, our driver Finny was very knowledgeable and entertaining, which was a big plus! The memorial was very moving from the start, park officials were very polite.

Lee was very good and clearly loves his job. We had a plenty of time to tour the SS Bowfin and the submarine museum, which I strongly recommend. I actually enjoyed that part much better.

The ride over was informative. The driver gave us a lot of history. Once we got there the kids could move around freely. A little disappointed the sub tour was not included.

Odd that private firms manage some of the activity. Enjoyed the overall experience and were grateful for managing the crowd level. Ra Ra was a great moderator!

That the submarine tour is another $25 per person and that if they want the USS Missouri tour do your research

Finny, our guide, was great. Very knowledgeable and gave clear and precise directions. A respectful, historical place which was the main turning point of the USA participation in WW2.

This tour is an easy way to get from the resorts on Waikiki Beach to Pearl Harbor and the Arizona Memorial.

One of the most impactful experiences i have ever experienced. Everyone that visits Oahu should visit this memorial.

It was an easy pick up a few steps from the hotel. The guide was excellent as he drove us. There gave us a lot of information about the surrounding areas. Very friendly.

Our experience was amazing. Ian was our tour guide and he was great and funny. I watch the Pearl Harbor movie before coming on this trip just so I can be knowledgeable on the tour and it was great experience.

This is quite a sobering experience. IMO, do not take small children as they don’t understand what they are seeing and many were disruptive. It is a place to reflect on so many who lost their lives. On a more positive note, our driver (the devil) was completely awesome. Patient with kids and so very knowledgeable about 12/7/1941 - I complimented him on his knowledge of the events and he told me he wrote what he speaks. It was quite amazing how he unfolded the story. Highly recommend!!

Overall it was a great and informative tour. However remember that if you do not want to be embarrassed or called out in front of everyone by the driver, don’t talk while he is giving information during the bus ride. I was chastised like a child. Also, confirm your pick up location is available before you book. I booked with my hotel being an option for pickup only to find out from the confirmation email that my hotel was NOT an option. The pickup location wasn't far but this was a bit deceiving.

Very relaxing, no worries. The driver told us all about what we were going to expect. No surprises at all.

It’s a great boat, the snorkeling was just enough time in the water with nice amenities and comfortable seating in the sun and shade. The crew was so friendly and the tacos and side dishes yummy!

Good experience, a place of significant historical importance and reverence. Operator was on time and provided excellent guidance.

Pickup and drop off was a breeze. Our driver was amazing. He was extremely informative of the historical details and shared with the bus in the way in. He also shared specific tips for ease of boarding/off boarding the water shuttle to the Arizona. The experience itself was humbling and sobering - which are both understatements. This was my second visit and it was no less impactful. So grateful for those behind the museums, the guides, park rangers, sailors for ensuring we never forget.

Such an amazing tour. Our guide, Finni, was simply magnificent. Knowledgeable, funny, and gave a fabulous narration. His directions were clear, pick up and drop off were seamless, and I could characterize the time at the memorial itself as solemn and reverent. The NPS Staff were excellent and set the tone for visiting the memorial. I highly recommend viewing the documentary and spending time in the museums. This is most definitely in my top five of tours.

You need to book ahead. Also allow time to visit other memorial sites such as the Utah on Ford Island..

Jeff was a fabulous tour guy/driver. Very knowledgeable about the attack on Pearl Harbor. He also pointed out interesting things and places on the way. The Arizona memorial is an absolute must when in Oahu.

The ship terminal is rather crowded at debark and the location is rather difficult to find if you don’t know where to go. We don’t and we asked several folks who didn’t have a clue, so here’s the deets. Once off the ship (pier 10/11) stay on the sidewalk to the right and walk until you arrive at the SECOND “information” kiosk. Wait there for the van. The guide was outstanding and the tour was everything it should be. The Park is very solemn but very enjoyable. 4 hour tour but it doesn’t include the USS Missouri or the USS Bowfin. Great tour though. Time to the memorial is 45 minute total.

A very somber place, but very appreciative of being there and honoring the fallen. Especially the Greatest Generation.
