The day was very well laid out and there was excellent communication from the guide. Having the itinerary was most helpful. There’s not enough time to see everything g, but what you do get to see is great.

Rlane was a great guide and made the day very fun and informative.
$620 for four adults. Karma Tours is great. Jeff was great.
So simple. We did not have to worry about parking, times, tickets, or any other logistics. Everything was done for us. We were able to be present in the experience without worrying about anything. Our driver Arleane also added to the experience with her fun personality and knowledge of the area.
Yes, you can take the public bus and get timed tickets in advance and stress - or you can book this and get a knowledgeable, friendly guide who will tell you history and escort to your events on time and add in some humor. STRONGLY recommend this low-stress way to see the Missouri and the Arizona with Pick up/drop off at the cruise ship pier. Will book this again when I come back with friends. Just know - CLEAR bags only (like at NFL stadiums). Enjoy!’
We had an amazing time. It was very humbling to visit the grave of heroes. I would highly recommend.
Well worth it. Shannon was an excellent guide/host. Timing was perfect and there were not any concerns.
Primarily booked to see the Arizona, but unfortunately the navy had shut down the ferry services out it it, due to weather
Wonderful experience! 100% recommend!!! You won’t be disappointed!! Well worth the trip! Awesome tour!
Our driver was very knowledgeable about our sightseeing, pearl harbor and USS Missouri. Very interesting
It was a great experience, my first time visiting pearl harbor memorial, a must see experience , tour driver very informative and great customer service
What an amazing day we had. Learnt so much especially from our bus driver to pearl harbor. Highly recommended
Our day started off a little bumpy. Our pick up was supposed to be 8:30 am but our guide turned up at 7:45 am so we left our hotel without breakfast and climbing down the hotel stairs due to the lifts being out of action. The whole experience was very good and our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the USS Arizona and USS Missouri. Despite the bumpy start fabulous day.
Ro was a great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the island and the places we visited. This was a great two locations to do in one day.
There did not seem to be enough time to do everything that was available. I got to see what I wanted but did not have time to do the submarine, watch any video's, walk through the Missouri and tour the Aviation Museum. Since there is only the driver I don't see why they can't expand the time allotted to be at Pearl Harbor without any additional cost.
USS Arizona and Missouri were excellent. Guide was excellent. I just wish that short aerospace museum is also included.
It was an okay tour. A little too much time was spent driving around before Pearl Harbor, likely to kill time before getting us there. Would have appreciated going straight there to maximize our time.
A very moving experience. We learned many new things in the exhibits. We also enjoyed walking through the USS Missouri.
Will was an excellent tour guide that I found engaging, knowledgeable and humorous. Any future traveler would enjoy his tours
Great tour. Emotional, informative, well worth it. The length was perfect, not too long and not too short.
It was great, learned a lot of details that we didn't know. The only thing I would change, wish we had more time at the Missouri.
10/10 great tour and a great guide! The boat to the memorial did break down unfortunately but the parks service team did their best to get it all back quickly and was a great tour! Didn’t expect to see different parts of the city on the way to Pearl Harbor but was a welcome addition. I wish I could remember the guides name because he was amazing!
Karma Tour Guide Clift Imai is an excellent guide from telling history about Honolulu to what we should expect once we arrived for the USS Arizona and USS Missouri tours. He gave out a printed “CliftNotes” step by step itinerary. He gave great tops to enjoy the Pearl Harbor memorial.
They should tell the people that they have to bring a clear bag when they go to Pearl harbor at least a week in advance so they're able to buy one I was told 24 hours before the trip and I had to go running out and wacky key looking for one I didn't like that at all because I have one at home I could have brought with me also they should have a text on exactly what times everything's happening because the bus driver I guess said what times but I didn't hear it and so my husband and I ended up taking the bus over to the battleship and lost our i bus driver and nobody answers the phone at any of these places so that was very annoying so I think I'm being pretty nice giving them three stars they probably should only be one or two stars at the most
Our guide Clift rules... The Clift Notes are the bible
Jeff was great tour guide. Pear Harbor was amazing. Make sure to tour the Missouri too.
The tour was good. You will do a lot of walking, so be prepared and wear comfortable shoes. The tour driver was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great experience! Very humbling to see and walk through history! More Americans need to be aware of and/or experience what our servicemen and women went through for our freedom! A huge thank you to Art, he was an awesome tour guide!
Very informative and the tour director was fun. The trip was well organized and we did not have any concerns with expectations
USS Missouri was the highlight of this tour, not the pearl harbor experience. I would recommend if you want to see pearl harbor museums to do it on your own time so you have more time and are not rushed. I’d also recommend doing the USS Missouri on your own time as they have their own awesome tour and is included in the ticket there. I also thought we would have a more guided experience at Pearl Harbor, but that was not the case. The trip to the USS Arizona felt rushed and I didn’t have time to fully enjoy the memorial. The driver we had through the tour company was lovely, but I just thought this tour was maybe trying to do too much in too little time.
Jeff was an amazing guide! So knowledgeable, funny, spirited and helpful for guests. Provided so much information and answered all guest questions!
We had such a wonderful experience. Finny was so knowledgeable and entertaining. We were very humbled by this whole experience. Highly recommend.
The trip to Pearl Harbor with a visit to the Arizona Memorial and the Missouri was excellent. Our guide/driver (Will) provided information about Hawaii's history and culture as we drove to the venues. This tour will help you understand the sacrifices men made during WWII.
Be prepared for a very emotional moving tour! The experience was very well handled, even after there was a boat breakdown and a delay of 30 minutes. We had the best tour guide, Art! He knew so much about the Arizona, Missouri and local sights if interest! Good job the Karma Tours and Art!!
Pick up scheduling communication was very frustrating and stressful. We had a group of eight people one was pregnant and one was three years old. We were scheduled to be picked up over a mile away. We could not get anyone to answer her phone or return a call. Finally had to call when pick up did not arrive at our hotel and insist on a pick up.
Great experience overall. Will, our guide, was very knowledgeable about Hawaiian history and culture. Good itinerary laid out at the beginning of the Pearl Harbor tour, but still room for free time on your own. Highly recommend.
Art, our tour guide, was excellent. Interesting local stories and historical information about December 7, 1941 and USS Missouri. The start and ending of USA involvement in WWII. Flat pavement to walk. But still some walking from van parking to museum entrances. To fully see the Missouri, requires climbing up and down ship ladders. Guided tour is 35 minutes. Lunch stop at Missouri was more than adequate. Chicken Caesar salad was huge. Don’t forget to buy some shaved ice! 2 hours at the Arizona was rushed. 2 hours at the Missouri was adequate. Gift shops well stocked.
Our driver Jeff was so informative about our trip to Pearl Harber told was alot about the town and different things to see and do
I thought it was a guided tour from via tour to visit Pearl Harbor go to the Arizona and tour the Missouri. Unfortunately, it was a ride to Pearl Harbor, where the Arizona tour would be. And then a transfer to the Missouri, and then a transfer back to our hotel. This was pretty much just transportation no tour involved. If I would’ve known this prior, I would’ve bought the tickets through Recreation.gov for under $50 and go myself with my own vehicle.
Our tour guide Art was awesome! He really knew the history of events around Pearl Harbor and also local history of Hawaii.
Excellent experience with tour guide from Karma tours named Art. Very knowledgeable about the island and Pearl Harbor
Had a great guide, Clift was the best, So informative and such a lovely and kind person. Thank you so much.
Will, our driver, gave us great information re Hawaii, adding humor. He directed us where to go, all meeting locations. He had typed iternary with this information including tickets and appropriate timeline
Another highlight of our trip. Seeing history up close was inspiring. I love history but any US citizen should remember these events of our history. An extra benefit of the tour was our driver, Ro Ro. In addition to her job to get us to and from Pearl Harbor, she acted as an excellent tour guide for sites along the way.
This was a seamless experience. The tour was extremely well organized and the guide gave clear and accurate instructions about timing and meeting points. It is a nice way to avoid having to organize tickets and transportation to see the Arizona Memorial and the Missouri.
Our tour guide Art, was fantastic. He shared a lot of history and insight to the area. It was a highlight of our trip. It was well worth every penny.
Clift was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable in the history of Hawaii. We enjoyed the sights at Pearl Harbor and learning a different perspective on that memorable day.
Make sure you confirm the time with the tour operator. There was a discrepancy between the confirmed time from Viator and the operator.
Wonderful guided/self guided tour with plenty of time to visit the Arizona Memorial, battleship Missouri and museums.
Overall, this could have been an excellent tour. Our guide, Ariel, started off very strong. He was funny, engaging, and informative, sharing not only the history of Pearl Harbor but also interesting information about Hawaiian history and language along the way. Once we arrived at Pearl Harbor, we were pretty much on our own, but we had reserved tickets for both the USS Arizona Memorial and the USS Missouri. Both were incredibly interesting and informative, and it was a meaningful and thought-provoking experience. Unfortunately, the ride back to Waikiki was a different story. While Ariel was speaking, some passengers were having a conversation. He asked them to quiet down and said he would continue once everyone was ready to listen. However, he then fell silent and eventually announced that we would be back in Waikiki in about five minutes. The silence was awkward, and it wasn’t until my husband called out, “We’re ready!” that Ariel resumed speaking. The whole interaction felt strange and put a damper on what had otherwise been a very good experience. Overall, I believe this is a good tour company offering a worthwhile experience, and I would still recommend visiting Pearl Harbor this way. However, the return trip could have been handled much better, and I hope the company takes this feedback constructively.
