Pearl Harbor Uss Arizona Memorial "Private"

The Arizona memorial was amazing, but the tour guide left much to be desired. We spent so much time driving around Honolulu while he told us about homelessness and alcoholism in Hawaii that we were only able to rush through half the offerings at Pearl Harbor. Will not book with Karma Tours ever again

Our guide was very informative. Made the tour fun and interesting. I have two parents with me that needed assistance and Will was very accommodating.

Most of this tour is visiting Pearl Harbor. The rest is sitting in traffic. Unfortunately, we visited on a very rainy day and got soaked riding the boat to the memorial. Our tour guide was friendly and flexible.

I scheduled the tour for 10:30 a.m. . Was told to drive a half hour past the tour destination to meet at a hotel where the driver was to pick us up. We let them know that was unacceptable and to make other accommodations as we were paying top dollar. We were given an alternative rendezvous 30 seconds from the dock which we agreed to. After our 30second tour we were dropped off and told that our excursion wasn't going to begin for another three and a half hours and to sit and wait on the dock till then. I told the tour director this was unacceptable and to take me back to my car. He refused and told me to walk back. Shady shady shady operation. Now I'm waiting for violator to issue a refund, fingers crossed!

Ein was AMAZING he was on time and made sure that we were comfortable. He was sooo knowledgeable and knew sooooo much i was sooooo impressed with Ann the history he genuinely knew and didn't red off of a notebook. He was funny, knowledgeable and very curious. I really can't say enough about our excursion. He made our first day unforgettable. I would totally recommend this tour but most of all Ein as your tour guide would.be even better.

It is an interesting tour, plenty of history and nice boats. the driver was nice and helpful but the organization was a mess, i personally called them to confirm that we had tickets for the Arizona, all is set they said. but once there they forgot to do the reservation so we were put in a waiting list and need to spend part of the time waiting and queuing. no issues but for this why i need to book a tour can i not do it better myself? internal organization within the museum is good but i still had the impression that we could get more :-(

Mark was a great guide - perfectly organized trip for our family of 6 - grandparents, parents, and two boys ages 12 and 14.

Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable. This was a must see experience while in Hawaii and our guide was instrumental in making it a great one.

A brilliant tour to Pearl Harbour by Finny, we were part of a small tour, we were all picked up from various hotels, the whole tour was very well organised, from the from phone call the previous day to confirm timings and details etc to the drop off. Finny was very informative and funny, he is ex military, I would highly recommend this tour.

The tour guide, McFinny was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Very informative 👏 We would like to come back and see more of the Pearl Harbor tour.

This was a private tour that included Pearl Harbor. It was by far the best tour we took during our stay. The driver,Will, was outstanding. I highly recommend this tour.

What a great tour! Mark, our guide, has lived on the island for 50 years and had some great stories to share. We had a tight timeline to complete the tour before our flight to the Big Island and the four hour round trip was perfect for our first morning in Hawaii!

The tour was amazing! The staff were friendly and provided heartfelt details about the USS Arizona and Pearl Harbor as a whole.

The tour guide (Finny) was very personable and interesting. He made the drive engaging and better than him just driving us to and from the memorial.

we had a private tour and we got charged for leaving our personal items in the vehicle. the charge was $150 when they were we had a private tour

Views from the bus ride from our hotel to the site. Our guide gave us lots of background information including insight into the history and geography of Honolulu and of the Memorial to those who gave their lives for our freedom.

Ian the tour guide. He did a real fantastic job. Explained everything to a detail. Very helpful. Took us into Pearl an explained what an where to go. Also about different things that we could fit into the trip. Also the city tour was great and he took pictures of us at all the different places. Thanks again.

Ian made up for the fact that we couldn’t go out to the Arizona due to high winds, so he took us to Ford Island and the Aviation Museum to make up for it. He helped to make the most of the experience despite the weather.

The driver was excellent He was very informative on our drive to and from the Memorial. He was able to shed light on various aspects of life here Aww oils definitely recommend this trip

I paid over a thousand dollars for it, and not able to see the USS Arizona. I wish I could have my money back.

Tour bus ride to the museum had multiple local pickup stops and driver shared lots of the state historical/current information. Unfortunately for ride back to resort, as we arrived at the parking lot on time (as instructed by driver) we saw the bus driving away. We did not receive any call or text message from the driver to let us know the bus was leaving without us. I called customer service who tried to contact the driver multiple times but no response and therefore we had to pay for Lyft ride instead.

Arlaine was an amazing guide. She was entertaining and enthusiastic. We had a very pleasant experience.

We took the Pearl Harbor USS Arizona tour with Karma and enjoyed it very much. Our guide, Arlaine, was amazing. She shared not only facts and history about Pearl Harbor but also about Oahu. She was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Pick-up and drop-off was convenient. Pricing was fair. Van was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. We would book with Karma again. Tour time was 4hrs which included the USS Arizona, a short film and the museum. Other sites at Pearl Harbor were not included in this package. However, we did drive through the Punch bowl on our way back.

Very moving & emotional. Well worth the visit if you're on Oahu. Our guide was Hema and she was a delight. Showed us more than was listed on the trip's itinerary.

This private tour included airport pickup and dropoff and a private guide that would meet us between each museum to walk us to our entry and even guided us through one of the museums. Ben was our guide, and he was absolutely fantastic. He taught us more than we could have read throughout the museums. He was friendly, knowledgable, and fun. Workers throughout the museums knew him by name and were so happy to see him, which reiterated we would have a great experience. I highly recommend this tour.

The driver was excellent the tour was too my wife and i enjoy it very much i am going to recomend it
