Pearl Harbor tour was great. Wish we had more time there. The bus tour was just ok. Could nearly hear the tour guide. Personality was too timid for a tour guide.

Itinerary
The highlight of this tour is when you get admission to the National Park Service’s theater to view a 23-minute movie documentary on the bombing of Pearl Harbor and then you will board the US Navy shuttle boat to travel out to the USS Arizona Memorial.
Stop for photos with one of Oahu's most iconic statues. Kamehameha the Great was the King who united the Hawaiian Islands under one rule.
Home of the Unknown solider, "Punchbowl Cemetery", so nicknamed because of it's shape, serves as a memorial to honor those men and women who served in the United States Armed Forces, and those who have given their lives in doing so.
ʻIolani Palace was the royal residence of the rulers of the Kingdom of Hawaii beginning with Kamehameha III under the Kamehameha Dynasty and ending with Queen Liliʻuokalani under the Kalākaua Dynasty, founded by her brother, King David Kalākaua.
Enjoy a narrated tour through downtown Honolulu, including the business district, Chinatown and even what was once a bustling "red light district"
Now the residence of Hawaii's Governor, Washington Place is where Queen Liliuokalani was arrested at the overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom
The unique architecture of this building makes it one to see. Columns representing palm trees, a cylindrical center to represent the volcanoes, all surrounded by water!

Friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. Tour bus was clean and cool. Pick up instructions were easy to follow.
This is a smaller tour bus and very easy going. The tour guide Quinton was exceptional with his knowledge of the city, history, and anyone’s Q&A. You have plenty of time with the stops and Pearl Harbor. I’ve been on a couple of these tours highly recommend this one. Know you only get into the USS Arizona- if you want other Pearl Harbor exhibits, you will need to separately book.
Top notch excursion! Our tour guide provided history & personal heritage tidbits & was was a joy to listen to. Definitely recommend this tour. 6 of us did this excursion & we all enjoyed it!
The information he provided was excellent. He was funny and gave really good information. He was very matter-of-fact when it came to giving important facts about where to be and when to be there. We feel he went above and beyond our expectations when he gave us tour information about the places and things we saw. We even liked his bits and pieces about his personal experiences and family history that he shared. We would highly recommend this tour to our friends and family. Thank you very much.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. He provided very good insight into what we saw and did. The background music on the bus after touring Pearl Harbor seemed too scripted but later like at the Punchbowl Cemetery seemed to feel appropriate. A very good experience overall.
Best part was seeing the Arizona memorial, learning more of the history of the attack on pearl harbor
Not impressed with the driver's stories. He was late for pickup at Pearl Harbor trying to manage two tours.
Rob our driver gave us a passionate description of his cultural family history and many other historical stories and facts about Hawaii.
It was a somber experience - to hear about it your whole life and then to go personally…it was a wonderful experience
We cancelled. Rain forecast all day. Vendor site said they cancel for weather. Didn’t happen! We are seniors not wanting to spend 5 hours in lines in the rain. Want a refund and being ignored after years of being a loyal viator user!
Was great to be able to look around at your own pace, was even better knowing that we had tickets to the USS Arizona and not have to wait in the standby lane
We had a fab day rob our driver made it even better he was very informative and funny he made the experience very enjoyable
The tour operator was one hour late starting the tour. We receive several phone calls re the pickup locations. It changed several times. We were drop off at Pearl harbor location without any tour guide it was just like a taxi service. They failed to get the pearl harbor tickets for the tour boat, so they cancelled the night before. The drive was the right out of it, his drive was terrible, drove over curves, was sleeping and missed several green lights. I was dangers for the tur and the rest of the traffic I'm out $13.49 for receiving out of country phone calls and the fees for the boat to the museum.
It was not what we expected. I saw more just by walking not impressed. It would have been nice to stop some places. I could have taken an uber or taxi and and got my money's worth
The tour was interesting and our guide was a lot of fun. Pearl Harbor was mesmerizing to visit in person and hear/read about events of December 7, 1941.
Generally the tour was good, got some extra tidbits of info from the driver as we drove around to the different sites. It was nice not having to drive to these several locations and find parking, as they are some busy areas of town. Two issues could have been better: The tour bus kept stalling, so we spent some extra time waiting for the driver to get it going again; Then the driver played some patriotic music while at the Punchbowl cemetery but it was way too loud, would have been more touching at a lower volume.
Our tour guide/driver made this trip great! He was wonderful and the fact that he was local made it even better!
Had a wonderful day doing the city tour and visiting Pearl Harbor! Our driver/tour guide “Cousin Kella” was great! Fun, informative and a good driver!
I booked this tour 3 months in advance. The night before the tour they called and cancelled saying that Pearl Harbor would not give them tickets. With such short notice I was unable to attempt to get a reservation and we had to pay to get there. Very disappointed in this company
I was so looking forward to this tour but the Pearl harbor portion was the worst. The city tour was fabulous and so was our guide “Cousin Kala” was fabulous tour guide in the city but he didn’t go into Pearl Harbor. So we were on our own there. There wasn’t enough time to see all the other stuff plus many of it was additional price. The actual USS Arizona portion was moving but not as much as if they had showed the 23 video minute before. No one told us to watch it before and now the video is outside with a bunch of people gathered around a tv screen. If this is another foolish Hawaiian scared of covid crap social distancing it is ridiculous. We could have all watched it in the theaters with masks on. This whole trip was a waste of our vacation. I could have watch tv specials on Pearl Harbor and gotten more educated and not spent 2 days in concrete jungle Honolulu.
Learning about Hawaii and it’s history. The palace is beautiful and the history was interesting. I would highly recommend this tour.
This was such an enjoyable tour. Due to Covid some of the interior stops were closed to tourists, but we still stopped and enjoyed the exterior grounds, which were very beautiful. Our driver Chris was outstanding. Very knowledgeable on everything Hawaii. He answered all our questions and was very entertaining.
Don’t let them fool you!!! This is only transportation to the place. Doesn’t include anything other than the trip to Pearl Harbor. Once you get there you are on your own. No intrusions or anything. We only got 2 hours which in is not enough time to do much. Never again
The driver was 45 minutes late and then we couldn't do the whole tour, it was the worst experience you see in Honolulu, he as a driver would have to give a class service to the clinic,
Chris was funny and informative. I wish he was on my other tour of Oahu! I can't say much more because it is Pearl Harbor.
This tour was soo much fun. Our bus driver was very informative around the city and we were able to spend a little over 2 hours at Pearl Harbor. Punch bowl was beautiful as well! The booking mentioned a water bottle but it wasn’t provided
Enjoyed visiting the museums and USS Arizona is a must see. This tour includes the boat ride over to visit the USS Arizona
Enjoyed our trip. Only downside was no water given out. If had known would have brought our own bottle along.
DON’T DO THIS TOUR!!!I thought maybe the bad reviews were just a fluke. NO, it was horrible! 50 minutes late pick up. 20 min downtown tour. Dropped us off at Pearl Harbor and deacription said we got breakfast with water or coffee at Leonardo’s. Didn’t happen. Then we got to Pearl Harbour and the description said we got to go on the Arizona and the Missouri. Not true. The Missouri tickets are an extra $25. Then we called to have them come get us and lady was rude to us. We should have just drove ourselves because that is really all we got for the $350 we paid. This company is horrible. Don’t do it!!!!!
City bus tour could have given a much better history guide talk instead of describing what he saw at the moment, like the water department he noted.
The driver was very funny and informative. And the timeline for stops and pick up was perfect. Great trip
Tickets are very hard to find but we were lucky enough to find that if you go on a tour you’ll be able to see and experience the Arizona Memorial which includes a city tour of Oahu. Very friendly and on time departures.
Very disappointed on the time limited. The control on what items that could sold. The extra charge to eat.
The Arizona memorial was the highlight of the tour and a must when you are in Oahu. The guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant
Pearl Harbor Memorial was very moving. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable.
This tour of the city and Pearl Harbor was great! The tour guides funny and very knowledgeable of the history of the city! We enjoyed our trip! Highly recommend!
