We went with Cousin Lisa. She was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the sites. She gave us clear instructions during the tour. She spoke nice and clearly so we all could hear even in the back of bus. The tour was so interesting. Maholo ..

Bus driver was interesting to listen to as he showed us many of the sites in downtown and informed us as to were to go while at the Pearl Harbor site.
Had a great time!! Our driver, Cousin Lee was very knowledgeable and informative. He helped us with our tour inside Pearl Harbor and took us a great tour/ride around Honolulu.
Bus arrived on time. Our driver, Dave, was very knowledgeable. Tour was as described and very interesting
Yge driver was good but I was sold this tour as part of my package with my holidays. Roberts had not purchased tickets so I could not see Arizona I was back ay motel within a hour was a waste rime and money and false advertising
A great tour. Great communication from the company regarding where to meet etc. Van was comfortable and air conditioned. We were collected from our hotel. Our guide and driver was safe, friendly and very knowledgeable about Pearl Harbour. He had good communication skills. Places of interest were informative. Good value for the price. Would recommend this tour to anyone interested in history.
Excellent tour but be sure to verify the exact pick up spot. There were two tour bus pick up spots and we missed our tour. The location link they sent us was wrong so be sure you get the physical address and cross streets. Fortunately we had time to reschedule and they had availability so we booked the next day. The receptionist was nice and patient with me. The tour itself was phenomenal. Our driver was Cousin Koko, very knowledgeable and friendly. The bus was comfortable with AC. If not for the wrong pick up site, would give five stars.
Cousin “Elaine” was a fantastic tour guide as part of our princess cruise. She was very knowledgeable and had a friendly personality and was a joy to speak with during our tour. I would highly recommend her and her tour. She asked us to refer to her as cousin Elaine and considered everyone family.
I booked this trip to Pearl Memorial in Honolulu through Viator. Great experience on booking having the option to cancel much closer to the trip day and communicating in a timely fashion. The guide was very knowledgeable about the surroundings and history of every place she took us around. Visiting Pearl Memorial is once in a life time event and a must see when in Hawaii. Wonderful experience with both Viator and tour company.
This was an extremely disappointing tour. This was no fault of the driver, who was lovely, but the entire point of booking the tour is to get pre-booked tickets to the Arizona so you can decide how to spend the rest of the time without stress. Instead, we had to dash to the standby line and then had to stay local in case we got in. Further, by not telling us in advance, I missed the opportunity to get tickets in the 24-hour advance batch. In the end, we did get to the Arizona (which really isn't as special as it used to be to be honest--it's harder and harder to see the boat), but it meant rushing the submarine tour--which costs money (not noted anywhere obviously unless you go to the Pearl Harbor public website) and fully eliminated the Missouri option since you could not get back in time. We would have been better off taking an uber to/from Pearl and getting tickets in the 24-hour group.
We recently booked a Pearl Harbor tour through the concierge service at our hotel. They never told us that the Arizona Memorial tickets were not guaranteed, although those tickets were the only reason we booked a 5-hour bus tour, including driving around downtown Honolulu. When we got on the bus at the meet-up point the tour guide told the passengers that the company was not able to get tickets for the memorial and therefore the whole tour would only consist of a trip to the Pearl Harbor visitor center (which does not have an entrance fee) and a sightseeing tour of Honolulu downtown. My family and I got off the bus immediately as there was no way I would go on an hours long bus ride without getting the actual service I booked and paid for. I understand that Oahu is very busy during the holiday season, but the concierge and Roberts should have made it clearer that it was unlikely to get the tickets for the memorial. We would have not booked that tour if that would have been communicated. And that were the whole issue feels almost like a "scam" - the center piece of the tour is the Arizona Memorial and if people cannot get on it, I would assume that quite a lot of people would rather not book the tour - which would result in less revenues for the tour company!
We recently booked the Pearl Harbor tour through the concierge at our hotel using Roberts Hawaii. The driver showed up on time and made several pick ups along the way. At each pick up, he gave all of the loading passengers the same instructions but at different times which took a lot of time. All the way to Pearl Harbor he repeated the rules and regulations to us over and over again. When we got to Pearl Harbor, he told us how we needed to check in and what we were going to do after we arrived. We then we told that we didn't actually have tickets, we had to go on standby. What did that mean? I asked no tickets. What did we pay for? We proceeded to stand in line on standby and we waited for almost 2 1/2 hours before we were finally able to get onto the Arizona monument and watch the film all the while we stood in line waiting. When I called Roberts and spoke to Dustin, he told me, that there was never any guarantee that we would get a ticket, and that was noted in the disclosure. I told him I was on vacation and I didn't read the disclosures as 99.9% of people do not read them. When I asked what we paid for he said the entrance and the transportation. Well, the entrance is free and the transportation didn't have much value as we had to make multiple stops on a big bus. We did have a ticket to the battleship, but because of all the time we waited in line for the Arizona monument, we decided not to go as it required a separate shuttle. It was a long day , we did persevere and were able to see the monument but only after we stood in line for hours. When I returned to the hotel on my own dime, since we took an Uber back rather than doing a city tour afterwards, which would've brought us back much later. I spoke to the concierge and she indicated that they should've told us that the tickets weren't guaranteed. Again, at the end of the day we each paid about $150 for essentially a bus ride back-and-forth, instructions that we never had to use and waiting in line for something that was free.. I would say all in all this was a bad tour. I would not recommend it. You could take a bus or an Uber and get in for free and purchase the tickets online a month in advance for a one dollar service fee. Advice for those of you that are reading this in advance of your trip.
Awesome tour, very informative. Guide was on time and very efficient. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and safe. Bring a light jacket because the air conditioner was on full blast!
Tour was volatile with government shutdown, so unsure what to expect. Fortunately, private donors kept the memorial open for visitors and we were able to see everything. The restrictions, however, caused the tour to be a bit "cramped" since we had to wait over an hour to tour the actual memorial site. This put a tight rush on getting back to the bus on time. This was all, of course, not any fault of Robert's Hawaii. The bus intercom had issues so didn't catch all of the driver's narrative. City tour was interesting, but would have been better without intercom feedback. Overall, a bit underwhelming. Partially due to circumstances beyond control and partially because of faulty equipment.
Great experience! A must see when in Honolulu. Took a Roberts tour many years ago, also a tremendous experience. Guides are well trained and courteous. Very comfortable coach ride.
We were very pleased with the tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about Honolulu and Pearl Harbor and was warm and friendly. She drove the bus expertly and made sure that everyone in the group was accounted for. The only drawback with the tour was the USS Arizona Memorial undergoing restoration and the limited number of people allowed in the boats ferrying visitors. We were assigned a number, but it was never called in the time we had available. We saw the memorial across the water and visited the museum instead. This was not the fault of our guide. She drove us back to our hotel as efficiently as possible.
Pearl Harbour was both educational and sobering. We had the most amazing tour guide! Georgia was so full of information about so much more. She is so caring and kind as well.
Georgia was amazing! She shared a lot of knowledge about Pearl Harbor and the island itself! She made us laugh and was very kind and helpful!
Our tour guide Georgia made you feel like family on the bus. She was well prepared in giving us the history of Hawaii and what lead up to Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor and the aftermath. I would highly recommend this tour guide. A+
Our tour guide Georgia was amazing she was respectful and informative and she made the trip wonderful. I would definitely recommend this tour.
Georgia was an excellent tour guide providing us with more information about everything that happened in World War 2, visiting Pearl Harbour was an amazing experience. Highly recommend!
An emotional experience but very worthwhile, to see the USS Arizona and the USS Mississippi where the final Japanese surrender took place at the of WW2
Simon was a great guide and very helpful. The tour covered all the city highlights I wanted and Pearl Harbor. It was better than I expected.
Basically you pay $100 per person for a bus ride. The bus does not even stop for you to take pictures in the city. It drops you off at Pearl Harbor which is free to visit on your own and you get to visit the Arizona Memorial which is also free to visit on your own. They sold us a bus ride for $100 per person. We could’ve rented a car for $135.00 for all 4 of us. Stopped in the city & took pictures. Then went to Pearl Harbor and Arizona for FREE. Totally scammed us. Be aware.
Had a great time at Pearl Harbor and loved our guide Georgia. She was very knowledgeable through the whole trip. I would highly recommend this tour. It is a self guided tour at Pearl Harbor and USS Arizona.
Simon was a great guide/driver. Could use at least 45 min. Longer at Pearl Harbor. My opinion not enough time to go through the whole museum in time allotted between watching the video prior to going on Arizona tour and still going through the museum. Other than that rest of the tour was great!!
I enjoyed the tour very much. Our driver was very knowledgeable and funny. Great trip. Pearl Harbor was fascinating, interesting and sad, of course.
Pearl Harbor, USS Arizona and Honolulu City Tour Vivas was a great guide. He was a very safe driver. The Roberts guides are very professional and on time. They are better than any ot Waikaki. Have Booked Roberts 4 times now . . . . all good!! Thanks Vivas
I really liked the tour!! The guide was so friendly and explained with a lot of detail the activities. I breathed history!!
Cousin Lisa was absolutely amazing for our tour to pearl harbor. She was so gracious with helping my mother in law on and off the bus. She was so informative with the history of Hawaii and Pearl Harbor. We have taken previous tours with roberts hawaii, and she was by far the most engaging and personable which is rare. We love Robert's hawaii and definitely would recommend them to friends/family. ❤️❤️
Booked the tour from Sydney with Roberts Tours great recommendation. The pick up was right on time the bus driver was very informative and took us on a trip around the city as well as Pearl Harbor. Exceptional tour and have recommended Roberts to many people who were still standing there waiting to be picked up for their tours and did not show. Used Roberts on pick up from airport and departing and on all tours we did in Hawaii. Best operators at reasonable prices and very reliable.
Our tour guide, Georgia, was amazing. She provided great content for the lead up to the USA entering World War II with the bombing of Pearl Harbor on Dec 7, 1941. The directions at the memorial were clear and concise. On the return trip, she again demonstrated her knowledge of the kingdom, military, territory, and state history of Hawaii. The passion she shared around the palace was moving. Great tour and tour guide. There is an opportunity to clarify that the USS Missouri is not included in the plan.
It was a good time. Our driver was super friendly and answered any and all questions we had. His knowledge of everything was great.
Georgia was Great our tour guide .She told us story of the island plus she grew up there she also took us a few other places to see and told us the hot spots of te island
If you don't plan your Pearl Harbor trip months in advance, you risk not being able to get a ticket on the day you want to go. To be sure we could make this trip, I booked with Roberts Hawaii and it was a great choice. The bus picked us up within a block of our hotel. The trip up to the national cemetery with rainbows arching over the monuments started the tour. Then we went to the Pearl Harbor Center. Our guide gave us great instructions and plenty of time to see the EXCELLENT movie before the trip on the boat across to the Arizona Memorial. And there was time to view some, but not all, of the museum exhibit halls which are excellent. From there the bus took us to downtown Honolulu and the the King Kamehameha statue, where he took family pictures for all of us both at the statue and at a very large banyan tree very near the statue. The driver/guide was knowledgeable and helpful . He pointed out the city hall, the Lolani palace, and gave history for Hawaii/Oahu/Honolulu that was very interesting. It was a lovely morning and very inspiring!
Great company.. very knowledgeable tour guide! Enjoyable day with lots of laughs! Highly recommend you book with Roberts!
Georgia was a very informative guide. She really wanted you to have the best experience possible. I would recommend Robert's Hawaii.
A great half day option for those who don’t have an entire day to see Pearl Harbor. Enough time to see the Arizona - but those wishing to see the USS Missouri need to take a longer tour. The city tour was an added highlight. Roberts are a professional outfit & run a tight ship.
Fantastic tour, was so interesting and very enjoyable. Great transport and a wonderful tour guide. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time and learned lots about Pearl Harbor and the city of Honolulu. Our bus driver Simon was a great guide and a great driver.
A very informative and enjoyable tour. Pearl Harbor has been on my bucket list for years. I would definitely take this tour again.
Our guide was very nice and he explained everything in detail. Bus was very clean and everything went smoothly. Loved this tour. Thank you .
The tour was absolutely amazing our tour guide Georgia was absolutely wonderful. She showed us behind the scenes Hawaii things that we wouldn’t even have known about. She was just absolutely wonderful. Will definitely book that tour again. Highly recommended to friends and family. We absolutely love Georgia Marcel Scheer and family.
Georgia was a fantastic tour guide! She showed us extra stops and told us about Hawaii culture and history beyond that of Pearl Harbor. Great experience and I highly recommend!
Georgia was literally the best tour guide I have ever had. She was knowledgeable, warm, welcoming and lovely. She was so kind and had so many interesting facts about the island. I would specifically recommend this again to my friend and family because of her. Thank you Georgia, you are a diamond!
Short tour worth doing, if your short on time. For a more in depth experience it might be best to book one of the longer tours.
This tour was a fantastic way to see the city of Honolulu and Pearl Harbor. My husband and I were picked up very close to our hotel by Lisa and right away we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Cousin Lisa expertly navigated the city streets and was full of information and fun facts about the sites she was showing us. She told us exactly what to expect at Pearl Harbor and the important things to see while we were there. She brought us from the bus, through the front gates and gave us a briefing about Pearl Harbor, which I found particularly helpful. Cousin Lisa was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable about our tour and she genuinely wanted us to get the most out of her tour. I would definitely recommend Cousin Lisa's tour!
Our tour guide, cousin Lisa, was AMAZING! I am a travel agent visiting with 7 family members. She was ahead of schedule picking us up but everyone was there. She offered so much information as she drove is to Pear Harbor. She walked us inside and clearly pointed out all the specific areas for us. She gave us great advice on the best way to see both the movie and still board the boat in a timely manner for our time slot. As we continued on our drive to Punch Bowl the information continued. She was a friendly, kind person with a wealth of knowledge. If you are lucky enough to have her, your trip will be fabulous!
Let me tell you how amazing our tour today was with cousin Lisa! She is the friendliest, personal and knowledgeable tour guide we have had yet! We highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a good time! We enjoyed today so much ! Thank you cousin Lisa for your time and taking us to Pearl Harbor! You’re new friends , Brittany and Mike Rumola
