Parasailing On Maunalua Bay- Oahu's Off Waikiki Playground

Staff was very friendly! Always tip your boat drivers! We had an amazing experience and plan to come back next Christmas again! Parasailing boy were the nicest!

It was impressively efficient given how many people were there. But they got everyone to their various activities and back. Our whole family had fun! We arrived and they let us switch activities. Parasailing and banana boat for 4 took about 2.5 hours.

Love afternoon of fun in the sun with an experienced and joyful staff. Nice way to be a water daredevil and relax on the boat at the same time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our parasailing and jet ski activities in Maunalua Bay. The staff running the activities were friendly, engaging, and intent on ensuring everyone had a fun time. We arrived at the H20 sports shop around ten minutes before our 9 AM check-in time. The check-in table set up outside the shop was already busy with people signing up or checking in. No one working there acknowledged us as we stood near the table, so after a couple of minutes we asked what to do. We were told to wait, and after about 10 minutes someone called us to the table to check in. She quickly found our reservation, and saw that we had submitted our waivers online. She asked if we wanted to pay in advance for the photographs to be taken, which we did. We were given wristbands for our two activities, and told to wait for about 15 minutes for the boat to come pick us up. That gave us an opportunity to put on sunscreen. When the boat showed up, a number of us boarded and were shuttled out into the bay to a large pontoon boat that served as the base for the jet skis, and also as the point of departure for a boat that shuttled back and forth to the parasailing boat. We were assigned to the third parasailing group, so we took seats on the pontoon to wait our turn while the groups ahead of us went parasailing. After about 20 minutes, it was our turn to shuttle out to the parasailing boat. The two crew members on the boat took good care of us, giving us an enjoyable time in the air while taking lots of great photos. Then we were shuttled back for our jet ski session, where we received clear instruction on procedures and safe operation of the jet skis. The jet ski session — 30 minutes around a course of 3 buoys — was total fun. A GoPro camera on the jet ski recorded photos and video. After that we were shuttled back to shore. Total time of our excursion was about two and a half hours. The photos and videos of our parasailing and jet skiing were great records of our fun, although the jet ski camera for one of the four members in our group gave somewhat foggy images. I would definitely want to book this excursion again on a future trip.

It was great. The staff was wonderful. The only thing was it started to rain and we thought se were gonna reschedule but it stoped and we had a great time. Would do it again

The parasailing experience was fabulous! The crew was great! Very courteous, and professional. They know how to make us feel at ease! The views are great! The dip in the bay towards the end is the icing on the cake!

Had a great time parasailing on Maunalua Bay. It was nice to get away from the crowds in Waikiki and the views were phenomenal! All the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience!! Our guides were so friendly, yet never neglected safety! Flying in the air at 500 ft was exhilarating! The view was so beautiful! We felt safe and would do this again with this company!

This was a very disappointing trip. When one of our party wanted to be brought down from the Parasailing, no- one was plaguing attention to them in the air. This person had a panic attack and needed to be brought down. We wouldn't recommend this trip.

This was so well organized. Very little waiting around time like so many tours. The operators were all so nice and fun. We did banana boat, jet ski and parasailing. My kids loved it so much we are going back before we leave.

We went to Hawaii for a Make A Wish trip for my 14 year old daughter. H2O Hawaii had been recommended to us by another MAW family. My four children (17, 15, 14 and 11) went tubing and they, plus myself, went parasailing. This was an excursion we paid for separate of the MAW itinerary. The staff were incredibly helpful and so friendly. We all had an amazing experience. We opted to purchase the pictures and videos from each of the activities as well. The pictures were incredible (I'm a huge picture/photography fan) and couldn't have gotten this quality on my own. I cannot begin to thank the staff for the fun and their kindness. Mahalo

They advertise it with the time length which is 1:30 duration. But it was actually 30 minutes and that’s really disappointing. We thought we would spent over $200 for 1 hour and 30 minutes but it was actually 30 minutes. Really did not recommend this place. Big mistake.

My 11 yr old grandson was nervous. The guys made him feel at ease making it a lifelong memory for him.

My husband and kids (10 and 15 yrs old) just experienced the time of our lives with H20 Sports. We did three activites— jet skiing, parasailing and banana boat. All activities had very professional and fun staff to make sure everyone felt safe and had a great time. The staff was very organized, we did not have to wait long to transition to each activity. I loved that we had ample time for each activity. Pricing may seem like a lot, but in the end it was well worth it! So much fun and great value for all the you get. My family walked away with great memories. This was one of the highlights on our tip and I highly recommend this company. Also the short drive from Waikiki beach was nice. Not too far and again, well worth the trip.

Simply amazing! From the moment you arrive, the customer service level is second to none! The staff is fantastic at making you feel welcomed and ensuring your experience is the most memorable. We did Sea Do's, Banana Boat, and Parasailing. All three of these activities have provided my friends and family lifelong memories and stories!

This was a fun experience for our family of 6. There was a transfer shuttle to a moored platform where we were able to swim in the ocean for a few minutes while we waited for our turn on the parasail boat. Parasailing was fun. The ride was about the right length of time, with a couple of dips in the ocean. We had 3 groups, and the boat crew was entertaining while the other groups werr up in the air. Knocking 1 star off because of the cost of the extra photos/video. Yeah, it's Hawaii and everything is expensive, but it was still surprising. Also, you pretty much have to buy the extra pictures because the sunshade on the boat prevents many good pictures from the waiting area

Loved the parasail experience! Did not love being held on a platform in the ocean for an hour waiting for my turn. I could have been doing something else with my time.

Staff and boat operators were super friendly and helpful. There are a number of boat transfers to parasail and I think age and agility would definitely hinder ones ability. Be patient, everyone is on Hawaii time so timed reservations happen when they happen. Overall, great experience and would parasail with them again!

It was just our family on the boat. The air time seemed nice and long. Staff was super nice, professional and very attentive to all the safety details. Would do it again tomorrow if we weren’t leaving today.

We did the tandem jet skiing and parasailing. This day was by far the highlight of our vacation. The crews working the activities are friendly and knowledgeable. Safety is the number one priority and they want you to have fun! I was nervous about doing the parasailing but moving past my apprehension I am so grateful I chose this activity. Highly recommend!

Parasailing, jet ski, Banana boat, bumper tubes were all SO FUN!! We've been here 3 times on all 3 Hawaii vacations!! Our family and friends had an AMAZING TIME!!

The coast was definitely beautiful. However the parasailing was way too short and not as diverse the way it was 20 years ago. The company basically sends you up in the air, dips you in the water, and then has you hover above the boat for the 6 minutes allotted time before having you land back in the boat. It makes for beautiful photos but lacks the total adventure.

The crew was very nice and funny.. The view was amazing.. I just wish I could have stayed up there longer.. however I did go twice because there wasn't anyone there to go with my friend since it was only 3 of us.. but I did enjoy myself..

This was the first time I’ve ever done Parasailing and it was absolutely magical. The air was so calm and you feel a sense of peace over looking Hawaii and all the natural beauty of the ocean. This is a must do attraction and I highly recommend this.

Awesome experience! I was a little nervous, but the guys were pros. We drove to the location, checked in at the desk, waited for the water taxi, was transferred to another boat, waited our turn, then got on a Zodiac which transferred us to the parasailing boat. The whole start to finish time was about 3 hours and the parasailing was a good 6 minutes which was enough time to enjoy. We had blast!

Love the parasailing. Didn’t get to ride alone. Sadly my video was included with a total stranger, I was not aware I was going to be riding with someone else. Over the taxis guys and the team who launched the parasailing were great. I would do it again.

Had a great time and the video and pictures they took were great! If you go as a group, you pay for all of your pictures and videos.

Check in was seamless! The guys helping us were nice and cool. The experience was super fun! My friends and I would love to do it again but the parasailing + jet ski combo!

The boat ride to transfer to the small boat that takes you parasailing was a treat in itself. The water in the bay was so clear and there were some pretty great views of O'hau from out in the bay. We go t to see of a pod of dolphins too! The parasailing itself was amazing! I was in a group of three. Since the parasailing has a double harness for two, one of us was able to go twice, for no extra charge. Oh my gosh, that was sooooo much fun. We felt safe and went really high. You feel like you are out there for a long time. We even got to get dunked in the water upon request. The video and pictures they sell after isn't individual- it is of the whole group. They shot really great shots and pictures, professional! Last but not least you get to see all of the H20 sports while your waiting to get on your boats, so if you want to add on if the activities are not booked you can!

Excellent staff was great and very supportive made you feel very comfortable you can tell them what you want as far as Howe fast you go and if you want to be dunked they respect your decisions ..

Incredible view of crystal clear turquoise blue water and a sea turtle, too. Lovely coastline panorama from 500+ feet up while feeling like you're riding a kite. Maybe a little scary, but too beautiful to care. Great boat crew, friendly and professional. Only complaint is how crowded the initial stage of waiting was with large groups of jet ski riders on a crowded barge while waiting for the skiff to the para sailing boat.
