My 3rd time to visit the Arizona Memorial and being a USN Vietnam Veteran it’s always a very moving experience. I was able to bring my Grandson who is in his 30’s and had never been to the Memorial. He was very moved by the experience.

Great experience! lots of knowledge to obtain
So beautiful and sad at the same time. I will be back and bring my grandchildren. Everyone should experience pearl harbor
The wall of those who gave their lives is daunting to realize so many young lives perished. Prayers to all in heaven.
Pearl Harbour is a must visit while in Honolulu.
The museum experience was moving, spiritual and sad. Tha app with Jamie Lee Curtis narrating was excellent and easy to use.
Wonderful! Great information for young and old alike. Better then a textbook! A must for all to experience!!
This excursion is well orchestrated and run. They run exactly on time. You do have to take a boat to the submarine site. Once at the site, they get you on the submarine and down into the vessel. It is extremely large and every person gets a porthole so they can view the underwater sea life. The captain of the vessel is funny and he has a lot of wit and truly tries to get the crowd to engage you get to view a sunken airplane, ship, and other artifacts we were lucky enough to see a shark and a sea turtle. There were several other fish that we saw as well. This trip was well worth it and truly fun for everyone.
Never did make it the booth. From what I understand is. All you get is pair of headphones and listen to the neration of Pearl harbor. The ride to the Arizona is free.
It was not worth getting the multimedia due to how short the tour is. Very inform information but not worth purchasing
Exceptional care from everyone I encountered. Pleasant, competent and courteous. Overall care A++++.
The tickets were not valid. The last boat left at 3:00 and we got there at 3:10. You have to reservations. If you want to go to the Arizona you need to buy tickets at Pearl Harbor everything else is free. Don’t buy this ticket.
Bought this excursion on Groupon and it was great to have to hear stories about Pearl Harbor. We were also able to tour the USSArizona as stand by and watch the movie. Usually these events get booked early. Be sure to bring money if you have a bag larger than a wallet because you have to check them at the counter for a fee. I would recommend this for first timers and to buy with Groupon.
Very nice place to visit and learn some history. Everyone was so nice. USS Arizona memorial was a little emotional for me but definitely worth the visit
So nice to have audio with what we saw. For sure plan to go over to AZ Memorial. Great to be able to come whenever and do our own tour.
Great experience. The history is so important as Americans and the rest of the world. Learned so much.
Consider a self paced bus tour instead. No handicapped accessibility. We drove through sites that would have been nice to pause for pictures. The windows were too dirty to take a good picture
You can stay however long you want. Lots to see with loads of history told on film, museums and of course, the headsets
Volunteers and military officials led by example ensuring our fallen were respected. There’s so much to learn. Plan ample time.
I went online thinking that I paid for tickets to the memorial but paid for audio self-tour. So, I had to register stand-by to visit the memorial. We arrived around 9:30am. I was texted to get on line to visit the memorial by 9:45am. I believe going early makes a difference. We traveled by public bus 42.
The tour was a great experience about the history of Pearl Harbor. I would recommend the tour to learn and see the history.
Unable to take the tour due to the storm on Oahu. Unfortunate that they closed all the state buildings due to the big storm.
The ease of purchase and not having to stand in a line. Happy I found this link to use. Made trip easy.
Good information. Directions could be more informative. Clean property. Polite workers. Good tours too.
Several of the recordings were not working/“content not available“. Those that did work were informational
Parking is absolutely terrible on Monday, probably other days as well. Many people, including us were not aware of the no package rule. where were the information signs? Did not receive details of various tours, for example tour bus/shuttle opportunities to get to see the Arizona. Web site is confusing. Not a good way to celebrate 21 years of marriage without a vacation. Hoping other arrangements go better.
A memorial like no other. From the moment you arrive until the final goodbye, there’s an undeniable aura that surrounds the USS Arizona Memorial. The experience is quiet, powerful, and deeply moving. Standing above the sunken battleship, you feel the weight of history in a way few places can deliver. It’s not flashy or overproduced—just respectful, solemn, and profound. This is a truly touching tribute to the Greatest Generation and to those who lost their lives on December 7, 1941. It serves as both a place of remembrance and reflection, honoring sacrifice, service, and resilience. A must-visit in Hawaii—not just for its historical significance, but for the emotion it leaves with you long after you depart.
You will have fun as Stella shows you around and introduces you to local site, tastes and culture! Super fun. I would have never eaten a poke bowl! But enjoyed every bit of the tour and tastings! Stella is informative and fun!
This was the perfect tour for people who only want to spend 1-2 hours at Pearl Harbor. It included an audio tour of the major spots there and a visit to the USS Arizona memorial
Very emotional yet fantastically informative exhibit on such a personal part of our history. You owe it to yourself, whether you are from the United States or Japan to experience this adventure.
Very good a must if you are on the big island Especially if you are a history buff A must very surreal
The show and food were great! The atmosphere was wonderful too. We liked the traditional Hawaiian activities beforehand too.
It was very informative and very casual. Thank the national park services for all they do. It was excellent!
This self-guided audio tour was disappointing and not worth the comparatively reasonable cost. At each tour stop you needed to add the three digit number corresponding to it. At least a third of the stops we’d enter the numbers only to see that no audio was available. Extremely frustrating. What should have been an awe-filled couple of hours were marred by the experience.
Great item to assist you as you walk through the area. Wonderful insights. Jamie Lee Curtis did a nice job.
Very rushed activity. No time to stop and look around at the posted information available. No running water at facility so no bathrooms. Could have been so much more.
Emotional, inspiring, educational. We liked the freedom of the self-guided tour. It gave us the chance to experience something together, but also individually as my children are grown adults. Eternally grateful for the experience and for Jamie Lee Curtis’s comforting voice and genuine appreciation for what Pearl Harbor means for all of us! Thank you!
This for us was a perfect way to see pearl harbour well worth the money we saw what we wanted to an avoided the crowds
the map for us was a little confused once we figured we didn't have a start or finish route we navigated through it
It is hard to resever tickets, stand by gives us opportunities to visit USS Arizona Memorial. We will let friends be aware
Half of the audio video tour did not work. Error message said the audio was not available. The audio that worked was ok. It was better than having no audio. The audio information given was insightful.
Make sure you sign up for a time or you have to go stand by. Didn't wait too long. Very interesting.
The staff was really helpful and polite. It was easy to manage, to follow the prompts, very informative and you can do it on your own while you can take pictures.
Was easy to get listening material. Tour was amazing! The boat ride over to the memorial was nice. We liked the stories from the survivors. The whole experience was great.
It’s important to view the USS Arizona Memotial as there is always something new to learn. Amazing history! Lives lost were stagnating.
Very informative, plenty of venues to explore. Allow a big part of the day if you want to see the majority of it. But, you can take a self guided tour, like we did, in a couple of hours. A must see!
When we went to this Amazing Historic Site it was Awesome! However the USS Arizona Memorial was closed, so that was disappointing! Otherwise it was Very Educational and Informative and Fun!
The Memorial Wall was done with respect to the falling soldiers. Will definitely go again to see the rest of the museum.
As a Vietnam Vet, I honor those who lost their lives that day . May God Bless them All,,,, I lost buddy’s in Vietnam, all who were lost to war are my hero’s.
This eye opening experience helped foster newfound respect and honor of our U.S. service men and women. It was heart wrenching to visualize what they may have experienced in that moment, but also an honor to pay our respects and thanks to them. It was an experience that only our US military regimes could provide, and we're grateful for the opportunity to share in experience 🙏 ❤️
