it was horrible, my flight was delayed in Salt Lake City. so I was late arriving but my friend was on time. there was not a phone call or a text from the driver to tell us where to met.So my friend had to take a cab to the hotel and payed $62.00 for the ride.I used Viator last July and it was perfect,the driver text to where he would be in the airport and gave me his phone to call if I needed help.The driver this time did nothing. The next day I arrived and payed $59.00 for my cab ride to the hotel. Viator charged me$65.00 and I would like a refund.I have used Viator many times before without any problems but this was the worst.

The driver was very kind and courteous, we had 4 suitcases and a rollator. He got it all in the cargo area, took it all out at destination and was was outstanding!

It was ok car was clean and driver was good but he started listening to a religious station. I was also surprised he was not waiting for us but worked out just fine because we could not check in at our Airbnb until 3

Upon pickup at the Honolulu airport taking us to our Airbnb ,Andreas of luxe cab was on the spot even included a wonderful lei greeting which we loved. The return pickup from the Airbnb back to the airport was a no-show due to mix communication I suppose I would even say I would give them another chance. We mix up and communication was on both parts however Andreas made it right by refunding the last leg of my trip he is a great driver and guy overall great guy we just hated the mix-up at the end.

This experience could be good or bad you could be picked up and or you might not be picked up. No airport pickup from our condo in Honolulu no communication for the cab was a total no-show

30 minutes late to pick up. Texted an hour prior to pick up to confirm but no one responded back. I had to call once they were late. The driver was great. No issues with him.

They did not show up or call for my pick-up at the hotel. I tried to call the number on my paperwork, NO GOOD. I googled the company name LUX CAB NOTHING. I HAD TO TAKE A CAB TO THE AIRPORT COST WAS $58.00.

Driver arrived on time but left before we got our luggage and we waited 1 hour and thirty minutes before being picked up

The price would have been great but the service was horrible! No communication about where to meet the driver and to make it worse, no one ever showed up!! Tried to text and phone the operator but never got a response. Don’t waste your time with this company.

We were picked up by Andres at our hotel in Waikiki on the agree time. He was there 10mins prior and even waited until we finished checking out. He picked us in a clean suv big enough to fit 2 large luggage and 4 carry-ons. Overall, I’m satisfied with this service. Made our return trip to the airport quick and easy.
