⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Luau Experience! The show and performances were excellent! I especially enjoyed the historical presentation and the beautifully designed cultural costumes. Definitely a five-star experience! We purchased the upgraded package, which was worth it. Although the food was buffet-style, it was served to us, and we were welcome to go back for seconds. My only disappointment was that the food wasn't warm, so I would rate the food four stars. Photographs offered upon entry with the staff were quite pricey, so we passed. Fortunately, we had the opportunity to take our own pictures with the performers at the end of the show. One of the highlights was getting to go on stage and learn a dance with the performers. Since it was my birthday, that made the experience even more special and memorable! Overall, a fantastic experience and a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday!

Good food and drinks, entertainment was awesome, will recommend to my friends and family tour guide excellent customer service
This luau was absolutely amazing. The performances were fantastic. From climbing an extremely tall, coconut tree, to the fire dancers, and to every other show, stopping experience.
Very entertaining. Fun activities to do before the show. Food was good. The entertainers were very friendly and talented. A 1st rate production.
We got the splash package, with that amount, food could have been better. It was almost a quality of a food court meal or food court meal maybe can be better. Disappointed also on the free drinks. The show can also be better.
I was disappointed in the food, transport and overall service. The entertainment was good. I upgraded my meal to celebrity status I had to remind the wait staff 3 times if my upgrade and show them my wrist band … finally after all my friends had completed their meal they brought mine. My lobster was cold and raw and steak could not be cut with plastic knives. Iwould not recommend this luau.
Terrible!!! Went last night. Very disorganized checking in. 3 different lines no one told us which line to go to. Spent at least 30 minutes trying to figure out where to go. Lines to the three activities were understaffed with long wait times. The drinks were disgusting. Cheap alcohol with no taste. Food was awful and cold. Noodles hard. Even the salad was drab. How can you make a bad salad? Loved the show but everything else was not worth the money. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Had a wonderful time at this event everyone showed nothing but respect and love the activities before the show were fun we made a head piece and bracelets and learned some cool tricks came for my daughters 16th birthday she loved getting on the stage and hula dancing all the dancers ,host and crew made the show a memorable evening food was good as well dancers also posed for pictures at the end of the show we had a great time Thank you again 💓
Norhing spectacular and certainly not worth the $270.00 we paid. This was not even the Luau I was trying to book. I got rerouted to this experience online. The food was horrible, served on cheap disposable trays. The pork was watered-down, the fish was inedible, and the activities were childish. We did enjoy the music and the dancing. The tree climber was the star of the show but the chairs were so uncomfortable we couldn't even stay to the end. I definitely do NOT recommend.
A commercial Luau, not a beach experience. Dinner was average quality with table sitting, buffet for some
The show was phenomenal and all the performers were very interactive with the public. We learned how to do some decorations and had the best time. Food was amazing.
A terrible luau. Don’t buy even if they offer you a premium upgrade. The food is terrible, the shows lack authenticity, and the venue is horrible. Don’t let them tell you it is on the beach, because it is not. Go to the Polynesian culture center for an amazing experience.
It was a great show. Food was decent and the experience was very entertaining. The setting and history of Hawaii was interesting to learn.
Food was delicious, show was fantastic. Highly recommend doing this.
The place was nice, easy to get to, easy to park. The show was excellent allot of fun. The only negative was the food was not good.
Was a nice experience, although the food was mostly cold when it got to us. Not enough activities compared To other Luau I have been to.
Terrific show for any occasion ... birthday, anniversary, or just a great time! Audience participation was included; great dancers; wonderful fire show; delicious food. Highly recommend!
We chose the celebrity pkg and we were very pleased with the experience. The food was delicious and the activities they had available were fun to do. The performance was exceptional and interactive. It did rain a bit while we were there but that didnt deter us from enjoying the atmosphere. The only downside was as tbe sun was setting it was hard to see the stage until the sun fully set.
Very nice show. Food was awful. Save your money and eat somewhere else before the show.
The performers are the star of the show. They were phenomenal. The food was mediocre cafeteria food, not good. Very talented performers.
We were really looking forward to this luau, especially since it was advertised as an oceanfront experience. Unfortunately, that was one of our biggest disappointments. We were hoping for a beautiful beachfront setting, but it definitely wasn't what we expected. The seating area felt cramped, and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to sit back and enjoy the evening. The food was ok, but nothing special and all of it was cold, especially the fish cold and dry. The alcoholic drinks were another disappointment! For what you pay, you would expect a decent cocktail, but the drinks were poorly made and definitely not worth the money. Either they're cutting corners on the alcohol, or the bartenders need better training. Now, the highlight of the evening was absolutely the dancers and the MC! The performances were excellent, the dancers were incredibly talented, and the MC kept everyone entertained. They truly made the night enjoyable and were the saving grace of the entire experience. Overall, the entertainment deserves five stars, but the venue, uncomfortable seating, disappointing drinks, and lack of the advertised oceanfront atmosphere really took away from the experience. With a few improvements, this could be a fantastic luau, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations.
Fun night out to experience some Hawaiian culture and good food. The entertainment was quite enjoyable. The location near the water added to the evening..
Loved the show but the food was mediocre. It was just lukewarm. Beautiful sunset and loved the pineapple drink.
Food and drink is not great. Our drinks is like water no taste at all. The show is awesome.
The entertainment was good but the food was disappointing. Both my husband and I agreed that the food, although a lot to choose from, lacked taste.
This was the worst money spent. You had to wait online to get in then you waited to get your picture taken then you had a way to get a drink and then you had to wait online to get your food. The food was terrible. They said salmon. There was no salmon. I could’ve bought the dinner rolls in a supermarket. They weren’t even fresh. The salad was just like a bag salad nothing else in it forget the dessert. I don’t even know what it was. They talked us into spending another $20 per ticket and said we’d upgrade your table and get two free drinks. Our upgrade was the lasttable. The two drinks were watered down and only in a very tiny plastic glases we were served on styrofoam container. By the time you waited online with all we missed how to make the lays with flowers and we missed how to make the hats with palms we missed most of the show as we were online the whole time and then it rained on us as this was outside. Do not waste your money on this👎
It was such a great experience and the dancers were amazing and funny! I liked learning about certain countries and dances! They were so good!
Overall experience was just gimmicky. Plan to just hop a ride to and from, don't use the bus service via Viator (too long and when we wanted to leave we had to wait for the whole bus to fill back up...). We were contacted to 'zoom' in for sales pitch to get us better seats and then when we were there it was one additional charge after another and no flowers unless you pay up. Food was poor, rather have gone to a cafeteria, and drinks were an upcharge from canned drinks (no water either). Our table then was way in the back and we were in the traffic area with people going back and forth. Then we heard people with better seats who got in for free and even they said at least they hadn't paid. We then saw Luau's that were slightly better but again...for the money go to a good restaurant.
Was hoping it would be on the beach! Disappointed about that... food was good but not what I was expecting... Performances were great and entertaining.... didn't stay for entire show- started raining very hard, wasnt pleasant- but no one can stop Mother Nature.
Great experience performance was amazing definitely recommend the fire show was insane, good people good times
Not a real luau feel. Location is in the middle of downtown at the port. Huge cruise ships docked behind us…felt more like a company picnic.
The meal was acceptable and seating could have been more comfortable. The sun was directly in our eyes for the first 45 minutes of the evening which definitely took away from our experience. The show itself was very entertaining.
My family and I had a great time! Our kids loved the activities they offered, appreciated that they had virgin drinks and the food was actually pretty good. The show and cultural representation was amazing and very entertaining. Hands down one of the best luau’s we have been to, and we have been to 3 thus far.
We had a wonderful evening enjoying the entertainment. Food was decent no complaints, it was definitely the dancers and MC that made the night enjoyable.
It was so amazing! Good food and definitely an amazing show! Would recommend it you have the chance!
Food was already being served when we arrived by the time we got our buffet it was cold and virtually inedible. The next day we both had upset stomach. Show was very short, not as advertised.
I sent an email at 1245 asking what are options if it rains, with no response. Well it did! Poor food on paper plates which was soaked by rain, as we were also soaked. Brought cheap ponchos twenty minutes after rain started. Fake OJ & Pineapple juice from cans and concentrates on Hawai’i! At $5! Were told the program was cut short 25 mins by previous attendees. We asked about our photos as others received but were never presented. Food quality other than the chicken was not worthy of fast food. Not worth the exorbitant price.entertainment was ok but they are CONSTANTLY asking for self aggrandizement, “Give it up for…..!” It’s there job, they are entertainers, applauding should be genuine and organic not manipulated Entertainers are dry, but audience soaked. But, the food, and how it is delivered on paper products with plastic utensils is enough to say “no!” There is a steak upgrade for $45 but not sure how you could do on paper with a plastic fork & knife. Could not recommend, very overpriced. I’m sorry but that is the truth, just the AU it is.
One of our best friends asked us to go to a luau with them as we met up in Hawaii for our cruises. We were very reluctant because we have not been to a luau out for 35 years and the last luau experience wasn’t the best. Decided to go all out and pay for the extra amenities. We got there greeted with lays. The venue was very close seats upfront and greeted with drinks. The food unfortunately was not the best pulled pork had great flavor and so did the chicken. The rest of the stuff was just truly mediocre. Even though we got all our food served to us. It took us a while to get it. The show was very entertaining. The dancers were excellent and the storyline was really good. Some of the dances however were very long and they could’ve shortened them. The seats are a bit uncomfortable and you needed time to get up and stretch. Overall, I didn’t think the value was as good but the entertainment was nice.
I haven't celebrated my birthday in 30 years, and decided to go all-out this year! I booked my flights and accommodations, spent a lot of time researching the event that best fit my desires, and then booked the celebrity package with transportation for the evening of my birthday here! Imagine my disappointed when they called only two weeks prior to the event to cancel, on account of a centennial event. They were polite and apologetic, but you would think with an event that significant they would have the foresight to block out the one date they're not going to be able to hold a show. Instead, as a result of their poor planning, I'm now back to the drawing board - hoping I can find something similar on less than two weeks notice to celebrate the birthday I was dreaming of... I'm sure the show would have been great.
No regrets, it was a great performance, but the food was terrible…the worst I’ve ever had at a lu’au.
One of a kind experience! Truly shows many aspects of Hawaiian and Polynesian culture and history. Food was great too!
Good show good dancers, good storyline a little bit of comedy and good firework… Use their transportation pick up got us there late so I didn’t get a chance to do much before the show… Food is OK but nothing star worthy… But as I said earlier, good show
The show was very entertaining, But very disappointed with the food and drink were of poor quality and cold
The show was amazing! The staff greeted my cousin me with smiles. We both enjoyed the activities. The show is a must-see!!!
The show was awesome. Great crowd work and interaction. Food was edible. Nothing to really gush about.
We booked this for my daughter’s birthday week. Upon arrival there was a long line to enter after purchasing tickets ahead this should not have taken so long. After finally arriving at our table we found our seats were over booked and someone angry at us for requesting our seats. We then got into a long line to eat and after getting to the front found they were out of salad. We had to wait for them to replenish food which explained why the line was so long to began with. For the price of our tickets: $134 this was not worth it. I visited Honolulu in the past and enjoyed a different luau and this was not it. Very disappointing. I gave it a score for effort and atmosphere
My recommendation would be choosing another as the experience wasn't what I was expecting or what was communicated. Very commercialized and the only place with bad food during our whole trip. Over priced and very disappointing.
Very unorganized and unprofessional, Waited in line with no direction and had everyone confused. They need to get more organized.
The luau was entertaining and the people who helped us find our seats were friendly. The food however, was underwhelming. I had the fish and it was tough, I could not cut it with my plastic knife. Sides were okay, dessert was pretty good.
Stood in line 20+ minutes to check in Drink tickets were fine a variety of drinks to choose from The food was good.. but it was buffet quality for sit down price. The show was subpar entertainment and nothing like a traditional Luau. It was a history show and the sound was not good could not hear everything If this experience had been 60 bucks a person I would have given it a 5 star Not worth the money at all
