Oahu Beach Picnic: Private, Luxury Experience

We had the absolute best experience with Experience Aloha Co. for our surprise proposal setup and photoshoot! The breathtaking views at Angel Garden, beautiful private, custom floral setup, and incredible photos made the entire experience truly unforgettable and gave us memories that will last forever. Dempsey and Joshua were both so easy and wonderful to work with from start to finish. They made everything feel effortless, personal, and genuinely Aloha—just as their name suggests. They went above and beyond to make such an important moment feel incredibly special. Joshua was exceptional on the day of the proposal. He knew exactly when to step in and provide direction for photos, while also giving us the space and quality time to simply soak in the moment and enjoy it together. He was also kind enough to surprise us with a beautiful fire show at the end—a truly magical way to end the night with a bang! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Experience Aloha Co. to anyone looking to create a truly unforgettable memory in Hawaii.

Sam was an amazing host who set up everything for our arrival. Very friendly and upbeat. She tended to our needs and made sure we were comfortable from the start. She made us feel welcome and made the experience memorable. She gave us food recommendations across the island which helped. The charcuterie board was spot on and delicious! The vibe and set up was spot on. Plus the pictures were amazing and turned out great! Definitely would recommend this experience for you and your partner. Will definitely come back

Went above and beyond for my engagement. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

This was promoted as a luxury private picnic which it was not. The event was held in a public park where there were 2 yoga classes, a volleyball game along with a group of people hanging out drinking. The charcuterie board was non-existent what was provided was a bakers box of items you may put on a board. There were 4 in my group there wa bit enough food. The drink were served from a yeti cooler not vey luxury if you ask me. The communication. With the host was bad. The app gave one address yet I was texted from a number I didn’t recognize to go elsewhere. Why did the app not have the correct location to me screams poor planning and hence bad quality. I would never ever recommend this service to anyone. For the amount I paid I could have had a nice dinner at a steakhouse instead of lunchqbkws in the park.

Jenny was the best picnic host ever! Me and my girlfriend had the most magical Valentine’s Day ever. She is insanely talented and it is a highlight of any trip. It is a memory we would never forget!

Booked a vow renewal service through the concierge through this company, and it was excellent! Came with photography, leg exchange, Hawaiian, Chan and meditation, and a really really nice picnic. Set up on the beach. Was honestly blown away by the picnic and scenery when we walked up to it. Partner was very proud and loved the photos! Highly recommended!

Joshua was very professional and friendly. He setup the proposal just how I wanted and even gave local recommendations on what to do in Hawaii! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to propose. Thanks again!

I booked a surprise birthday picnic for my wife, and she absolutely loved it! Dempsey was incredibly responsive and easy to coordinate with. Jenny created the most stunning picnic setup. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged and beautifully executed. The treats were delicious, the setting was private and breathtaking, and the atmosphere felt truly amazing. We had a fantastic time taking photos, and Jenny’s music added the perfect touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience. The location was beautiful and private, and we loved everything about the picnic. Our daughter even tried a few new food items…WIN!! Our guide Robbie was the absolute best!! From his friendly personality, to his super creative photo ideas, to his amazing voice…he made our family picnic unforgettable!! Celebration luxury picnic for my hubby! We're celebrating all the holidays, birthdays, retirement, etc he missed due to work. Thank you Josh and Robbie with @experiencealohaco for putting together a beautiful experience! The photos included in our package was beautiful and the sunset views were breathtaking! The charcuterie board was customized to accommodate my food allergies. Robbie's guitar and singing and Josh's fire dance was unexpected and elevated the experience exponentially! I highly recommend this activity!

Amazing picnic! Although there was a tad bit of island sprinkles that didn't stop us from having a blast! Thanks to Josh and his buddy we had an amazing relaxing time watching the waves crash against the shore as the sun set along the horizon. Josh surprised us at the end with an awesome talent he has learned while living on the island! Highly recommend if you love charcuterie, picnics and the ocean!

I booked this luxury beach picnic at Magic Island for our wedding anniversary. This was above and beyond what I expected! A really nice setup with unexpected special touches! We are vegan and they accommodated our request for vegan food. Also, we live on island and they were able to do it at Magic island for us instead. Joshua was our host, and he was so friendly and attentive. He also did an amazing fire dance at the end! Very talented! Thanks for making our special day extra special!

This experience was SO MUCH BETTER than I had anticipated. I booked our picnic with the plan to propose during the evening and it was just magical! The setting was stunning, weather was perfect, and although we weren’t the only ones there in the park it felt very private, exactly what I was looking for. Bonus - the park overlooks the beach with unobstructed views but there is grass and virtually no sand, which I wasn’t anticipating but really appreciated. The food was great and very thoughtfully arranged. Joshua was amazing! He was very communicative throughout the process and gave us private time together but also took amazing photos which we love so much. He is also a very talented performer and we surprised my fiancée with his fire performance at the end of the night. Truly money well spent and I can’t recommend it enough.
