Queen Kapiʻolani Regional Park is the largest and second-oldest public park in Hawaii. In the 1870s, King Kalākaua was asked to find a permanent, dry course for horse racing. On June 11, 1877, the park was dedicated as the first Hawaiian public space. Since 1913, the park has been maintained by the City and County of Honolulu's Department of Parks & Recreation. The park itself also serves as a natural border between Waikiki and Diamond Head neighborhood.
Hawaii's best-known landmark is known for its historic walking trail and stunning coastal views. From the parking lot, there's an excellent lookout point so you can see miles of crystal clear water. Looking out to sea, you can see surfers catching waves in what is the best spot on this side of the island to practice this sport.
After the Diamond Head Lookout, our second point of interest is the Gold Coast in Kahala. You'll see incredibly large, luxurious estates and sprawling estates owned by movie stars, celebrities and dignitaries.
Located halfway up the road to Koko Crater, this lookout offers panoramic views of the Hawai'i Kai neighborhood right beneath, as well as the southern Oahu coastline stretching all the way to Diamond Head in the distance.
Views are stunning and the images pristine. Watching the waves crash ashore makes one so appreciative of the beauty of nature. On a clear day you can see three neighbor islands from here, not just the island of Lanai, but Molokai and Maui as well.
This natural wonder was formed thousands of years ago by molten lava running into the sea and is capable of spouting ocean spray 30 feet into the air. One of Oahu's geologic wonders!
Situated near the Halona Blowhole in an incredibly beautiful corner of Oahu is a secret beach made famous in the movie "From Here to Eternity", also other Hollywood blockbusters like "Jurassic World and Pirates of Caribbean".
The view from the Makapu'u Point lookout is truly something to behold... The Bluest of Blues, the Greenest of Greens, ancient jagged lava rock surrounding yellow sand, and the Makapu'u lighthouse sitting stoic in the background.
Located at an elevation of 1,168 feet, Nuʻuanu Pali is a windward cliff section of Koʻolau Mountain located at the head of the Nuʻuanu Valley . It has a panoramic view of the windward coast of Oʻahu. Also the Nuʻuanu Pali was the site of the Battle of Nuʻuanu, one of the bloodiest battles in Hawaiian history, in which Kamehameha I conquered the island of Oʻahu, bringing it under his rule. In 1795
Scenic lookout with impressive views of the Diamond Head volcano cone and the Waikiki skyline. Definitely the best view on all of Oahu, look no further than Tantalus, this lookout is the best of them all.
Good way to spend a morning visiting other parts of the island. Plenty of time to take Photos, at each stop. Our Driver Ehukai provided us with a lot of interesting information as we drove . Would definitely recommend.
We arrived in Honolulu for the day by cruise ship. This tour included the numerous stops we wanted to enjoy without just driving by. Romero was an incredible tour guide/driver and gave us all the opportunity to enjoy the many Lookout stops without rushing. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. Our small bus consisted of everyone from our ship. Approximately 12-14 people. I highly recommend Viator for this excursion or any others. We have used Viator for many previous excursions and will continue to do so in the future.

Wonderful tour of 7 viewing points. Tour guide Kai made the trip extra special with his knowledge of Oahu, both history and geology. He was very helpful giving me and my husband an extra hand as I navigated climbing down tge vehicle. He continuing checked in with everyone regarding the vehicle temperature and music.

For what you get with the price, it is an amazing tour. You are taken to about several scenic spots and given time for photos. The tour guide, Daniel, was very entertaining and friendly. Providing facts and trivia along the route to different locations. You are in a Mercedes sprinter van with other guest and it is a comfortable ride. If you don't know the island I recommend it for an afternoon trip

Ehukai and Luiz were awesome guides! They took us to some very beautiful spots that oversaw the beautiful island of Oahu. They were very knowledgeable on the culture and history of the places we visited as well. There are different benefits to taking the tour at different times, but I went later on in the day and got to see the coolest sunset and the moon rising! So happy I booked this ♡︎
Our guide was Daniel and he was wonderful. Had just enough humor but not overboard. He was very informative and was able to manouver when he realized the blowhole was closed (due to Hollywood filming) and brought us to the famous Leonard’s to enjoy the famous Malasada’s. Great tour and I learned a lot!!! Also… the van was very comfortable!

This was the perfect afternoon tour for a short stay on Oahu. The sites were stunning, timing for the sunset was spot on, and Daniel was a terrific guide! He offered lots of information, with a great sense of humor interspersed.

We were looking for a shorter tour that was smaller and more personal. This tour fit that description perfectly. Luiz took us in a sprinter van around to the seven vantage points listed on viator He is a kind and knowledgeable guide who provided us with rich cultural, geographical, and movie trivia as well as island based music as we toured the lookouts. He’s a gem and made the tour even more spectacular. Pickup/dropoff was easy at the hotel. The sights were, of course, glorious!

In each one we had plenty of time to appreciate the scenery and take photographs. The last lookout gave us a spectacular view of Honolulu from Diamond Head right round to the airport. We arrived in time to watch the sunset. It was a great trip of about 4 hours. I would highly recommend.

A great tour to get a broad look at the scenic highlights of O’ahu half a day. The views improve as you progress through the seven lookouts. A relaxed drive to 7 viewpoints around the South and SE of Oahu. The driver-guide, Lucas, was very knowledgeable, witty and cheerful. The only sore point was the trip started about 45 minutes late and there was no response to our messages and calls enquiring about the delay.
