The whole crew was excellent! Personable and hospitable. Morgan and Vivian were great guides. We saw so many turtles and Morgan even dived down to get a closer shot of the turtles for us. Highly recommend this experience

Great time watching turtles in their natural environment. The boat was very clean, the crew was fantastic and very attentive to each group on board. Great equipment, great briefing on expectations on the boat and in the water. The captain even followed some whales on our way back to port. Loved that the number of guests is limited far below the boat capacity unlike other groups we saw on the water. 5 🌟. We'll be back again!!
If you’re an experienced snorkeler who doesn’t need guidance or assistance, this tour might work for you. However, for beginners or families with children, I would not recommend it. There was no real safety orientation for first-time snorkelers, and as a couple with a young child, we struggled in the water with almost no support. Even though they claimed to have two lifeguards on duty, no one responded when I was exhausted, out of breath, and clearly signaling for help. I had issues with the equipment and was running low on air, and at one point I was waving near the boat asking for assistance while the lifeguards were busy chatting. When I finally managed to get myself close enough to call out for help, one of the staff members hesitated and seemed reluctant to help me back onto the boat. There was also an uncomfortable sense of bias in the way some staff interacted with us as minorities — it was visible in their attitude and demeanor. Overall, this experience felt unsafe and unwelcoming, and I would not book with this tour again.
Very professional and helpful crew, Get to swim pretty close to huge turtles safely. My daughter dropped her expensive sunglasses in the water by accident, no worries because the crew found them. Highly Recommended!!

Seen amazing amounts of fish and turtles! Amazingly clear, seeing 30 odd feet down to the see bed. Sailing after snorkeling was so relaxing, perfect way to enjoy some sun on our way back to shore! 10/10 experience

Friendly crew and great views. Only 4 of 5 because no actual limes in the cocktails but overall great tour. Sitting in the front may get you super wet but very relaxing and loved the music.

We had a fantastic time on sunset sail! The staff was professional but fun...top notch. The service was amazing and they had a great selection of drinks and music. The water was a bit rough, but the crew is clearly experienced and I felt very safe in their hands. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a memorable experience!
