Maui: 90 Minute Massage Experience

Don’t book through here or message through here. When trying to schedule exact time. You’ll get no response. I called the day before the scheduled date and they couldn’t do it. So we rescheduled and it was far from seamless. Owner was contradicting everything she said and was less than accommodating. When I asked for a refund she told me that she would not issue a refund because she did everything g she could… except respond for a month to multiple message through Viator.. I let her know I would be happy with a 50% refund so she could still get some money and we wouldn’t be out all of it… she refused. I will never recommend this to anyone. We ended up not going at all because of her unfortunate lack of hospitality.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Both my husband and I had the most incredible massages. It really was the holistic relaxation experience and we loved the essential oils. Pressure was just right and surroundings perfect. Do not hesitate in booking a treatment here! :))

They also have the option of offsite locations, so plenty of flexibility. Next time we are in Maui, we will be back!

I can't even express how amazing our experience was with the ladies of Massage maui style. My husband and I had a couples massage on location at our hotel, and my husband is usually always disappointed with his massage this is the first time he has ever said he had a great massage. She was able to identify that he had an old shoulder injury without him even mentioning it. My massage was just as excellent, as a hair stylist, her movements to stretch and help loosen my muscles was everything!!!! And the price was way more reasonable than what you would pay at a resort spa.

Wonderful massage experience on our recent vacation in Maui! Carolina and her colleague came to our rental property and did a couples hot stone massage for our friends and then the individual Ho’onani massage and facial treatment for me. Easy to get in touch with and get scheduled, very accommodating and followed COVID protocols so we felt very safe!

Ordered couples massage in our villa Carolina and friend showed up and delivered a great massage was on time left promptly and made the whole experience comfortable and well worth the price. Plus she is a surfer how Kool Aloha. Supplied 1st class massage tankes and soothing Hawaian music while delivering first class deep tissue and new where I needed attention (truly a pro!) Carolina was kind enough to set up all the arrangements and meet us at location by the ocean and under a canopy of trees. It was so relaxing and we would definitely book with her again.

My review comes from the pre-masssage side. I am a total novice when it comes to professional massage. I was planning my bride and my honeymoon starting with a massage the morning after we arrived in Maui for a great start for a honeymoon. Carolina was so helpful with planning what would make my wife totally relaxed and a great start to our honeymoon. We flew into Maui the night before the massage was to take place. Hawaii would not allow us into the state because my wifes Pfizer vaccination was administratored in Europe so the choice was go home or stay in Quarantine for our honeymoon. I'll take this opportunity to say Hawaii's government is ruthless and tyrannical. However Carolina and Maui style Massage is so absolutely friendly and helpful. I texted her immediately after our rejection into Hawaii to cancel our massage. Carolina started brain storming immediately of all ways to be admitted into Hawaii. But not just for her buisness but because I believe she genuinely cares for people. She never mentioned the cancelation but ony solutions and sympathy for your failed honeymoon. I belive she should be rewarded 10 fold for her kindness and genuine care for people. Her customer service is like no other. She will care about you not just as a customer but a human being. Please reward her with your business for her kindness and humanity to my wife and I. I do believe she can give one hell of a massage according to her other reviews as well. I just have to be honest my wife and I did not receive a massage. But great customer service.
