You will depart Ka'anapali Beach and arrive at Mala Wharf or other popular West Maui snorkeling locations depending on conditions for that day. Snorkeling time varies depending on location but you should expect to get about an hour in the water.
Crew were excellent! We had a great time. Didn’t realize were were going to see turtles, and we saw a ton! Really quite and experience. Only negative is that the area didn’t have a lot of colorful fish, but the turtle experience outweighed that

We had a blast and saw TONS of wildlife - we even saw a couple of reef sharks. The crew was amazing and helpful. They had lots of fun snacks and drinks. This was the perfect amount of time in the water for all of us. We will definitely come back!
This may sound silly but the food was the best I have had all week. The crew were very attentive to everyone’s needs and all seemed to have a great time. The boat was very easy to navigate and really clean. I would use Sea Maui again for sure!

I love snorkelling, but I get terribly sea sick. This was a perfect amount of time on the boat and in the water. I didn’t get sick and didn’t feel rushed. The boat and crew were wonderful, and the open bar was a nice bonus. We also saw like 6+ sea turtles. Amazing!!!

The snorkeling was the best I have ever done. We saw 7 turtles and many surfaced. The crew was excellent. They changed the location of the launch due to safety concerns about the surf so we had to get there earlier, but we really appreciated that. This was communicated to us the day before. Brennan stayed on a surfboard in the water like a lifeguard and answered any questions we had while we snorkeled. The other crew members steered people to Brenan or poured drinks for us when we returned. Considering the number of people of varying ages and abilities, they did a fantastic job. Great experience!
Super friendly, attentive, great value. We swam with fish & turtles, and the captain stopped on our way back to watch a pod of 40+ dolphins. The crew were so nice and when we return we will book with them again.
A fabulous experience! The crew were safety conscious, friendly and fun loving. 2 of us were experienced and 2 were newcomers. Both couples chose 1200 feet and it was a breathtaking view! Registration was easy, getting to and from the boat was easy too. Highly recommend!

Experience was phenomenal; apart from snorkeling, we get to see a tortoise and a herd of dolphins jumping along our boat. Big bang for buck. It was an express snorkeling with decent time and only one spot to visit; and my son loved the activity, including watching a tortoise go by. Boat crew (team of 3) were amazing, providing timely instructions, drinks & snacks during the sail. Crowd size was decent and everyone enjoyed their time onboard, with music and drinks through out the sail.
What an AMAZING day! We took our family of 10 and everyone enjoyed. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We saw tons of turtles, tropical fish and stingrays. It was awesome.

We had such an amazing experience with Sea Maui 3 years ago that we knew when we came back to Maui we had to book with them again. Some companies struggled after the fire 3 years ago and we were thankful they were still here! Due to the south swell we had to be shuttled to the north side of black rock, but they were great in getting us there and back and kept everything on time. The crew (Nick, Niko and Emily) were awesome. They were great with all on board and very helpful. Had us laughing and enjoying the time. Sea Maui is not like the other "cattle call" tours that jam people on a boat and take you to the place that 5 other companies are at. They find small locations and you feel like you have the place to yourself! Gear was in good condition and were quick to assist if something wasn't working. I know the next time we're back in Kaanapali we will be looking to book another tour with them. A truly hidden gem of the island!

This was actually amazing!! A perfect snorkel despite the rain with wind and surf. We snorkeled at the cliffs instead of the original location, it was an hour in the water with a few turtles and dolphins on the ride back. This was so different from anything I expected and the fact the crew kept us safe and made it a wonderful experience was everything!!!! I’m so happy we did this excursion.

The staff was super awesome and kind. We saw tons of turtles and fish. Good for a quick trip but would have loved more time. If you have smaller kids and this is new to you, this would be wonderful! If you are slightly more advanced/ older kids you might want to do the longer trip.

What an amazing experience. We took our 8 yrs old kid and although he freaked out in the beginning (snorkel gear was different for him) it was the highlight of his trip. The price was great - which included snacks and beverages. I appreciated that a staff member in the ocean kept checking in on us, it made us feel taken care of. I would definitely book this excursion again.
The experience was good. However, it is important to give everyone the option for a life vest even if they can swim.
I was very apprehensive about trying snorkeling for the first time considering I am not a strong swimmer and easy to panic, but the crew on this excursion made me feel at ease from the beginning. (This even includes the smiling, friendly check-in attendant at the kiosk.) Highly recommend giving Sea Maui Express Snorkel a try!

This was an amazing snorkel trip. We watched dolphins swim next to our boat, swam with the sea turtles, and watched some beautiful angel fish swim below. The guides made sure everyone had a wonderful time. There were plenty of snacks and drinks.
This was our 2nd time booking this excursion and it was somehow even better than the 1st! The guides are helpful and fun and the boat and equipment is well maintained and very clean. The excursion is the perfect use of time, 25 minute ride each way with about 60 minutes of snorkel time. We saw SO many dolphins, turtles, and fish of all kinds. Great tour, excellent company!

INCREDIBLE experience with the Sea Maui team. Brooke, Vinny, and Nick took us on an express tour to snorkel with the turtles at the collapsed Mala Pier. The crew members were friendly and knowledgeable, and we saw an incredible amount of turtles and other sea life, even a bonus pod of spinner dolphins. 10/10, would recommend.
