From the time we got in line the process was easy. Someone came around and made sure we had signed the waiver & showed us the drink menu. Then the photographer took some pics as we loaded. It was fun and easy to navigate. Parking was close and inexpensive. Once we set off it was even better. Great crew, food and drinks. The sunset was beautiful, and we caught a bonus beautiful full moon rising. This was our first trip to Hawaii, we 100% recommend booking this. Also, don’t eat lunch, save the room for dinner. The portions are huge. (The Prime Rib was fantastic)

Was a nice sunset cruise. We had previously did a catamaran sunset cruise years ago which went further out and we could see dolphins. This was a big boat and a slow ride to the sunset. It was nice

We were looking at sunset cruises and for the price, the fact that there was a full course dinner served, caught our eye. The drive was about 30 minutes from Lahaina but it was worth it! The boat had three levels and you could sit inside or outside depending on your preference. We sat outside even though it was lightly sprinkling when we started off. Glad we did because it cleared up and we had an amazing view of the sunset and the gorgeous double rainbow as we pulled out of the marina. We both had the prime rib, and it was good. People complaining couldn't have expected they were getting a five star meal but it was the best meal we have had on a sunset cruise and we have been on many! The drinks were strong and also good. There was live music at the perfect volume and they also had a photographer capturing pictures throughout the cruise. We ended up buying the package because he took some great shots of us! They said the boat was full but it didn't seem so at all. There was plenty of room to walk around and the bathrooms were large and clean as well!

The staff were great, but the cruise felt boring as we just drove out for and hour and turned back. It felt pointless. Food was average.

Staff were very accommodating. The fish was AMAZING. Seats were comfy. Photographer was nice. The singer Christine was the cherry on top! Absolutely beautiful voice. The boat was definitely not full so the smaller crowd was nice. I would recommend this dinner cruise. One piece of advice to the ladies. Do Not wear a dress! Trust me. I saw more undergarments than I care to discuss! Bring a jacket even if it’s warm👌🏼

Our family enjoyed this trip. It was cold but Thank God, Valley Isle tour provided fleece lined ponchos to help us get warm while waiting for the sunrise. It is a must to take this tour.

This cruise made us sick, and I would not book again, but wanted to share the full experience. We had done a trip like this previously with another outfit out of Lahaina, but didn't want to travel as far, so we booked this one. Last night immediately following the cruise I would have given it 3 stars. The food and drinks weren't crazy special, but they were good and we were satisfied. The staff was great and we really enjoyed the live music. The photographer did not capture great photos of us, and when we declined to purchase any he kept pressuring us or for at least a donation if we thought he deserved to get paid. We didn't request him or even know he would be there, so that was very off putting. We left having enjoyed the sunset and each other's company, but kinda wishing we had just bit the bullet and traveled to go with the oufit we previously enjoyed, mainly because of this photographer. What really tipped the scales to the negative though is a couple hours after our return, my husband and I both woke up so sick with intestinal issues. It has become apparent we are dealing with food poisoning based on timing and symptoms. This was the only time we ate the same food that day. We've now spent the next day canceling other plans, laying in bed and fighting for the bathroom. Probably canceling tomorrow's plans too at the rate things are going. If you want an okay experience, go ahead and book, but just be warned you may come away with food poisoning.

This tour was listed as a Honolulu cruise. After I’d paid, I discovered it was not. Viator refused to refund.

Boat was hard to find. Crew was awesome. Dinner and entertainment was good. We had salad, entree with rice and vegetable, and desert.

The dinner cruise was very nice and the crew were very accommodating. Food was good and the music was very enjoyable. Had a great time and a beautiful sunset and evening… would definitely go again..

Wanted to do a Sunset dinner cruise and the itinerary and meal seemed like a good choice. The crew was great, hard working and very attentive. The meal (we chose the Prime Rib) was good and cooked as requested. We saw beautiful sunsets but weren’t able to see the Molokini Crater due to the weather.

While I was a little worried about seasickness, there was absolutely no problem even with the high winds. The food and service were great and nature surely showed out with that sunset!

Very disappointed with this. My husband and I were on our honeymoon expecting a romantic sunset cruise. When we got on the boat we were sat with a family of 6 and since they put us on the end we quite literally had half a table. Like fully in our seat the table located in front of us to eat ended halfway across our seats. Not the experience we’ve had on sunset cruises in the past and not worth the cost. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This should be priced as a casual cruise not like a luxury one.

Great service and friendly. Food was ok. We went during hurricane Lowell so ride on boat was a little choppy. Also was very cloudy and grey but not the fault of Caplysco Cruise company. We would recommend to others to go. Aloha.

The food was great. We all had different things and everyone had great things to say about their food. (Have the ribs) The servers were very attentive and the drinks were strong and yet tasty!

Prime rib was horrible and mostly fat. Drinks we ordered were all juice no alcohol. The dessert was really good

We were welcomed kindly, there were plenty of seats. The staff and food were great. Come with an appetite, the portions are generous as are the cocktails. The seas were calm, watched the sunset disappear over a mountain and had a full moon on our way back. The music, volume, picture staff added a good vibe. There’s plenty of parking. Overall a good experience, add it to your list of must do while in Maui.

The views were amazing. The drinks were good. The wind was amazing. The only thing we did not enjoy was the food. The deserts were good, but the main entries were ok.

We were unfortunately disappointed with the overall experience. While the service was good, the food left a lot to be desired. My husband’s prime rib was overcooked, the sides were bland, the vegetables were soggy, and the rice was simply plain rice. The “cruise” itself was also underwhelming. We traveled only a short distance from shore before stopping (on the side of the highway) for most of the evening, so it didn’t really feel like a dinner cruise. The entertainment was also lacking. We have taken other dinner cruises many times before and overall, we didn’t feel the experience was worth the price, either for the meal or the cruise itself.

Very friendly staff. Meal was great. The boat was not overcrowded. Drinks were strong. Bonus was seeing the family of dolphins on the way.

It was a great experience, food was good and the crew was very friendly. Dolphins added an exclamation point to the event. We were expecting a link to see the pictures that were taken during the cruise but did not get one. Overall it was a great trip.

Fantastic experience! Great food, staff and drinks . On board photographer was everywhere and captured everything we could have wanted... including the dolphins that joined us near sunset.

We loved this cruise! The view was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious and the music was great. We got awesome service and the photographer got some really nice pictures of us. It wasn’t too crowded so we got to walk around the boat a bit and see the best views of the sunset.

Order the Prime Rib have told friends and family that they have to go out and have this experience for them selves.
