The experience was amazing! Seeing the islands from above was extraordinary, more than what we imagined.

My daughter and I booked this Maui flight tour because the description promised that we would fly over six specific locations. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what was advertised. On the day of our flight, it was raining. Before the flight, the pilot called and asked if we still wanted to proceed, explaining only that we would get wet walking from the car to the plane. At no point during that conversation did he tell us that weather conditions would prevent us from seeing half of the advertised attractions. During the flight, the pilot skipped three of the six locations that were specifically listed as part of the tour. We were understandably disappointed because those locations were a major reason we booked the experience in the first place. Had we been told beforehand that weather conditions would prevent us from seeing half of the advertised sights, we would have seriously reconsidered whether to proceed or reschedule. What made the experience even more frustrating was what happened afterward. When I contacted the company to request a partial refund due to only receiving roughly half of the advertised tour, the pilot claimed that he had informed us on the phone that the rain would prevent us from seeing several of the locations. That is simply not true. The only warning he gave was that we would get wet walking from the car to the aircraft. My request for a partial refund was declined. I understand that weather can impact flight tours, and safety should always come first. What I do not understand is failing to clearly communicate that customers will miss half of the advertised experience and then later claiming that such a warning was given when it was not. If you’re considering this tour, be aware that the advertised itinerary may not be delivered, and you may not receive transparent communication about significant changes to the experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

We had a wonderful experience flying with Eric! No waiting time and the fees are reasonable. Our visit took 45 minutes to see everything. We had the chance to get amazing memorable photos with the plane. The best thing we did on our vacation so far.

Great friend loved him great soda after recommend getting the vip experience complementary lai delicious beverage with a very kind guide. Price was not bad and was offered a free second ride. The ride was just as long as booked not a second shorter. Amazing views. Not many people on the plane it was just me and my friend. Best for anyone wanting to go on a tour and view magical sights.

Plane is very small but it felt safe. Pilot is courteous. We booked the West Maui 30-min tour. View from the plane was beautiful. Too bad we did not see the Nakalele Blowhole. And we probably should have booked a longer tour that includes the view of the Haleakala summit. (Booked the short tour because I was afraid of getting plane-sick if in the air too long in a small plane. But it turns out I felt OK)

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Most AMAZING thing we’ve done on Maui- The Canera window was PERFECT for our photos and we had a BLAST with our pilot who was incredible!

Old plane was supposed to be a helicopter. Pilot was okay, kind of pushy.difficult to see from back seat. Put lead on us took picture and then took them back.

Our pilot, Eric, was great! The tour was awesome! It was great to see West Maui from a different perspective! Breath taking views!

Amazing views! Super fun airplane ride with just my friends. Great for taking photos. The airplane even has a mini window that opens specifically for taking pictures. Must do if you’re visiting or live on Maui.

Very unique way to see the volcanoes and the porthole in the window made it great for taking pictures and videos. So worth the money!

We had the most amazing time with Eric today. Not only did we get to fly over the islands of Maui and Hawaii but we saw the craters from an amazing perspective in the air. We could see all the lava flow fields and I got absolutely incredible videos and photos due to the camera porthole in the window. At one point the weather didn’t seem like it would cooperate for us to see the most recent lava explosion but Eric managed to find a safe way for us to fly over it. Eric even let both us of take over the controls and steer the plane a bit which was so fun! Once we landed in Hilo we went for lunch at a great diner and then back up in the air to fly past the beautiful cliffs and waterfalls en route to Hilo. Such a great value compared to helicopter flights. I felt so safe the entire flight and it was such a comfortable experience! Thank you Eric for the amazing candid photos and best day of our vacation!

This trip was super fun and a unique experience! The plane itself is cozy and has equipped safety measures which helped relieve any stress about the flight. Eric was a great pilot and very nice, making sure to warn us of upcoming turbulence and winds. The views themselves were fantastic and he made sure to angle the plane for great shots of the volcano. We also stopped for lunch at a diner which had a nice homely vibe and good comfort food. Overall, a super cool trip that I’d definitely take again. :-)

Wow! This truly was a once in a lifetime experience. Flying over these volcanos made me feel like I was on an assignment for National Geographic of filming Planet Earth. I was very terrified at first to get in the plane and fly over the ocean ect. but Eric talked me though everything and was very patient and understanding and I’m so thankful for that. He is a very experienced pilot who is living his dream. I felt safe with him the whole time. This is the perfect experience for anyone traveling to Maui that wants to do something private and VIP. It was beautiful thank you Eric.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Helicopters can’t go where we went today and bigger planes can’t either but this small plane known as the Piper, was able to caress the shoreline of the big Island and Maui in breathtaking fashion. Eric safely tilts his plane, giving you an unobstructed close view of the seemingly endless waterfalls along the big Island shoreline. On the other side, the great expanse of the Pacific Ocean, and yes, I saw a whale! Your perspective on flying will be forever changed as we flew between just two and 5000 feet above ground. Hovering over the active volcano and seeing the miles of lava it spilled was also an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend it. Thanks ERIC!

My husband and I took the flight to Volcano National Park and it was amazing. Eric is super friendly and wants to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. We made a couple of circles around the rim of Kilauea and on the way back flew by the waterfalls in Waipi’o which were incredible. Would highly recommend.
