Lahaina Maui Sea Turtle Snorkel Sail Adventure W/lunch & Open Bar

Very enjoyable experience! The crew and captain were great. Would definitely recommend sailing with them. The drinks and food were all delicious, and the views sailing can’t be beat. If you enjoy being out on the water, you won’t regret booking this experience.

We had the greatest experience with the crew of Sail Maui! Oliver, Megan and Matt with Captain Carlos are exceptional human beings! I would sail on the SS Minow to Gilligans Island with this crew. Matt really stood out to me. He was kind very considerate and knowledgeable, and he deserves the best because he is the best. He really looked out for everyone. This is a great addition to any vacation in Maui

This was the most amazing experience. We were lucky enough to be on a small tour (8 people total). Our crew (Bryce, Olly, Braden) were phenomenal. You can tell they are passionate about both the ocean and Laihana. All questions were answered including questions about other Maui recommendations. The food was delicious. We had perfect weather and saw wildlife including dolphins, a shark, a sting ray, and SO many sea turtles. I would absolutely book this tour again!

This is a seriously good trip! Braden,Bryce and Ollie were the best ! Such a nice crew with a relaxed and safe atmosphere! Braden is a great skipper and explained all of the safety protocols before we headed out on the water. They took us to the best spot in Maui and we saw Turtles, Stingrays, Spinner Dolphins and lots of fish and wildlife. Ollie explained the importance of the ecosystem and wildlife we were observing and was very informative, thanks Bryce for the drinks, food was great! Lots to eat and drinks were great also! The crew was great, we saw a huge pod of dolphins that stayed with the boat for a long period of time. We also hooked a Marlin which is very unusual as the gear is not set up to handle that large of a fish. It was released of course. Snorkeling was fair, I didn’t see a lot of variety of fish. Food was good. Weather was perfect.

Snorkeling Molokini crater was an epic experience! The corals were abundant and in good shape, the fish were numerous, friendly and vibrant with almost every variety known. The ship’s crew (5) were friendly, helpful, and eager to serve us ongoing food and drinks. The food (breakfast, lunch and fresh cookies) was catered by locals and was really delicious and in abundant quantities. The open bar was truly open; beer, wine and mixed drinks as well as non alcoholic. We had a delightful experience and would come back to Maui just to experience this again! Job well done, good and faithful servants!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience with Sail Maui! I had such an incredible experience with Sail Maui on September 15th on the snorkeling trip to Lanai. Honestly, this was one of the highlights of my Hawaii trip, and it was worth every penny! The crew was absolutely amazing. They were friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. I became a little seasick during the trip but didn’t tell anyone. I thought I would just lie down on the nets and wait for it to pass. Somehow, the crew noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and immediately came to check on me. They offered me a ginger chew, an ice bag to hold, and medicine. The ginger chew and ice bag worked wonderfully! They continued checking on me frequently and kept offering me drinks to make sure I was comfortable. I was so impressed by how observant and thoughtful they were. They didn’t just provide good service—they truly cared about how I was feeling. And the snorkeling was spectacular! The water was beautiful and incredibly clear. We saw so many colorful fish, sea turtles, and beautiful coral reefs. It was an amazing experience to see all of that underwater. Then came another unforgettable moment: the captain stopped the boat so we could watch dolphins playing right in front of us! Seeing them so close, swimming and playing in the ocean, was absolutely magical. 🐬 From beginning to end, everything was wonderful—the beautiful ocean, incredible snorkeling, amazing wildlife, and especially the fantastic crew. Hawaii hospitality is truly unmatched, and the Sail Maui crew is a perfect example of it. ❤️ Thank you, Sail Maui, for giving me such a memorable experience. I would absolutely do this trip again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui! 🌺🐢🐬

Every part of the crew was absolutely amazing. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend. The crew was not only very sweet and caring, they were very attentive to everyone and their needs. We were fortunate to be able to see a monk seal and whale shark in a matter of 30 minutes which we heard was extremely rare. 10/10 would definitely come back

Wonderful time with our family group of 8. Food was delicious and guides were nice and knowledgeable.

This was perhaps the best sailing excursion we’ve done in hawaii! Super friendly staff. Good equipment and yummy snacks length was just right. We also lucked out with a small booking number. So we had 12 guests on a boat that theoretically holds 30. The snorkeling was fine and nice long stop at the reef. All in all just a perfect way to spend the day!

The crew was friendly and professional. One of my family members got sea sick and they helped her so quickly. My favorite location was the crater because it a wonderful variety of fish. Breakfast and lunch were provided and both were delicious.

We went snorkeling for the very first time. It was an amazing experience! My 7-year-old son was a little nervous at first, and honestly, so was I, but once we got the hang of it, we were off and having so much fun! The crew — Breydan, AJ, and Jenn (I believe those were their names) — were absolutely amazing. They were so attentive, friendly, and constantly making sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. The food and drinks were always taken care of, and they truly went above and beyond to make it such a great experience. We’re new to traveling, and growing up, neither my partner nor I traveled, so we didn’t realize that tipping the tour crew was a thing. After everything the crew did for us, we really wished we had been prepared to show our appreciation. If you take this tour and feel the crew deserves it, consider bringing a little cash to thank them. They truly deserve it and more! We highly recommend this tour and can’t wait to do it again!

Best boat day I’ve had in Hawaii! Crew was super nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. We saw so many turtles I couldn’t have even kept track if I tried! Great food, endless drinks, and a good time.

The guides were very knowledgeable and we felt very safe snorkeling. It was a smaller group than many of the snorkeling tours, which was lovely. Offered a small breakfast and a delicious lunch. We saw tons of fish and lots of sea turtles. Spectacular!

Amazing, one of my favorite experiences ever on Maui. I would suggest this to anyone that loves snorkeling, and seriously the guide and his crew have the best hospitality. They will feed you the best meal, make sure you are always drinking, pick up your plates and make you laugh the whole time. The trip was an amazing one. Our original trip got cancelled but the crew did a great job getting us onto this trip with no upgrade fee. Crew of Capt. Chase, Dustin and Jess were fabulous.. we saw dolphins with babies on the way out which made the kids’ experience one they won’t soon forget

Capt Brayden his crew were awesome! They kept us entertained, and informed on all that was happening! They told us that the wind was shifting a bit, took us to spot they knew we would see sea life! The food was really good went back for seconds! They made sure we had a good time with drinks in our hands. You don’t need to take much, just swim gear , towel , and they provide the rest! Would really try and do this again just because of the hospitality!

We took the west Maui snorkel and sail tour. The crew we had were Joey, Henry & Captain Chloe. They were all absolutely amazing, very helpful, caring and knowledgeable! Their personality & vibe was relaxed yet fun! The experience on the water was top tier! Definitely worth the money! My daughter & I had such a great time for our first time snorkeling in Hawaii! The fish, turtles & coral reef were stunning! A must do experience! I wish we had underwater camera’s to capture the beauty! Next time…

I had a phenomenal time! The guides were so amazing and attentive. They constantly made sure we were taken care of. The food was good, freshly baked cookies, banana muffins. I love everything about it. The wildlife was amazing to see as well. Super grateful for this experience.

Enjoy a great day on Sail Maui today 28th of July. The weather wasn’t not ideal so the team had to change their plans the morning of - you can’t control the weather. The crew were fantastic shoutout to Kens who was friendly and approachable all day also makes a great MainThai. The rest of the crew were all great. Carlos also shared some great insights into the area. Went to two snorkel spots the first one was ok but the second we saw a turtle and a baby shark again with the conditions it was a great result. The lunch was one of the best lunches I’d had on a boat and I don’t say that lightly all freshly made. Chicken satay salads. Tuna salads, pulled pork and sandwiches - I’d go again just for the feed! The crew were great with children and people not confident in the water which is great to see. Great work to all involved at Sail Maui

The snorkeling was in a great location with plenty of Sea turtles to swim with. All food items provided were delicious and well prepared. Plus, the open bar was plentiful with the crew always making sure we were taken care of. If you are looking for an affordable all-in-one snorkeling and sailing trip, this is your best bet!

What we loved most was that they gave us a generous amount of time in the water—we never felt rushed. Great Atmosphere: The catamaran was the perfect size, and they don't over crowd it. It made the entire excursion feel relaxed, comfortable, and spacious. Delicious Food & Drinks: The food was great with plenty to go around, and the beverage selection kept everyone refreshed throughout the trip. An all-around perfect day on the ocean. The staff was welcoming and made sure we all had a great time. The reef snorkeling was AMAZING! We saw so many sea turtles and fish. They served us great drinks and a fabulous lunch. The boat was very clean and well kept. I really prefer this kind of sail and snorkel over the crowded boats. I highly recommend this to people visiting Maui. We traveled to Maui by way of Norwegian Cruise, Pride of America. This was a perfect excursion for us on our visit. We rented a car in Maui to drive the road to Hāna and used the car the second day to drive to this excursion which was less than 40 min drive. The drive was beautiful too. We set sail at 10am and were back by 230. Plenty of time to drop off the rental car and get back aboard the ship. BEST DAY!!!

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, lunch, drinks, and two amazing snorkel stops that included sea turtles and a reef shark on an awesome sailboat, the Paragon! If I could give this 10 stars I would. We had an incredible time snorkeling after a few days of cancellations due to weather. We ended up at Mala Wharf and saw so many turtles! It was magical! Then on the way back we had hundred of dolphins swim with us for over an hour! Such a knowledgeable crew that was so helpful and kind! One THOUSAND percent will sail again with Sail Maui! Great service and excellent experience! We highly recommend Sail Maui over some of the larger boats. Captain Brandon and the entire crew (Braxton, Megan, and Nate) were terrific. We got to do some sailing both on our way out and again coming back in, along with the snorkeling at Molokini. The conditions were perfect. Each member of the crew was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They all seemed to really enjoy their work. Captain Brandon loved sharing his expertise about sailing. You could see the joy on his face. Each member of the crew had both safety and fun in mind with everything they did. We had a great time!
