Kona Catamaran Snorkel Sail With Lunch

Unfortunately our trip was canceled while on the water due to a technical issue with the boat so we weren’t able to snorkel , however the time we spent on the boat was amazing. Crew were friendly and there weren’t many passengers which felt like we had the whole boat to ourselves. If I could have rebooked, I would have.

I brought my 3 y/o with me, who was nervous about swimming in the ocean, but all the staff were so friendly and the boat was so comfortable he was ready to jump right in at snorkle time! Tyler, Lane, Gale and Captain Tim were very attentive to all the guests and created a wonderful experience for us. We will definitely book another tour!

This is our second time booking this day cruise! We had the best time and the crew was amazing. We will do this trip every time we come to the big island:)

Professional knowledgeable crew but the snorkelling was just average. That’s not the fault for the boat. The boat was clean and safe . For the price we paid to be a little better food than just a sandwich. 🥪

i didn’t enjoy the experience. it was hard to find the location and no directions were provided. i had to call the main branch number (located in another island) and get directions. we were not allowed to drink until after we snorkeled (unusual from my previous experiences). there was only one option of sandwich. the entire experience felt rushed. would not recommend.

This was a great tour. We are from the east coast (mainland US) so Hawai’i waters can be pretty intimidating. Our guides made us feel so comfortable and safe going in the water. They were very hospitable and provided great service— drinks and snacks anytime we needed something! There were only 12 people on our trip which was an added bonus. For the price, if you plan on snorkeling and having an adult beverage or two with lunch, the value of this tour is well worth it. For a 3 hour tour we spent about 1 hour in the water and 2 sightseeing.

It was an amazing tour! Michael, Cesar and Georgia were knowledgeable, attentive and kind! The kids had so much fun!

Snorkeling for a mother daughter trip and it was a great morning! We swam with a sea turtle and saw some beautiful fish on the reef! The crew was so kind and enjoyable to talk with on our trip. Would recommend this experience!

The catamaran, its Captain and crew were great. Awesome experience. We loved everything about this ride.

Mike, Barefoot and Caesar were brilliant hosts and looked after us really well. No complaints at all about the cruise. Getting there from the cruise ship was challenging. They need maybe to say get to the dive shop on the harbour. That way you don’t get dropped off on the wrong side like us. Thankfully Barefoot came and picked us up Not a moan. Just trying to help in the future. Mike spent half an hour telling guests where to meet

Tyler, Tatum, and Zander were a great crew! We saw amazing fish, turtles, and they let us jump off the side the boat.

If I could give this experience a zero, I would. Me and my boyfriend planned this excursion for our anniversary. We scheduled everything in advance and had a tight schedule! To my dismay, I received a call less than 12 hours before our boat was supposed to depart to let us know that because nobody else booked for our time that they would have to cancel as they did not meet their minimum number of passengers. This was nowhere on the posting. When I asked if we could receive a discount for a rescheduled boat day (which would mess up our entire schedule but we heard good reviews) I was met with a SCOWL and a "um, no.. no discount?" and a laugh. Their whole operation and customer service sucks. They are completely unprofessional. Never booking with them again, and you shouldn't either.

We had a very bad experience, with staff and guide. We hardly had any time to snorkel because they have provided the gear so late, we had 8 year and 4 year, they have charged full price for 4 year and didn't help or assist enough to enjoy the trip. As we we were vegetarians, the lunch was a salad , with just lettuce in it. the over all experience was very poor. I would not recommend for families.

Great boat, great tour guides, great weather and overall great fun. The guides were professional and knowledgeable. They provided outstanding service and made sure you were safe. During snorkeling the guide pointed out interesting sights including a turtle having its shell cleaned by fish feasting off the shell barnacles .

Great trip from start to finish. Wonderful Captain Keith and mate Nicole. Instructions goods, equipment good. Only 5 people on trip!!!!

They went out of their way to be helpful. The captain and boat ride were excellent. The guide was an experienced swimmer and guide. She pointed out the local sea life. Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful. The entire crew was gracious and very helpful. The snorkeling was exceptional. We would definitely go again next time we visit the big island. Thanks so much for a great experience. But "you're missing the boat" by not selling the crew t-shirts".

We got really lucky on this tour as we were the only crew onboard! We got to see whales, dolphins and a variety of fish. Snacks, Food and drinks were included! Michael and Ryoko are well experienced and did an amazing job! We appreciate them! This was our first time snorkeling. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Fantastic Catamaran snorkel experience. Careful, considerate crew. Lovely, shiny large boat. Nice drinks, nice snacks. Good time. Nice equipment. Not crowded. Nice shuttle from the Hilton Waikaloa so that your transportation is provided. great experience.

we took the luxury catamaran sail and snorkel. The catamaran was the NO WIKI. It has 4 staterooms each with its own private head. The tour is just wit 6 passengers allowing for a more private sail. The Captain was Zander. He is very knowledgeable about the ocean and he handled the boat very well. The first mate was Nicole. She made sure we were all comfortable and we had any refreshment we wanted. She did this while attending to the sailing duties. Both Zander and Nicole made sure we enjoyed the sail and were a big factor in the rating. I would go with them on another sail. The sail included a light breakfast ( fresh fruit and a pastry). Later a lunch or a side salad and a turkey club was offered. The sail was from the Harbor to downtown Kona and then to a bay where the snorkel occurred for about an hour. I chose not to snorkel. The sail continued for about another hour and we returned to the Harbor. Both Zander and Nicole made sure any request was promptly served and I appreciated then sharing their insights. The tour is worth the price.

We had a great time on this tour! I was hoping to see dolphins, which we did! Snorkeling was very cool and it was nice that they provide everything for you. Lunch was a treat and they were able to accommodate my gluten-free request that I specified at booking! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get out on the water in Kona.

Amazing Catamaran tour and snorkeling trip. The ship was beautiful and the service was amazing. The directions to the location were very specific and made it easy to find. We were treated like royalty and my husband and I would highly recommend and would tour again. The snorkeling also was wonderful and we had a great guide with us to help if we needed anything. Thank you for an amazing day!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The crew is super knowledgable and outstanding. The boat is immaculate. The water was calm. We saw so many fish. The crew served us beverages after our snorkel and a late lunch. We highly recommend this boat and will definitely do this again next time we are on the big island . They offer pool noodles and the help you float while snorkeling, you wear a life jacket and they provide clean snorkeling masks and goggles.

Don’t book a tour with this company, no refund at all if you don’t make your tour, they don’t offer a shuttle and your have to drive to the location, missed the tour by and they are not willing to give any type of refund…. Bad business!!

Crew was excellent and friendly! Water was specularly clear! I would totally recommend them to anyone!

This catamaran was amazing!!!!!!!!!! Captain Keith and Cesar took us to a great area for snorkeling. First fish spotted was humahumanukanukaapua'as and lots of yellow tangs. Cesar found an octopus. Beautiful reef just south of the airport. I thought we were going to Captain Cook's but the annual canoe races were being held in Kona. Not a lot of wind so didn't sail but got to tour the coast a bit and Keith showed us a lava tube on the shore! Highly recommend this trip out of Kona harbor.

Great trip capitan Mike ran a great trip and was entertaining. Kyle was very helpful and helped this 85 year old man with snorkeling and a tow back to the ship. We only had two couples on the trip designed for over forty with individual attention. The mitais drinks and sandwiches were great. Recommend this trip highly

My husband and I went on the Catamaran snorkeling trip from A Bay in Waikoloa. Captain Michael and his crew were great. They were knowledgeable and educational while being fun and attentive to their guests. Safety was first priority with the crew! We saw marine life in abundance! The snorkeling site was great and we were comfortable with the crew's guidance. We also took the sunset cruise the same evening on the same ship and crew! We highly recommend also! We were lucky enough to show up and have the entire boat to our six person group. We sailed for about an hour seeing various sites and then snorkeled at a large reef outside Kona for over an hour (plenty of time). Finished up with a great lunch and soft drinks/alcoholic beverages. Check them out for your next snorkeling adventure!

We had a great time out on the water with Michael, Isaiah, and Cesar. We saw a lot of beautiful fish and an octopus while snorkeling. Then we put the sails up and had a great time. The food and cocktails were great and even though the boat can fit over 40 people, we only had 6 people, so lots of extra room on the boat.

Staff were fabulous!! Extremely helpful and friendly. The spot they picked was superb for snorkeling as we seen hundreds of beautiful fish. Highly recommended!

We had some trouble finding the boat--be sure to note that the sign by the boat at the marina says "Nautical Hawaii" and NOT the name of the catamaran. We never say the slip number or letter! Also, be sure you follow the directions to the location and parking very accurately...parking is at the end of the marina closest to the sea! Great ride with Captain Mike--only four of us and we had fun!!

Had the most amazing time on the “fancy boat” with captain Mike and first mate Isaiah. They were very attentive but also very down to earth and fun to be aboard with. Had lots of great drink choices, snacks, and lunch. The boat was clean and beautiful with both shady spots and many areas in the sun. It was a very smooth sail that led to beautiful location to snorkel. Lots of stunning fish and easy water. Mike and Isaiah were awesome with life guarding and giving great tips for gear. Even was given a chance to hold a sea urchin! Overall incredible tome and will definitely be back in the future!

The crew was fantastic and very accommodating. We saw a plethora of spinner dolphins. It was a wonderful experience!

Very nice and accommodating crew, we were first timers at snorkeling and they taught us how very well. Very nice boat and lunch. Saw many types of fish.

Captain Michael and crew, Nicole and Kupaa were great. Kind, helpful and very professional. One hour to Kona harbor, one hour to snorkel and one hour to sail back to the harbor. Perfect time for the days activities.

Other travelers should know book this without hesitation. It was an awesome experience, somewhat spiritual for me and my wife and my son turned out to be a fish at home in the water. We are 1000% satisfied with Captain Mike and Captain Gabe.

We did not see turtles but the friendliness of the crew made up for that. It was an especially nice cruise since we were the only 2 on the catamaran. We had our own private sailing!

We had a great time with Hawaii Nautical. We saw many Dolphins on our sail. Did some snorkeling & had drinks & lunch. Highly recommended!

Incredible experience. Michael and Kyle were awesome and made us feel right at home on the “No Wiki.” They both gave us a lovely tour of the coastline of Kona and also gave great snorkeling tips and instructions. 12/10 highly recommend this tour. We saw plenty of tangs, a few parrot fish and an octopus! The best part however, were the spinner dolphins Michael was able to locate several times. Very cool experience.

We went on this trip and it was amazing! Captain, Kyle, and Gretchen were amazing hosts and helpers. The "No Wiki" was wonderful, comfortable, safe, and fun! The snorkeling was a treat, and I was able to swim with schools of brightly colored fish. Thank you for the amazing trip! We will be back!

We specifically chose snorkeling experience that said sea turtles and there was absolutely no sea turtles. They also did not provide us with any towels, and that would’ve been nice to be notified that we needed to supply our own towels and we would’ve done so overall the experience was amazing but I think it is a disservice to customers to say that you are going to show them sea turtles on the snorkeling. It was not the case.

The crew was fantastic and the views were incredible! The snorkel spot is deep too so there was a ton of things to see. They spotted a turtle and octopus and we were cruising next to spinner dolphins there and back. They had a stocked bar and everything is new and clean.
