Kaneohe Sandbar Snorkeling Tour | Free Parking & Gear Included

We chartered to boats. Both Captians were great. We saw several turtles and had a great time on the sandbar!!

Awesome experience! The sand bar was cool! Plenty of picture opportunities for social media. Then we went snorkeling. There were plenty of tropical fish to see. A sea turtle popped up for air right next to me! So cool! Wish I had a GoPro on at the time. The crew had plenty of snacks and drinks for everyone. You can even bring your own which is what we did. Highly recommend this to anyone of any age.

Kayce, Hosanna, and Jason were amazing! The weather wasn’t great, but we made the most of it.! Very knowledgeable about the wildlife and willing to help with anything. My moms favorite part was when Jason jumped out of the boat to grab a balloon that someone let go of!!! Saving wildlife for the win!! Haha

Wonderful time stand up paddle boarding and the reef snorkeling was great too. We saw 3 turtles, lots of schools of fish in the vast coral reef.

We were stressed when we arrived and everyone was so kind and helpful. It put us at us at ease right away and set the tone for an amazing day. This was such a fun day!! The boat ride was short, and we got to slow down over a reef and see sea turtles. The sandbar was equipped with all the fun water toys you need, or the water is shallow enough to stand and swim at your leisure. The guided snorkel was our favorite, the reef had beautiful fish. The boat itself was fantastic, the staff and crew were amazing and welcoming! Thanks Hosanna, Jasmine, and Kai for a memorable part of our trip! Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island.

I would recommend booking with captain bruce a billion times if I can. Specifically THE GREEN TOUR, their team was amazing, kind, and had a great sense of humor! Captain Robin was so patient with us and was so attentive he truly was so joyful and caring he made sure everyone was safe. They provided delicious snacks. We saw so many turtles on the way to the sandbar and the whole crew made our experience special for our last day in Hawaii. I would recommend and do again! I’m truly thankful for how much they checked up on everyone and for being nothing but a great crew the whole time. Truly the best to do it and we look forward to booking again well worth the experience and expense!!!

Beautiful coral reefs, all kinds of fish, sea turtles and shallow water for none swimmers to have fun. Great for family!

Casey, Hannah, and Jasmine were amazing guides! They were friendly and always made sure everyone was having a good time. The snorkel was awesome. I sea turtle swam within feet of my wife like she wasn’t even there. I would highly recommend this excursion if you’re in Oahu! Aloha!

the bay and sandbar are absolutely beautiful. This tour allowed you to play in shallow water with SUPs and floats for about an hour and then float over to a reef on the edge of the sandbar to snorkel with turtles and fish. The staff was dedicated to safety and making the experience accessible to all on board. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Oahu.

The snorkeling tour was the most exhilarating, humbling, and thrilling experience that my family and I have experienced. Thank you for the wonderful crew who made our experience memorable. I want to give a special thanks to Jazmin for helping me conquer my fear by snorkeling to the edge of the reef so that I can see a sleeping Honu, which turned out to be my spirit animal. Her patience and overall energy was so positive and infectious. I know that I wasn't the easiest to persuade, but I think you saw some tiny potential in me to conquer my fear of swimming on the deep end. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience. Maybe the next time I do this tour, I would be 10% better at snorkeling and seeing the Honu =)

Our second time booking the Kaneohe Sandbar with Captain Bruce….an absolute MUST DO! Cynthia, Eli, Izumi and Jae were so accommodating and friendly! Paddle boarding was fun and the floats were relaxing….Will definitely be booking a 3rd time!

Amazing experience! The staff were amazing and they fed us so well, we were able to see a lots of sea turtles, fishes, eels, and got to relax at the sandbar after snorkeling! Would totally do again 100%! Located in a beautiful part of the island as well

The captain, guides & overall experience were wonderful. We saw lots of turtles in route & while snorkeling, and the destination was breathtaking. The guides were helpful & accommodating… directing us to the snorkel spot over the reef. My only issue was that the trip was advertised as a private tour & based on that and the other reviews about it being a small group, we did not expect a trip with 40 people. This information would be helpful ahead of time, if only to temper expectations. The cost seemed a bit high given that we were with a big group.

We had such a great time on this excursion! We were led by Captain Robin and Jamie and Keani. We saw lots of turtles, both on the boat ride out and while we were snorkeling. My son had a broken hand and they made him feel totally comfortable while doing all the activities. We did SUP and floated around and my son had a super soaker battle with some of the other boat passengers. The snorkeling was great....we saw multiple turtles and fish and an octopus! We have snorkled many times, but they gave us very good instructions on how to put on equipment. I appreciated the anti-fog spritz which we have never gotten on any other snorkel tour. They also had lots of good snacks (chips, fruit, drinks, spam musubi), and even a bucket of fresh water for a post-snorkel shower! The sandbar was incredible. I have been coming to Oahu my whole life and didn't even know this place existed. Total magic!

Friendly and hospitable crew, a comfortable boat, and a great tour for families with kids. The marine activities were fun and well organized. I do wish fins had been provided for snorkeling, and the snorkeling area felt a bit restrictive. Overall, a fun experience, especially for families.

This is our second time on the snorkle tour, "blue boat" which has the best crew and the most fun! It's a great feeling to be remembered from 2 years ago. This excursion is our favorite and practically guarantees turtles, tropical fish and maybe if you're lucky a reef shark or two. Besides snorkeling, Captain Bruce also offers paddle boards, floats and games to play. Forgot to pack the snorkle gear? No worries. They provide all the essentials to make the experience one you will never forget. This excursion also provides light snacks like musubi, chips, granola bars and drinks to keep the energy high and the focus on the water. Conveniently located on north shore with easy access from anywhere on the island. Parking at the marina can get full quickly so come early and enjoy the Dole Whip while you wait! Mahalo 🤙🏼

Captain Z and her all female crew were amazing! They made us feel welcomed and safe. They were more than welcoming to answer all and any questions and they were very accommodating at taking our pictures. We got to see a sea turtle, but the reef was short and difficult to see.

We had such an amazing time!!! We got to see puffer fish, sharks, sea turtles, the reef, etc etc. I could go on and on!! Specifically Hosanna was over the top sweet, and so knowledgeable!! The whole crew was very kind!! The spam musubi was great!! ( it was out first time having it) the snacks, and drinks were great! We got about 10ft away from real sea turtles it was amazing!! Bring sun block lotion ( spray isn’t allowed on the boat)

Loved it, they thought of everything! Brought my two year old and we both had the best time! They even had a zayak that allowed my two year old to see the fish underwater. The staff was so friendly and helpful. 10/10

Great crew & We had a fabulous time!

Snorkeling, paddle boarding, water toys, lunch, spam musubi and snacks included. Saw various fish, turtles, eels, puffer fish and lots of coral. Had a blast for an hour on the sandbar. We had Captain Robin, Nahoa and Izumi and they were amazing the entire trip. Shared good knowledge about the tour, sea life and creation of the sandbar and were friendly guides.

It was a beautiful and amazing experience. It was our first time snorkeling, and the experience was amazing. Captain Hosanna was really nice and guided us while snorkeling since it was our first time.

This is one attraction that is a MUST SEE! Captain Bruce and his crew are super friendly and informative and my kids and I thoroughly had a great time viewing the marine life and paddle boarding in the Sandbar! Hats off to a young man ( not sure his name) but he’s only 20 and truly made our day extra special! Only regret is not bringing cash for tips!

The snorkeling tour may feel a bit routine for the crew, but it would be great if they could be more friendly and patient with first-time participants. In my experience, the crew tended to focus on completing the routine and sometimes just raised their voice rather than offering assistance when needed, so beginners may struggle and may require more in-water support than is currently provided.

As a world traveler, this was some of the best snorkeling I have done in my life! The sand bar is beautiful and offers lots of toys to play. The crew were exceptional.
