Honolulu Suv Transfer - Hotel, Airport, Port (1-5 Passengers)

We scheduled 2 trips. From the airport in Honolulu they got a 5. With pickup emails and a great driver. For the trip from the hotel to the cruise ship they get a 1. We got a confirmation email the day before, then nothing. Ended up sharing a cab with an Australian couple. The tour company was 365 Tour Hawaii, then Viator, then TripAdvisor at the top of this chain. Would I use any of them again, I don’t know. We do not need the stress.

Car was on time. Driver was very helpful.

Our driver Eric made it extremely clear how to navigate the airport and find him. Since we had never been to Hawaii, we arranged a time 2 hours after we were scheduled to land. Our driver asked for our flight info and was waiting for us when our flight arrived early. Such an excellent experience.

Overall excellent. The only downside was all of the high back vans we used didn’t have step stools you could put on the ground to help getting into/out of the vans. As an elderly couple with post surgery knee issues, this detracted from all the positives. Just realize your knees may kill you for a few day.

The driver broke my electric wheelchair. I was put in an untenable situation for my flights home. Now I have to look for someone to repair or replace. Disappointed.

Eric was the absolute best. Very Professional. He had his 50th Birthday displayed for pickup. The ride was smooth and he gave us great ideas.

Fast, convenient, however we felt very rushed. Driver came into the airport at baggage claim and when my wife identified me, I turned and said, “is that Erc and poof he was gone with our carryons, I couldn’t keep up with his pace and did lose sight of him as he exited the airport. I am a very regimented person and had a complete step by step regiment through the airport to the meeting point. Also, was looking forward to a Cadillac Escalade but received the transport in a Suburban. But oh well I guess.

The driver kept in contact, assisted with our bags and made it a seamless process. We will definitely book again when we return to Hawaii.
