James was very communicative and provided everything I requested. The ride was comfortable and James got us to our hotel safely. Highly recommended.

The driver did not have a sign with our name on it. Baggage claim was so crowded, we had no idea who we were looking for. We didn’t anticipate the long walk from baggage claim out to the parking garage with bags in tow. Our driver was friendly, knowledgeable and strong, she put all our heavy luggage in the back of the minivan!!

He also assisted with retrieving our luggage from the baggage carousel. The vehicle was clean and in very good condition. It was a smooth drive from the airport to our destination. Paradise Hawaii Tours is awesome! Our plane landed later than expected so I texted our driver, James, to update him. He waited patiently and met us at baggage claim. He was waiting with a sign with my name on it, plus we were each greeted with a traditional flower lei. James had us point out our luggage and he grabbed it and put it on a luggage cart. We had a safe ride through Honolulu and arrived at our hotel on Waikiki beach. We were all quite impressed with the level of service we received. I definitely recommend Paradise Hawaii Tours!

Our driver, Alena, was awesome! She was on time and in contact with us as soon as we got off the plane and was eagerly waiting for us with our leis. We were delayed about 30 minutes waiting for our luggage as the luggage transfer belt was having technical difficulties. She was very patient and helped us get our luggage to the car and unloaded at our resort. It was a great way to start our Hawaiian vacation!

He seemed to be in a rush when he picked us up at the airport. On the way to his van he walked a lot faster than us. Me wife can’t walk that fast.

It was good but it seemed like she was just doing a job. Something she does every day, which i can understand but it wasn't as welcoming as I would have liked. It was late at night so I'll give her a pass.

Driver was early, which was a good thing, but I expect a smile, a “welcome to Hawaii”, a greeting of some sort. I had to ask her to place the lei on my sister and brother in law instead of you ordered leis? Driver seemed rushed, we could barely keep up with her. Not sure she understood English - We asked her questions and she didn’t understand, Not worth the extra money.

Our driver Alena was great! Kept us informed leading to our arrival at the airport and got a text as soon as we landed, she was right there at baggage claim waiting for us with our Leis. She also gave us a few tips to staying in Oahu since we were first timers LOL! Would definitely book again! Thanks so much Alena!

Absolutely an incredible experience! Our flight was delayed an entire 24 hours. I texted the driver and let him know. He changed the time without charging even though it was within the 24 hour timeframe. He was waiting with a digital sign. Once we received our fresh leis he loaded all of our luggage onto a cart, took photos of us, loaded everything into the van, and delivered us to the hotel then unloaded everything. He was full of tips and even sent us his own personal itineraries of places to go, eat, and suggestions. I will only travel from the airport this way from now on!!!

Even though the plane had a delayed arrival of three hours, they still picked us up and waited for us to arrive, he was very kind and easy to talk to as we were going to our destination, definitely will be using you guys again
