Viator makes it much easier to plan activities in Hawaii as I have never been there before. And my shuttles to and from the airport worked out so well with text from drivers the night before pick up I especially loved the Dole Pineapple plantation tour ! Luau at the Marriott was wonderful. Expensive but worth it.
Outstanding customer service. Before our flight left orlando I had an introductory text with photo of our driver Johnny. I let him know The flight was delayed leaving Seattle. We were nearly 2 hours late arriving. He was very respectful, polite and welcomed us to to Hawaii. Safe driver.
Sadly , we never saw this provider . We waited for 50 minutes at the pick up point . Our transport was booked for 9.30pm . We arrived at the pick up point at 9.10pm. I tried contacting the driver by text , WhatsApp and calling but got no reply . The driver had messaged to say he was at the pick up point but we were unable to find him . Not sure how we could miss him as the instructions were very clear . We ended up getting a taxi instead . After a very long journey, we were exhausted and disappointed to start our holiday on such a low note

Arrived early which was helpful since we were in lobby 10 min early too. Very nice, large, clean vehicle. Drive to airport was smooth and easy. Everyone had a checked bag and carry on bag to go with a childs car seat. Eric helped us get all luggage to the curb and directed us to American Airlines counter. Glad I made decision to get this type of transport to airport rather than doing Lyft or Uber.

I booked a minivan for transfer to airport (4:30am) the day before our flight and realised it wasn't going to fit 5 people with 5 luggage. I messaged and requested for an upgrade to a van (1-12 passengers). Response was quick and request was accepted. We paid $50 USD to the driver for the upgrade. Our driver Jason arrived early and helped with loading luggage into van. Service was great from start to finish and took the stress out of getting to airport on time. Mahalo.
