Good experience We were treated on arrival and take to our car not far away The driver was polite and helpful

Driver was very forthcoming in keeping us informed of his ETA of our pickup date time and what to expect and contact information for him in case of questions.

The driver was on time, very helpful . Suv was very nice, clean. I will definitely use them again great transportation.

On time reliable. Driver called me before I got my luggage after my flight. I didn’t have to look for my driver. Good service.

Great communication. Our driver arrived in a timely manner and was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Timely and friendly experience. Vehicle was in good condition. Smooth drive to airport. Would recommend.

Our driver James was on time and waiting for us when we arrived. He handled all the luggage. James was friendly, professional and kind. We appreciated his safe driving in getting us to our destination.

The pick up went smooth and the ride was great! Communication was spot on. I would use this service again.

They where a greatl, our flight landed earlier than expected and they where right on top of getting us and hour and a half earlier than we needed, greatly appreciated and definitely will use them again.

Polynesian Hawaiian Tours made getting around Oahu effortless from start to finish. They took care of everything we needed—airport transfers, a whale-watching trip, a ride out to the Pipeline, and a visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center—and each ride was smooth and well-coordinated. James handled our communication perfectly: fast replies, clear details, and impressive flexibility when our plans shifted. The vehicles were spotless, comfortable, and spacious, and every pickup was exactly on schedule. We had four drivers—Alena, James, Ethan, and Eric—and all were professional, kind, and shared great local insights that added to the experience. We’re already planning to use Polynesian Hawaiian Tours again. For reliable transportation across Oahu, they’re a standout choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent driver, nice vehicle. Everything was as expected. Driver had to wait as our flight was slightly delayed but was still gracious.

Stan was great! Our flight was slightly delayed getting into HNL and Stan texted right when we landed welcoming us to Honolulu and provided the exact spot at baggage claim of where to meet him. Had a sign with our name on it and our leis waiting for us when we arrived. Helped us with our luggage and got it all loaded and unloaded into the super clean SUV. 10/10 recommend!

Stan was great. He waited patiently as our airline took forever to send our bags. Got us to our resort safely. Thank you.

The vehicle was clean and had a very pleasant fragrance, The driver was so courteous and helpful. The driver also was very familiar with the interesting places along the route.

The transport was both large and clean. Our driver, Stan, was once again great. Despite the fact that we were heading to the airport leaving such a beautiful place, he still made the ride enjoyable and the loading/unloading process effortless.

Excellent, timely, helpful and courteous service. The driver was so neatly dresses and very professional. Mrs. BB

Stan was an amazing driver. He not only got us where we going comfortably, but had lots of local knowledge and tips to share along the way. The ride was highly enjoyable and no doubt improved our experience on the trip.

Everything was ok, it was a little compicaate, but this was up to the delay at arrival and trouble with luggage belt. nice driver outfit.

High end limo. Met us in luggage with an iPad with our name. Comfortable new Escalade. Would definitely use this service again.

Perfect service. A representative was waiting at baggage claim when arrived. Waited while the luggage was unloaded. Had a cart for all our pieces (5) including 2 large hard cases. Then took us to the waiting car (very short walk) - big comfortable SUV. Good driver. 100% recommend!

Stan our driver very helpful. Great service and very clean van 👌. Thank you. He was on time and along the way to hotel he point out various things.

Stan was a superstar! He waited for us at the baggage claim with a name sign & luggage cart before leading us to the parking lot nearby. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. His Ford Escalade was clean, roomy, and he even provided us with some water bottles. Stan was very knowledgeable about Honolulu and gave us some great recommendations. 10/10 would definitely use his chauffeur service again! A+ service!

On time , very clean vehicle and very nice driver cannot say enough nice things about this company would definitely use again

So, so, so convenient. Arrived late. Didn’t feel like jacking with a taxi. Our driver had a luggable cart ready at baggage claim. We will be doing it again.

The driver waited patiently for our luggage. Meeting us at baggage claim with out name “in lights” was a nice touch.

Excellent service, on time (even though our flight was late), fast, efficient and so comfortable. Will use Viator car service again!

Driver, Stan, was very efficient, patient, polite, and professional. Highly recommend for a comfortable ride to/from the airport, restaurant, or any special occasion.

The driver was courteous, friendly, on time and had a immaculate vehicle. Made the transfer seamless and efficient and got my family to the hotel in timely matter. Would highly recommend this service.

My flight out of San Francisco was delayed three hours, so I was very late arriving in Honolulu. That was not a problem. Stan waited patiently, met me at the baggage claim and helped me with my luggage. The SUV is stunning, very comfortable 30 minute journey to the hotel. Stan was so accommodating and I can highly recommend this as a treat to start your trip. Thank you so much Stan!!

Excellent experience. We used the private SUV transport both to/from the airport. Stan, the driver texted us before pickup to let us know who he was and what car he was driving. Exactly on time and clearly visible names displayed at the airport at pickup. Flawless experience and wouldn’t hesitate to repeat the experience. We had the same driver both directions, 6 days apart.

This is my Second time using this service. My family loved! On-time and very punctual. Highly recommend!

Very professional driver. Timely pick-up and immaculate car. Everything we were looking for in a car service

Stan was punctual and professional! The vehicle was more than enough space and very clean. will be using services again

The best car service in a long time very clean and safe secure ride drive was the best I'll pick this driver every time I come back

Plane was late, but Stan was on time and waiting at the baggage claim area. He had good communication via text leading up to the arrival. SUV was nice and comfortable. Pleasant experience after a 7 hour plane ride. Would book again.

The service was awesome and well worth the money! He grabbed all our luggage and packed it all in the car …. We had brought our own car seats but they had some too just in case … totally recommend!

Very convenient, reliable transportation from our hotel to Honolulu airport, and back. We used them 4 times over the course of a week, and each time the driver was early for our appointed time. Unlike many airport transfer services, customers are met at baggage claim and the walk to the vehicle was not far. I'd use them again the next time we are in Honolulu.

Very professional Driver, friendly, punctual, smooth ride from Airport Hotel, best experience ever arriving Hawaii after a long flight.

Nice ride to the airport...our driver was on time and helped load and unload luggage....very professional the car was also very clean and spacious
