I highly recommend setting up airport transport ahead of your arrival. It will save you time and hassle. We were going to Ko Olina and having prearranged this pick up was a life saver. Friendly service and immaculate vehicle to ride in.

Don't book this unless you want to feel like you're being scammed, standing outside the airport, wondering where your ride is. I booked a transfer from HNL to Aulani, and they did not provide me with any instructions on where to go for pickup. They claimed they tried to ask my "travel agent," but I booked through an OTA (Chase Travel), so they must not have a system in place to collect contact information through this booking method. Moreover, when I tried to contact them myself, none of the methods worked. I called, and the automated voice said someone would call back, but no one did. I used the chat feature and got a text that someone would respond shortly, but no one did. I called three more times asking to be transferred to a representative, and my call was dropped three times. I walked to the pickup spot that their website says you should go to, and our driver wasn't there. For a service that's more than twice the price of a Lyft, you should really just take a Lyft. Their response to my complaint was bad too.

The driver was gentle, driving very smooth. Glad he picked up our luggage ! And. the car was very clean.

I made a mistake when booking which Viator fixed over the phone from Australia. But the replacement service cost over $150 aud, I think it was about a 35 minute car ride with no traffic. To be slugged $150Aud is exorbitant. I’ll be finding a better option for the return trip.
