This ride service is the best! James was at the airport waiting for us with a bag cart & ID. He efficiently took us to his beautiful suburban & loaded all our heavy luggage. We asked where a close grocery store was for us to pickup groceries. He didn’t have a ride after so he thankfully took us to the store & waited while we shopped for our groceries. Then on the way to our condo I mentioned I had to pickup the keys at a different condo. James quickly said he would take us there also. At last he drove us to our final stop & assisted bringing all our groceries & luggage to the condo. James service went over & above & we are forever grateful!!! Thank you James-you have made us an appreciative repeat customer!
When I made a reservation seeing the photo of a SUV, I had a bit concern about the passenger and cargo spaces, even though the SUV was applicable for up to 6 people. My party is 6 people including kids. But this private shuttle service company provided a mini bus which were available up to 12 and maybe more. We could have a plenty of passenger and cargo spaces and felt so relaxed and happy. Really appreciated. Also the driver sent my the confirmation text to meet at the airport turn-table a day prior to our trip. So the process to find the driver in the airport was so simple and smooth. I would recommend this shuttle service to other travelers to Honolulu.

Our driver, James, was waiting for us at baggage claim with a sign and lei for each of us (optional when booking). He wouldn’t let us lift a finger and gathered all our luggage and took us to the Escalade (which was pristine) with cold bottled water. As he drove us to our accommodations, he gave us a brief tour and tips for our stay. Could not recommend this more!

Paradise Hawaii Tours made it so easy for us to get from our hotel to the Port of Honolulu when we were leaving for a cruise. We received texts from our driver, Stan, starting the day before to confirm our time and pickup. On the day of our transfer, he sent us his license plate number for easy spotting at the hotel and kept us informed the whole time prior to the pickup. Stan was extremely professional, pleasant and patient as he drove us to the port. We will definitely use them again during our next visit. We highly recommend Paradise Hawaii Tours!
The driver would always contact you a day before for the meet up location. The day of they let you know what car they driving and there eta. Overall great customer support with them. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
