Our driver was near the port early so as soon as we got off the cruise ship and got our luggage we had less than a five minute wait for pickup - the delay caused by the amount of traffic in the area. The driver was in great communication with us and was very helpful loading our bags.

The best service around!!! We had a mess of a travel to the ship day due to the recent storm but was able to keep in contact with driver and even though we had our embarkation time moved numerous times he was there on-time when we called. Already scheduling them for return trip!!

Mostly smooth and easy. Had to contact operator as we hadn’t gotten our confirmation text in the morning for our early afternoon transfer back to the airport. Our tour was great. John our driver was interesting, knowledgeable and accommodating. He knew of a great place for lunch and a park picnic. In spite of some rain showers, traffic and a closed road we had a wonderful day. We had a road closed at the North Shore of Oahu and he traveled around to help get as much as possible of the tour accomplished.

Our flight to Honolulu landed early. We had our bags and were outside with our 4 small tired children over an hour before we had scheduled our shuttle. I asked our driver Kira if there was any availability for him to come pick up is early. He had been tracking the flight and was already on his way! Extremely helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for anything to be better. Thank you Kira!!
