We had a blast! We chose 1000 feet and all five of us loved it. The adults had done it before in the Caribbean but felt way less secure in the harness than here, so this was just carefree sailing. Kids (9,11, and 13) all felt comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed.

It’s so fun and the captain and helpers made it even more enjoyable! This was my 3rd time using this company and will do it again.

We had a great time. Checking in was no problem. The tour left on time. The team of Diego and Nick was great; friendly, efficient and made us feel very safe. We were in a group of first time and experienced para sailors. Getting photos taken and picking them up at the end was not a problem and we had great shots of our adventure.

Awesome excursion from start to finish! Booking was incredibly easy, and the ladies in the office provided wonderful communication—they were so helpful and friendly. Out on the water, Jamie and Russell were a fantastic crew. They were funny, ensured everyone felt safe, and were just all-around great guys to chat with. The boat itself felt very secure. We had a blast watching our kids parasail up to 750 feet; seeing their smiles and laughter was priceless! Russell took a ton of family photos that turned out amazing. We also loved taking in the beautiful views of the coastline and Diamond Head. I would absolutely use this company again. Highly recommended!

From the moment we checked in until we left, the entire experience with Hawaiian Parasail was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. There was no rushing anyone, and they didn't overcrowd the boat just to fit as many people as possible. We only had three small groups on our boat, which made the whole experience feel much more personal and relaxed. The two captains were amazing. They kept everyone laughing, answered questions, and made the experience so much less stressful. Going 1,000 feet in the air can definitely make you nervous, but they completely took those nerves away with their confidence, experience, and positive attitudes. One of the captains told us he has been parasailing for over 30 years, and I felt extremely comfortable knowing we were in such experienced hands. I went up with my 15-year-old daughter, and it was one of the best experiences we've ever shared together. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and everything felt smooth, safe, and unforgettable. I've been on many vacations and done a lot of excursions over the years, but I can honestly say this tops them all. Everyone from check in and the crew was very kind and helpful. We had a great time with our granddaughters who were parasailing for the first time. We didn’t feel rushed. So much fun.

Our captain and first mate were awesome! They made us feel very safe and worked with our group of three generations. Make sure to schedule early in your trip as they changed our experience to a later day because of wind. It would have been nice to not have to wait over a half hour before they made the decision. We kind of wasted an afternoon getting to the marina, Doing the paper work, and then waiting around when they seemed surprised we were there in the first place. Also the pics we paid for were not really needed and only a few turned out well.

We were the second couple to head up after the boat left the harbor. Once our harnesses were secured, everything happened quickly, and before long we were rising into the air. We chose the 1,000-foot line, which lifted us to around 500 feet above the water. At first, we were both a little nervous, but that feeling faded as soon as we settled into the ride and began taking in the view. From up above, we had wonderful views of Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, the surrounding coastline, and the beautiful ocean below. We could even see the water changing color with the depth. At one point, a sudden gust of wind caught us by surprise, which made for a brief, slightly scary moment, but overall, the ride was smooth and unforgettable. Jaime, the captain, and Russell, the crew member, were excellent throughout the experience—organized, calm, and clearly experienced. Russell was especially impressive, managing to take photos while also helping launch and bring in each group. It was a fantastic way to start our seventh day in Hawaii and easily one of the highlights of the trip. It was definitely worth the price fee they charged. We got lots if time in the air and the length of the overall trip was as advertised. I would definitely recommend this excursion for anyone visiting Oahu.

Russell and Jaime made the trip memorable. Even the staff at the base station was super helpful. They gave us water on a scorching day. We were able to do a 3 person fly up with my 6 years old boy. He had a blast and said it was the best thing ever. You get a great view of the Waikiki area, Diamond head crater, and so much more of the island. It was definitely a memorable experience. They will also take photos for you and you can purchase it for $40 USD and you get a SD card for all the digital copies. Found this be quite reasonable compared to some other activities that we have done. Strongly recommend that you take some sea-sick / motion-sickness medicine before hopping on. The waves out there can be a bit bumpy and the boat goes fast to keep things interesting for the flyers.

Captains were courteous, friendly and went above what we expected. The family all had a great time and would do it again when we return. Great excursion.

We had an awesome experience. It was my 2nd time but my wife's 1st time to parasail. The crew was awesome and made it a very enjoyable experience. The weather turned out great and our little dip at the end very refreshing. It was nice to have photos uploaded to our phone and given an SD card as well.

My wife had a hip replacement and walks slow. The attendant for the Parasail saw her walking and told her she couldn't go on the ride because she has mobility issues. They cancelled us.

We booked a parasailing trip for our family of four. Unfortunately on the day of our reservation the winds were too high so we had to reschedule. The receptionist was really helpful in finding another time slot on a different day. The service was great from the check in to the flight itself. The boat crew was friendly and knowledgeable. We all had a great time and will definitely do it again.

Crew was professional and efficient. Our boat quickly loaded and got out to the area where the chute was deployed within just a few minutes. So dock to flying in the air was very quick. Flight was fun with interesting things to see from up high.

Hawaiian Parasail was a fantastic experience. The crew Jason and Davi were excellent! They put a personal touch on the whole experience. They made sure everyone had a great time and went out of their way to make it fun for everyone on board ! We will definitely be doing that again!!

I love it that a husband and wife crew work here. The wife greeted us warmly and checked us in and husband, Uncle Russ, was fun and guided us safely during our parasailing fun. Uncle Russ and the captain were both chill and made sure we were safe and having a fun time. Our kids had lots of fun and enjoyed hanging out with Uncle Russ! I will definitely book with them again on our next Oahu trip! P.S. Do not bring bananas on to the boat!

Crew was fantastic and gave us a great ride! Perfect weather and the water was pretty smooth the entire trip. We had the boat to ourselves and really enjoyed our time with our crew.

Super fun and exciting. Very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of Honolulu while up in the air. 100% would recommend if you’ve never done it before.

Insanely fun experience for me and my husband! We did the extreme 1000 ft. for our honeymoon and loved it! The only note I’d give is to take dramamine… I never get sea sick but the waves on this boat made me SICK. Many other people felt the same. Our ship captain was great, during parasailing he only dipped us in the water a little (which is what we requested). At one point he even fell off the boat because of the strong wind 🤣. We got back safely though 🙏🏻👏🏻 so I’d say the crew did a good job.
