Dolphin Watching & Turtle Snorkeling

The crew was very friendly and had good energy. We saw two types of dolphins and sea turtles. We may have had a little luck with us. Had a ton of fun.

We went into the water to swim with the dolphins, but we didn’t go snorkeling to see the turtles. So we only got to experience half of what was offered.

Entire family loved snorkeling and seeing turtles and I saw dolphins. Guides were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We had family members with limited mobility and they were so helpful to make this experience accessible.

My husband and I had a really fun trip with the Indigo Ocean crew. They were really friendly and helpful, especially for me who hasn’t had any experience snorkeling. The scenery is incredibly beautiful, the water is gorgeous, and even our short glimpse of the dolphins was so exciting. Snorkeling with all of the fish, turtles and even octopus was my favorite part. John took some great photos of us, too!

It was an absolutely amazing day out seeing dolphins and turtles and fish alongside other wildlife. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and took excellent care of us. They were patient and helpful and reassuring to the customers on the tour hesitant to get into the water. The snorkelling tutorial was complete and helpful as it was my first time snorkelling. Would 100% recommend to couples and families or anyone looking to experience the sealife around Oahu

The ride over to our spot to see the Dolphins was absolutely amazing, gorgeous horizons, and beautiful blue water. We got to see several pods of spinner dolphins. We got to our destination site to snorkel and got to see an octopus. We got to wrap it around our arms and pad it. Got to see all kinds of wildlife and turtles. It was an exceptional trip for our family and grandkids.

Great but no snorkeling with dolphins or turtles. I guess there are not that many fish, turtles nor dolphins around. After several hours on the boat with saw a few twister dolphins from the boats. The odd of actually swimming or snorkeling with dolphins seem very slim. Otherwise the all crew was lovable and we still had a good time.

I've done this now twice. The crew does a great job. They are very kind and accommodating. They did a great job of getting us to where the dolphins were, and pointing out turtles along the way. I highly recommend this experience. You can't go wrong spending your money with them.

We absolutely loved every aspect of this experience!! We got to swim with dolphins multiple times, saw humpback whales and went snorkeling with tons of fish and some turtles. The crew were super fun to be around, very kind and fun to chat with and clearly very knowledgeable both in regards to safety for us and the animals as well. They were super great about communication with us and the boat wasn’t overfilled with people either. They clearly try their best to bring the most opportunities to swim with wildlife safely and provide the best afternoon possible. I would absolutely recommend these guys and we will definitely be back!

Everything was great! We were booked for 12:30 & were picked up around 11:00. We loved that it was farther away from the busy Waikiki area (& we didn’t have to drive ourselves there). The driver was very entertaining. Once on the water, we saw dolphins within 15 minutes - lots of them. They swam right up to & beside the boat. So beautiful!! We went snorkeling in the same area. Again, amazing! The owner & crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. If we are ever in the area again, we’ll be back.

We loved being in a smaller boat where we were all welcomed and treated like ohana. We saw a large pod of spinner dolphins right out of the harbor and got great photos and videos. Snorkeling on the reef was amazing as well, and we saw several sea turtles. The boat was clean, the food was good, and the crew was fantastic.

It was the best outing of four different activities we purchased through Viator. The crew, boat, transportation and experience was the best!!! Worth every dollar. Mahalo for the genuine, humble and kind treatment.

I would not recommend it. It was expensive and unfortunately, no one got to see dolphins. We sailed non-stop for pretty much the entire 3 hours. I was told morning crews do get to see dolphins however afternoon crews don't. If afternoon crews don't, then they shouldn't offer it to begin with. It would have been nice if they informed me about it prior to booking this. They shouldn't charge an insane amount if not guaranteed. We got to snorkel for 30 minutes out of the 3 hours. It would have been nice if we got to snorkel for at least an hour.

We did see dolphins after much searching but would have enjoyed getting closer to them. The snorkeling involved jumping off the side of the boat when they had a staircase aboard that would have been much easier.

Great trip, saw a lot of dolphins and snorkeling was even more fun. The host were seemed very knowledgeable and explained a lot about Hawaii and the animals of Hawaii .

My wife and I had a fantastic time we enjoy the boat ride perfect for pictures but the most amazing is the dolphins it a unforgettable experience we enjoy seeing them for almost an hour, the the snorkeling at the turtle rock with turtles was just something magical. I can’t thank the crew enough they are what Hawaii is all about Family.

Seeing dolphins in their natural environment for the first time was amazing. The crew was very friendly and professional. It was fun to see the turtles when we were snorkelling, and watching the surfers riding the waves from the boat was great. Last but not least we had a delicious lunch. All-in-all a memorable day!!

This was the best dolphin excursion we have been on! The crew members were all very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. We got transportation from Waikiki to the boat and back. We were able to watch a pod of Spinner dolphins for 10-15 minutes, and they came right to the boat. The snorkeling was fun, and there was a photographer on board who took lovely photos we could buy after. Highly recommend this excursion!

The day was beautiful but the water was really choppy (I know that’s not the fault of the boat) so a few people were seasick. We spent way too much time looking for dolphins, and I wish we had more time to snorkel which would have helped relieve everyone’s seasickness. The boat that was used was small and the bathroom made the whole cabin smell due to no flushing. There’s no guarantee to see dolphins since THEY decide if they want to be seen ha, so it would’ve made more sense to stop the search in such choppy water and enjoy the snorkel more. The crew was great, super friendly and helpful. However the boat owner/excursion owner seems to have rules that don’t make a lot of sense for the passengers: why did we have to take photos before lol. I liked that they gave us traditional Hawaiian food though.

The crew was amazing, going out of their way to make sure all of us got to see dolphins, doing a 4th drop where we all got to see tons! We saw a whale, sea turtles and the crew engaged with us all.

Being from the Midwest (St. Louis, Missouri, USA) this was a complete shocker. I never snorkeled my entire life and I’m not the best swimmer! The ocean was beautiful and lucid! I was able to see dolphins, sea turtles, a shark, exotic fish, and many coral reefs. The tour guide Julie is the sweetest along with her crew! They were very helpful and educational with the history and the marine life. The lunch was amazing and the trip will be unforgettable.

my friend and I had the best time on that trip! We saw dolphins directly in the beginning. We snorkeled with many, many turtles and had a really good time in the water. The crew was just genuinely nice and everyone was in such a great mood! There was only good energy and we loved that!! 100% recommend!!

This was an awesome experience snorkeling to see dolphins and turtles. The crew were excellent, friendly, and professional. For a non-swimmer, they were so helpful with getting me to see the dolphins with everyone else. Snacks & drinks, as well as lunch with rice, pork and sweet potatoes, drinks, and coconut pudding, were great! A photographer takes photos while you're in the water with the dolphins and turtles, which are emailed to you. Great quality! A nice canvas tote with logo is given to each person. Highly recommend this company to provide you with a lifetime opportunity. It's totally worth it!

The crew is so much fun!! We saw lots of spinner dolphins The snorkeling was great also, able to see a large sea turtle. Lunch was very good, they provided drinks, snacks also The photographer was great! The entire crew was incredible

This was a great outing! Highly recommend doing the three hour snorkel tour with this group. We saw lots of dolphins and sea turtles, eels, a reef shark or two…totally delivered. And their entire team - the captain, guides, and dive crew, photographer, and even the driver who picked us up, were all super friendly and genuinely fun to be around and hang out with for the day. Definitely spring for the pictures - very high quality. We would go again!

The crew was wonderful and gracious. They were helpful, friendly and outgoing. Unfortunately, despite traveling around for several hours on the boat, we never saw any dolphins or other sea creautres. The snorkeling was underwhelming. We saw a couple of turtles and that was it. Not worth all the money we paid.

Best tour excursion of our trip. Plenty of dolphins, fish, sea turtles and even whales. Exceptional staff. Lunch was great too!

The staff and crew clearly loved the ocean, the sea creatures, and the island and were happy to share that with us, the tourists. Paired with a picture perfect weather day, and this was one of highlights of our time in Hawaii. I would highly recommend this tour and company (as they offer other tours as well) to anyone.

Me and my husband have been completing my bucket list (i have cancer) and the last thing i wanted to do was to see Wild dolphins as they have been my favorite animal since i was 3 years old. We tried 3 different tours and NOTHING! But these guys made it happen and i couldn’t be any more happy! We saw at least 20 dolphins, from couples to mommas and their babies! They taught us about the island and the types of dolphins we saw which I LOVED. The snorkeling was just an added bonus for me ! The crew kept us hydrated and fed while playing great music and being super nice! I’d give them a million stars if i could ! Best experience I’ve had here in Oahu! Our three guides-Sheldon,JB, and Nalu were so fun! They were easy going and fun and respectful. We saw a pod of dolphins and we got in to snorkel with a lot family members and they were so helpful and had so much fun!!!

Owner went out with us to Dolphins sighting and to snorkeling. She is sweet and very tentative. Didn't see turtles when snorkeling, still enjoyed it.

Not only was the excursion itself amazing, the crew made it as fun as could be! Truly such a beautiful experience with great people. We got to see gorgeous views of West O’ahu and had such an exciting snorkeling experience!

Nalu, Ricky and JB were awesome! We had the best time, we saw dolphins and hung with them for a while before a quick snack and then snorkeling was incredible off Makaha shore. Really nice! Afterwards we went to that same beach and enjoyed even more snorkeling! But the crew was absolutely wonderful and generous in so many ways! I would definitely book with them again and request the same crew they made our experience so special.

We just got back from this tour and it was amazing and an experience I’ll never forget. We were surrounded by hundreds of dolphins and som came around 5-10 feet of us. The entire crew was fantastic, friendly, and funny. They all made us laugh and made me feel safe the whole time. The photographer was an nice bonus to the tour, she captured some amazing shots. I will never forget this experience. If you’re thinking about booking it, DO IT! Thank you to the best tour guide, Michael and all the rest of the crew for making this the most memorable experience on this trip. I can’t wait to come back and do it again! Mahalo 🐬

While swimming with the dolphins (in our case rarely seen pygmy whales) and snorkelling with turtles in warm ocean waters will remain a highlight of our vacation, what struck me most and will forever be a memory was the crew who guided us. They made us all feel as though we were amongst friends and I suppose we really were. Their excitement for what they were doing, the attention to detail and the overall experience was truly an experience I'm thankful for. They even helped my wife whose leg is injured (pre-trip) swim toward a the pod and was able to get close to the pod. My wife is now called "OneFin" by my daughter and I. Not once did weI feel like just tourists from Canada, but rather welcome friends. I 100% recommend experiencing this tour.

The staff were amazing , however they couldn’t find any Dolphins , it’s better called “ Unsure Dolphin Tour “!!!!!!
