I called to reconfirm my pickup the day before as requested. Pickup was scheduled at the Westin Maui Kaanapali Villas for 8 am. At 8:15 I called and wanted to know where driver was. He arrived at 8:45. Your office told him t pick us up at the airport instead of the hotel. Luckily we made our flight. 5 stars to our driver Bronson. Funny, intelligent and able to get us to the airport in time. He is a great asset to you company not so with the scheduler.

Driver was awesome! The initial call to confirm pickup was not. I totally understand there was a lot going on the day after Lala hit, but the rudeness of the girl who took my call , was unnecessary. Luckily , I had a rep call to confirm my transportation later in the day.

Our drivers were great. Super friendly! The customer service was awful. Our flight time was changed the day before the flight and we could not change the ride. The lady who answered the phone told us she couldn’t change it, we had to call “scheduling” but would not give us a number to call. She then told us to call the airline. I spoke to our concierge, he called and there was no answer. When we called the morning of the ride, we were told it was too late!!

Pick up was on time, driver called to let us know he was here. Very polite driver, helped with our bags. The issue I have is with Viator, you need to be able to put in an address because not everyone is picked up from a hotel. I kept getting notifications from Viator that the location needed to be put in, I had to call VIP and they took care of the location. Viator, do better!!!

Driver was incredibly nice and accomodating. I was personally a little anxious about the driver showing up on time and not forgetting about us due to the first experience of our trip resting on the shuttle. They tracked our flight and were incredibly open with communication. Called us once we landed and told us to give them a call once we received our checked bag. They lead us exactly where we needed to go and off we went. Smooth and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel.

First off, when we booked we asked for car seats which we were told were available. When they showed up to pick us up from the airport there were no car seats for my two kiddos even though I reserved them when booking. Then, when it was time to depart, we got word that there was heavy traffic so I called a few hours prior to the initially planned pick up time to inform them and see if we could modify the arrangements to offset traffic and I was told there was not room but that the driver would be there ASAP after dropping off the group he had before us. Our pickup time came and we hadn’t been contacted. I called and the dispatcher said she would reach out to our driver. I walked outside our pickup location just to check on things and the driver had parked down the street but within view and was standing outside the shuttle taking a smoke break. We then proceeded to sit in traffic (as expected) and almost missed our flight. Needless to say we will NEVER use this service again and could not recommend that you avoid them more.

Return back to the airport was 100% better than to our resort. This is the service we were expecting on the ride over. Would book again.

I booked this for our departure to the airport. I called the day before to confirm and give them my flight info. Our pick up was confirmed and scheduled for 7am. 7:15am no driver so I called to check where the driver was parked. To my surprise there was no driver on their way nor a driver available. Afraid of missing our flight we tried uber and to our surprise they arrived within 5 minutes and half the price.

I called a van from the Airport in Maui to our Hotel in Kihei and it was a breeze. A little more than an uber would typically cost, but the ease of throwing all the luggage in and getting door-to-door service was priceless. The drivers both times were friendly and professional and extremely kind. Great value for what we needed and after a flight or before one they came through exactly when we needed it. Extremely smooth.

If you don't need a car this is a great way to save a lot of money! VIP Trans has excellent service and the staff was very friendly! I’ll be using this company in the future.
