The tour went smoothly, and hotel pickup and drop-off were a plus. Our guide, Roland, was nice and also offered snacks and drinks.
About Activity
This tour is a great half-day Pearl Harbor Tour. This tour takes you to the heart of Honolulu, where the Pearl Harbor Visitor’s Center is located. The Arizona Memorial is the most visited tourist destination in Hawaii. This monument is the resting place for many American heroes who died during the attack on December 7, 1941.
This tour is the perfect choice for those who want to see the USS Arizona Memorial Monument and the Balao-class Submarine USS Bowfin, the legendary “Pearl Harbor Avenger.” Board the submarine and see the conditions that the men who served aboard her lived and fought under.
Then take a walk through the Bowfin submarine museum and learn about the history of the U.S. “Silent Service” in WWII. On the way back to Waikiki, you will be taken on a short drive-through tour of Downtown Honolulu. You get to see the famous golden statue of Hawaii’s legendary ruler, King Kamehameha the Great. View the famous Iolani Palace, the only Royal Palace on American soil.

- 1- Make sure you are ready for pick up a few minutes earlier than your pick up time 2- Make sure you eat breakfast before you come for pickup 3- We do not allow any food or drink inside our vehicle 4- please understand that if you are late for your pickup, you miss your tour, and there is no re-scheduling. 5- Please ensure your cell phone is charged and on and with you; we can reach you if needed. We will contact you on the day before the tour to confirm pickup details. If you are on a ship, please contact us on the day before the tour for pickup details. If you have an international phone number, please contact us after 5:00 PM on the day before the tour to confirm pickup details. No bags of any kind, brand, size, color, or for any reason are allowed to enter the Pearl Harbor visitor center. Please absolutely bring no bags with you. Bags may not be left inside our tour vehicle. If you have a bag, you will need to check them into the visitor center bag storage. This costs money, and you may have to wait in a long line to check in your bags. You may lose a portion of your tour, or your Arizona boat ticket may expire. Please do not bring any bag of any size, color, or brand with you for any purpose. (Clear see-through bags are permitted). We do not carry nor do we have space for luggage of any kind. It will not fit in the vehicle. Tour and ticket times may change based on traffic, federal government regulations, or new Pearl Harbor restrictions. We try our very best to keep to the itineraries by reserving tickets for our guests in advance, however, we ask for your understanding in route / schedule changes as there may be factors beyond our control. The U.S. Navy has the right to cancel the Arizona Memorial shuttle boat at any time due to public safety. However, we have no control over the U.S. navy or other organizations in charge. Ford Island is part of the active military base, Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam, and the U.S. Government has the right to restrict access to Ford Island without notice. This is beyond our control, and we follow the federal agency's rules. Tours are non-refundable if the national park service or navy decide to cancel boat ride programs due to mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or other safety concerns. If your pickup location is the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, after Pearl Harbor, you will be returned directly to the airport, and the others will continue on to go on a drive through of downtown Honolulu and Waikiki, as the airport is miles before these locations

Nice trip with guided transportation. I hadn't set up a pick up location prior to the trip and couldn't do it from my phone while there, but called the tour operator. The were so nice, and picked us up right at our hotel, even though it wasn't on the list of offered pick up locations. Our driver, Vanessa, was friendly and gave a nice historical talk on the way. The USS Arizona tour was great, but I enjoyed touring the Bowfin the most! What a spectacular sight. The insides are nicely documents with displays of what it looked like in action. A great day full of touring.

This tour is basically only transportation to pearl harbor with tickets which you can get yourself online. Guide drops you off and picks you up.

Our driver, Akbar, was wonderful. He was full of Hawaiian knowledge. And we loved the tour of Hawaii. We really enjoyed Pearl Harbor.

The tour on the USS Arizona and the Bowfin Submarine. Original pickup at time at airport was 9:30am. Got picked up at 10:25am. We were scheduled the 11:30am USS Arizona tour. We rushed to make the video prior to going to the USS Arizona. We did make the 11:30am tour. We also purchased the Bowfin Sub tour. Our driver stated he was not given those tickets. I had to call the office and the texted them to me. The driver was late picking us up at 1:30pm. As we started the city tour one of the participants requested to be taken to their hotel instead of the City Tour. The driver said he would modify the tour, so we were given a short tour of the city. Not knowing what was part of the tour we do not know what we missed. We were dropped of at the airport about 2:20pm and we were scheduled for a 6:30pm flight. According to our original schedule we were to return to airport between 4:30-5:00pm. We were fortunate enough to get an earlier flight thru SW Airlines. Overall experience thru Viator was very rushed. The were thing at Pearl Harbor that we didn’t see getting there late.

Ronaldo was a very knowledgeable host and provided a great tour of Pearl Harbor, Arizona Memorial and the Bowfin. Pick up from the cruise terminal was easy and the vehicle was very comfortable.

We had an appointment for pick up at 7:30 and I was sent an email stating that I was upgraded and when he got there he was in a suburban that all 4 of us barely fit in and then tells us he is picking up 2 more people. This was NOT upgraded!. It was so horrible, we called a taxi and paid outrageous amount because it was so bad! The tour was awesome! But the transfer was beyond HORRIBLE
