Misleading advertising for USS Arizona Memorial & Aviation Museum package. Driver provided tickets for the USS Arizona Memorial but not the Aviation Museum. Called customer service and informed the package reserve the time for entry but not the actual ticket. 3 of us paid $30.00 each to get entry into the Aviation Museum. Gave 2 stars bc the round trip transportation was fine. I requested a partial refund but was denied. I will NEVER use Viator in the future. Felt like bait & switch.

Itinerary
The Arizona Memorial is the most visited attraction in the State of Hawaii. This memorial is built over the wreck of the battleship USS Arizona. It is a memorial to everyone who died in the Japanese surprise attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. This attack pulled the United States into WWII. The memorial is also a memorial to the 1,177 sailors and marines who died aboard the USS Arizona when a Japanese bomb detonated her ammunition magazine. Almost half of the 2,403 US military personnel died in the attack. The Arizona Memorial spans the wreck of the battleship but does not touch it. The Arizona Memorial is only accessible by US Navy-operated shuttle boat.
Located on Ford Island in Pearl Harbor is the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. This aviation museum is unique because it is located on an aerial battlefield. The Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum inhabits three buildings of the former Naval Air Station Pearl Harbor. The two hangars and the administrative building with the control tower were all present during the Japanese attack on December 7, 1941. Damage from the attack can still be found on Hargar 79. Today the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum houses a growing collection of aircraft dating from WWII to today. Among them are some truly rare aircraft. The museum also features a flight combat simulator and a rotating exhibit housed in a separate area called the Raytheon Pavilion.
Statue of King Kamehameha ( Short Stop ) In front of Aliiolani Hale, the home of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii is the golden statue of King Kamehameha the Great. Kamehameha the Great was the man who united the Islands of Hawaii under his rule, becoming Hawaii's first King and the founder of the Kingdom of Hawaii. State Capitol Building ( Pass By ) The Hawaii State Capitol Building was purpose-built to be the seat of power for the State of Hawaii. The State Capitol is a Bauhaus-inspired design with a lot of symbolism built into it. For example, the pillars represent the trunks of Royal Palms which are a Hawaiian symbol of governance. Each pillar represents a Hawaiian Island. Iolani Palace ( Pass By ) Commissioned by King David Kalakaua, Iolani palace is the only Royal Palace on American soil. Built in 1879, the palace served as the seat of power for the Kingdom of Hawaii until the overthrow of its last Queen in 1893.
Washington Place ( Pass By ) Was once the home of Hawaii's last monarch Queen Liliuokalani. The home was built in 1847 in the Greek Revival style, similar to many homes in the antebellum South. Washington Place was built by the Dominis family. John Dominis was the husband of Queen Liliuokalani. Upon his death, ownership of the residence passed to her. After the overthrow of the Hawaiian monarchy, Liliuolkalani lived the rest of her days in this house. After her death, it became the residence of Hawaii's Governors. Kawaiahao Church ( Pass By ) Kawaiahao Church is the oldest church in Honolulu. This church, also known as the Westminster of Hawaii, once served as the main church for the Hawaiian Royal Family. The church was designed by Hiram Bingham, who led the first Christian mission to Hawaii in 1821. To help with converting native Hawaiians to Christianity, his mission committed the Hawaiian language to writing and creating the Hawaiian language Bible.
National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific is a federal cemetery built in the caldera of an extinct volcano. Known by the locals as Punchbowl Cemetery, the site is the final resting place of American soldiers and veterans of wars ranging from WWI to today. The centerpiece of this cemetery is the memorial to those veterans of wars involving America who are missing in action or were buried at sea. The central figure of this memorial is the statue of Lady Columbia. Below the sculpture is an excerpt from Abraham Lincoln's letter to Mrs. Bixby. Many of those who were killed in the attack on Pearl Harbor are buried in this cemetery, including many whose remains are unidentified.

Driver/guide Robert was timely and full of information on the area and Honolulu / Hawaii history. Awesome experience to see everything in the Pearl Harbor area.
Vanessa was great. She was knowledgeable, funny, and made the experience memorable.
Very well organised all my passes and tickets arrived in plenty of time. The driver was awesome and had fantastic knowledge of Honolulu, overall a most enjoyable experience.
Excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful, very neatly organized guide!!!
Great experience at Arizona Not enough time for thorough enjoyment of the aeronautical museum lots to see Also not aware of fee for aeronautical museum Visiting Punchbowel was great added visit
Everything was as advertised and our guide Roland was fantastic. Would recommend this company to get you there and back
Roland our driver was awesome. He was very attentive to my mother who has trouble walking. Very convenient already having reservations and tickets. The tour if the city after Pearl Harbor was great.
David was great. Told great stories and insights into the drive to and from Pearl Harbor. I was on aware that the guide did not give us a tour once we were there.
WORST “TOUR “EVER. There was no “tour”. Someone (Naomi?) picked us up at the airport a half hour late and DUMPED us off with directions to “see the line attendants in the blue shirts” then sped off saying someone will pick us up at 1oclock. Despite attempts to contact Viatours 24/7 assistance, no one responded to my multiple texts. After we were picked up at 1 oclock-by someone else-our tickets for the aviation museum (which we paid for and was told that our guide would give us at the museum) was emailed to us. We were already picked up and out of the museum!! I’m waiting to see how Viatour handles this disaster of a day
The trip was amazing, what made our trip even better was our tour guide/ driver Robert Street! I highly recommend if you can get him do yourselves a favor and ask for him. He even played Ukulele at some of our stops. Was very thorough and very knowledgeable of the cities history. Thank you for such a memorable trip Robert!!! Kenny & Seva Kaiser
A lot of walking. The Arizona Memorial is very memorable. The Air Museum is definitely worth seeing Vanessa was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable. Made learning fun
Negative, the tour it self was wonderful! Our tour guide and driver was extremely unprofessional, kept removing his seat belt off and opening door and spitting on the ground! Talking and not paying attention to his driving and causing an accident with another vehicle because of an unsafe lane change! Could not find insurance card in vehicle for law enforcement! Then drivers supervisor texted insurance card for authorities and showed the card to all in bus! My wife's knee struck door when the accident happened and still giving her pain after two days!
This is the second time we have used Hawaii Luxury Travel Concierge to visit Pearl Harbor. We had an extra experience both times and I highly recommend this company for your travel to and from your hotel to Pearl Harbor. The driver on both trips were excellent.
We arrived by cruise ship to Honolulu. I know I could have gotten my own tickets and arranged my own transportation but I just didn’t feel like it after planning a lot of other details. We had 2 different drivers (because we had both the Arizona and the aviation museum). The 1st driver was just that - more “driver” than “tour guide”. The info on how to find the 2nd driver at the end of the museums was not very clear. The 1st driver told us to meet the new driver inside the memorial gates and that the new guide “would find us”. I ended up having to chat with the tour operator and meet the new guide outside at the parking lot. Not hard to find - just not clearly communicated. We enjoyed the short tour of downtown Honolulu and the national cemetery at the end.
We had Vanessa as our tour guide. She was kind and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed her tour. The Aviation Museum was very good. We could go back and stay even longer. So much to see. Even met a WWII pilot! 102 years old! This was such a great Pearl Harbor tour.
Our tour guide Vanessa was so nice and informative. She took us around and gave us so much information about the sites.
Roland was a great tour guide. It was our third visit to Pearl Harbor . We added the air museum this time and it is well worth it.
Roland was prompt and so very friendly He went above and beyond d to make sure we got the most out of our visit!
Overall an ok experience, not exactly exceptional but adequate. Pretty much self service once pass through the main entrance which disappoints because the only useful value viator provides is an entrance ticket, otherwise the traveler can settle and buy entrance tickets to the museum and the Missouri tours at a more discounted price
Roland was an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable. The only bump in the road was our pick up point from our resort was confusing, but everything else was excellent, would highly recommend these guys.
Roland’s command of the local history made the tour more interesting! His narrations gave us a good prep for our visit to Pearl Harbor.
Swamp Ghost B-17. Helicopters and jets all had stories attached to them . Unfortunately, there was construction so a lot of the artifacts were outside or basically piled up together from Hangar 79. Hangar 37 had no such issues. Definitely come see !
Very moving presentation at Pearl Harbor; US Navy and US Park Service were great. Our tour driver was great and very knowledgeable. Only downside was the shave ice at the USS Missouri was not legitimate shave ice but was like a snow cone!
Pickup and drop off location at airport and at Pearl Harbor was a very long walk for someone with difficulty walking. We were small group but having a limo could not have been very good for visibility on the city tour if we had been able to spend the time.
Our guide Tom was a once in a lifetime guy. Very charismatic, knowledgeable, and courteous. Timing at the park was great along with a tour of Honolulu. Very awesome, absolutely recommend
Great! It's always nice to see different types of aircraft everywhere. Some history I never knew. I was gratified that they told some stories of the enemy and respected their dead pilot.
