They need to know their flight numbers, that no one meets them at the airpot, and it would have been nice to know where to go once we arrived at oahu at the airport.

It was a long day due to flying from Maui to Honolulu but it was well worth it. Polynesian and our guide (Mo) took great care of our group and was a wealth of information. Got to the Arizona Memorial early but it wasn't overly crowded but I've nothing to compare it to. We got to see everything we wanted to but I'll say at times it was at a hurried pace. The experience is quite sombering and really puts into perspective what the country and people were going through not to mention all of the service members who gallantly served and sacrificed so much, even their lives. The fees are reasonable but the cost of air fare is through the roof! Not sure what the exact price was as I'm writing this but I think the Polynesian cost was reasonable and worth their service. Like I mentioned, the service was really good and attentive, informative with a decent lunch provided. An intinary or plan with site maps would have been helpful beforehand.

It is not very "guided." There was a large block of time when I had to figure out the areas to visit.

Polynesian Adventure did a great job making and organizing trip details, flight arrangements, food was excellent. Our guide Chelcie was a wealth of information and provided great history and tips on things not to miss. She kept us on track. We definitely recommend!

Our guide Frank was very knowledgeable and a great tour guide. It was great to be able to visit each site and not have to navigate the traffic and parking. He made sure we got into the buildings/areas that we needed to go and was clear on when to meet back at the van to head to the next area. It was a great tour and we had a wonderful time!

Our original Pearl Harbor excursion was cancelled due to the Kona rainstorm. We really hated to miss out and not see it so we decided to book another excursion yo fly back to Oahu to see it. Very happy we did!

While it’s an early and long day, you see so much. You still move through the different sites pretty quickly so plan to move quick and read fast. The lunch provided is very good and filling. Chelsea, our driver and guide, dis a good job of explaining what was going to happen at each location and helped you make the most of the visit.

We flew in from Maui, directions to meet the bus at the airport was very. Several people were trying to figure where we were supposed to go. Once we figured it out we were basically in the middle of nowhere. The bus picking us up was supposed to be there at 7:15AM and finally showed up almost an hour late. The driver of the bus was great but had to shorten our stops a little to make up the lost time. Over all not really happy with this trip

This was a great experience! I would highly recommend it. Everyone should visit Pearl Harbor at least once if possible. Polynesian Tours and Chesea thought of everything to make sure we were well taken care of.

We spent three days with our guide, Kimoke’o, touring the island. He was a fantastic tour guide! He was organized, on time, and filled our travel time with stories and presentations. He was kind and warm, and an excellent driver. He made small stops along the way and encouraged us to focus on authentic Hawaiin experiences and purchases. He also taught us several words. Highly recommend!

The directions to find our bus and guide once we got to the airport in Honolulu were wrong. It was very stressful trying to find the area we were supposed to meet at. We followed the given directions exactly and it turned out the place we were supposed to meet wasn't even near the spot where the directions led us to. We called TripAdvisor to get help and the operator started reading me the exact directions that were in the email (that we were already following). Very frustrating to say the least. I told her our location and she then directed us to go right ( the directions say left), and then we found the area. At one point The directions say to go to the baggage area, but there were two options (left and right) it didn't say which one to take. They need to make more clear instructions. It's a very early morning start and stressful way to start the excursion. Once we found the area to meet the driver the rest of the day went smoothly. It was well organized. Lunch was great.Our guide was fantastic!

No details left undone. A very thorough and memorable day seeing Pearl Harbor and all the additional tours. We felt our short flight was worth the ability to get to see such an important part of American History and pay honor to those who sacrificed for our freedoms. A truly moving experience!

We didn’t really know what to expect, but we were very happy with the day that we had. We got to visit all of the major sites in one day and had a terrific lunch in the middle. Be sure to know where you are meeting the bus beforehand also to know that you can bring a small, clear bag into Pearl Harbor site, but no other carried in bags.

It was wonderful! We ended up being the only two, so it was my husband, me, and our driver! He is very knowledgeable and knew about something extra before we had to fly back into Maui! I highly recommend seeing this and Mike was our driver.

Ernie was a fantastic tour guide. So much knowledge, fun, thoughtful and very funny. It was so easy to have someone else take care of all the arrangements and all we had to do was show up and enjoy the experience.

Kimoke'o our tour driver guide was fantastic. Very helpful, informative and an all around great guide/driver. Very courteous and respectful.

This was the number one thing to do while we were visiting Hawaii. We looked at doing this experience on our own and there are alot of individual moving parts--including airline tickets. We also learned that some of the experiences at Pearl Harbor are first come/first serve. Due to these reasons, we opted to go through an adventure company. The flights were arranged for us, and once we met with our tour guide, we were well taken care of. We were kept on time and there is no way we would have made it through the entire memorial in one day without being kept on a time line. The provided lunch was super great too! Would highly recommend

Rey was our native driver and he was very knowledgeable. He gave us a monologue of everything we passed and there was not one question that he could not answer. If we had executed this tour on our own we would have missed out on so much history. Keep making people happy Rey!
