The USS Arizona Memorial is a white, open-air structure that spans the remains of the sunken battleship. It's a solemn and quiet place, designed to allow visitors to reflect on the sacrifices made by the sailors and Marines who were lost during the attack Viewing the Wreckage: Inside the memorial you can look down into the water to see parts of the sunken battleship. The ship's outline is visible just below the surface, and oil droplets, often referred to as "The Tears of the Arizona," can still be seen rising to the surface Remembrance Wall: At the far end of the memorial is a wall inscribed with the names of the 1,177 crew members who lost their lives aboard the USS Arizona. This wall serves as a powerful reminder of the human cost of war
USS Bowfin Submarine (Adm. Incl.) This admission also incudes a headphone set for narration on the submarine. It also includes the admission for the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum.
Ford Island Transportation USS Missouri Battleship (Adm. Incl.) Deck Tour of the ‘Mighty Mo’ No-Host Lunch Stop at Laniakea Cafe
The only land-based memorial at Pearl Harbor, the USS Oklahoma Memorial honors the more than 400 servicemen who lost their lives aboard the ship during the flurry of attacks on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. Second only in casualties to the USS Arizona on that fateful day, the Oklahoma Memorial on Ford Island.
Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum Admission will be included. This does not the flight simulator.
On the historic downtown Honolulu portion of the tour, you will experience a blend of Hawaii's rich history, cultural heritage, and modern city life all narrated by our expert guide
National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific sits on top of extinct volcano also known as Punchbowl. The cemetery is the final resting place for thousands of U.S. military members. The beautifully maintained grounds feature rows of white headstones set against lush greenery. The location of Punchbowl Crater offers stunning views of the surrounding city, including downtown Honolulu, Diamond Head, and the coastline
The only royal palace in the United States. You will learn about Hawaii's monarchy, and hear stories about King Kalākaua and Queen Liliʻuokalani, the last reigning monarchs.
From the palace you will view the iconic King Kamehameha Statue, a symbol of Hawaii's unity and strength. The statue is in front of the Aliʻiōlani Hale, the historic building that now houses the Hawaii State Supreme Court.
Our guide will "talk story" of the fascinating history as the original government building of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
Often referred to as the "Westminster Abbey of the Pacific," Kawaiahaʻo Church is one of the oldest Christian places of worship in Hawaii. Our guide will teach you about the church’s significance and its role in Hawaii’s religious history.

All inclusive tour of Pearl Harbor! This tour gives you admission to all 4 areas (Arizona, Submarine museum, USS Missouri and the Aviation Museum), plus several extra perks like the VR experience and the theater. Hotel pick up and drop off was nice and timely too. You won’t regret this history lesson!
Will did a great job getting our self guided tour of Pearl Harbor setup and then doing a tour of the city. It was a great day and a great tour. We would definitely use this company again and would like to have Will as a guide again. Thanks Will.
Highly recommend this tour! Will was an amazing and very knowledgeable tour guide! The only downside we found was the timing at the USS Missouri, Pearl Harbour Visitor Centre and Aviation Museum was too short by at least 30 minutes. We felt that we couldn’t not properly stop and read exhibits in the museums and experiences.
Altho we came early and left late there were still things to learn and explore. Definitely worth to get the guided tours.
That you need to bring your picture ID with you in order to get on the bus to go to the battleship and airfield.
Very long day. The guide was very outgoing precessional, and most importantly fun!!! We were picked up on time. The whole day was very adventurous and informative.
The wife and I went on the January 23, 2026 tour. I can't believe that I never went to Pearl Harbor on my many visits to Hawaii! It was a very memorable experience. Jeremiah (Cousin Miah), was our driver and tour guide. He was very entertaining and gave us a pre-tour and post-tour history of the area. He kept everyone awake on the tour bus by calling on us randomly and giving us some fun facts - I think that's what made us enjoy the tour more! Once Cousin Miah dropped us off at the entry gate of Pearl Harbor, we were on our own for 8 hours to explore the many different attractions: USS Arizona Memorial, Battleship Missouri Memorial, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum were among our favorites. I've seen documentaries on Pearl Harbor, but to be there and see where everything actually happened is somewhat sad and sobering, yet makes us appreciate the time we're living in. It was a long day, but something everyone must do at least once! After we were done with our time at Pearl Harbor, Cousin Miah picked us up and continued our history lesson of Oahu. He stopped by the Punchbowl Cemetery, Iolani Palace (the only royal palace in the US), and the statue of King Kamehameha for a quick photo opp. Learning about the place you travel to makes a big difference and makes it a more memorable vacation.
First off, our tour/shuttle bus driver was in a really terrible mood, and didn’t hide it, not to mention, very difficult to understand. Shadow Box = shuttle bus, Rose = Ross, but his mood did get a little better later in the day. Once we got to Pearl Harbor, I’d done this tour over 10 years ago and it was great, it felt more like pushing cattle thru a squeeze shoot. How many can we jam thru and collect their money. This time, I brought my two, teen and pre-teen, kids, and at 59 years old and having spent 24 years in the Army, I don’t need some angry, power trip, Park Ranger barking at me, my kids, or any other of the people who paid good money to go visit this solemn, historical site. The Ranger was barking at the people in line, saying things like he doesn’t care about their feelings, he doesn’t work for them. Not sure, but thinking the federal park system uses tax payer money to pay their employees. I get it, dealing with the public, 5000 a day, has got to have its frustrations, but if you can’t handle it, professionally and calmly, FIND ANOTHER JOB!! The whole experiment was less than I remembered it and was not good, they should be held to a higher standard, like the Navy personnel operating the shuttle boats. Great job!!
This was a great tour my personal thought is it was a little too long and we were all worn out at the end of the tour. The heat might have contributed to wearing us out.
After unnecessary confusion over the exact pickup spot, we were picked up (late) at the cruise port and dropped off at Pearl Harbor. The driver then came back to pick us up at a designated time and drove us back to the cruise port with no other visits—only a drive-thru at the Punch Bowl cemetery and a quick photo stop at the Royal Palace. There’s no real value. It’s basically a transfer with commentary and tickets provided.
Awesome day long day saw it all at Pearl Harbor o it is an experience Brian was the best got us to and from safe and sound and the poi donuts were awesome And the city tour an lookout was incredible
We purchased the Complete Pearl Harbor Experience and were were able to gain entrance to all of the exhibits and museums there. It was a self-guided tour and we were dropped off at the entrance with directions on scanning the barcode for the Arizona Memorial to get in the queue and when to meet back. We did get to see everything in about 6 hours. The we went to the Punchbowl Cemetery and back to the hotel by 3:00. We could have spent more time at Pearl Harbor (until 3:30.)
Jorge was good tour guide was traveling back from Pearl Harbor. He drove us to the Veterans cemetery and King Kamehameha.
Very nice tou. Guide Jorge, I believe was helpfu. The guide brought us to the event and gave use basically directions of what to do. This tour is self-guided most of the time. The driver is a wealth of information.
Summer was an excellent tour guide, top marks. Super knowledgeable and a really friendly attitude. Definitely made the tour fun, educational and even funny
Buyer beware! Aloha Sunshine Tours "Complete Pearl Harbor Experience from Waikiki Area" did not deliver as promised. I chose to purchase this tour because in the tour description, the company specifically stated that the USS Arizona boat tour ticket was included with this excursion. IT WAS NOT! When we exited the bus upon arrival at Pearl Harbor we were told by the bus driver, Jorge, that we could go wait in the ticket standby line if we wanted to visit the Arizona Memorial by boat. When my brother tried to clarify why our tickets weren't being included with our tour, the driver, erupted and verbally attacked our group of five by shouting "I knew that you people were going to be trouble as soon as you got on the bus". His speech and physical demeanor toward us was aggressive, threatening, and frightening. Some of our group was afraid to take the return bus trip with him to Waikiki. I'm a veteran traveler, having been on over fifty organized tours/excursions since retiring over ten years ago. This Aloha Sunshine tour was my absolute worst travel experience, by far!!! I do not recommend this tour, especially the driver/guide, Jorge.
Had a great adventure. Jorge was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and ensured we would have a great experience. Told us what to look forward to seeing and how to get started beforehand to skip the big lines.
If you are looking for an experience which is stress free from a planning perspective, this is it. Jorge was our tour guide and driver and he was a wealth of information. Gave a history lesson on the ride to Pearl Harbor and then wonderful hints on how to get the most of the experience once we were passed the entry point. The memorial was solemn and beautiful. Would highly recommend.
Great experience, but not enough time to explore everything at Pearl Harbor! We ended up missing the aviation and submarine museums, but of course we thoroughly explored everything else.
Best tour guide ever!!!!! Pearl Harbor was incredible!!!! The Memorial was touching and spiritual!! The battle ship where the war ended was inspirational!! The bowfin sub was cool! Truly need to visit!!
The driver didn't pick us up. We had to contact the company twice before another driver was finally sent. Paid premium price when prebooking online. Arizona Memorial was good but entry was confusing and difficult when you have an Australian cellphone that doesn't accept US calls or SMS. Felt rattled most of the morning, trying to get everything done. Disappointing service experience.
Going to the Arizona was wonderful. Being able to see the Missouri and the Bowfin was also very impressive.
Perfect size group. Aerial was our guide and he was great at keeping us together and on-time without rushing. We saw all of the exhibits and museums and had time to wander and reflect at each stop. Aerial even played the Ukulele for us. He shared Hawaiian culture information and history.
The complete Pearl Harbour Experience organised by Aloha Sunshine was a perfect way to see the harbour without the worries or hassle of organising it yourself. The guide had everything sorted including pickup at or very close to your hotel, guided tour to the location with background knowledge of the island’s culture and history. At the memorial, tickets and times were sorted out hassle free, a brief rundown on how it all works and we were away. Upon pickup for our return, the guide again shared his wealth of knowledge on the geology of the islands. This is the you want if you don’t want to worry about a thing. Also if you are lucky enough to get a guide named Ariel, he has the most amazing presence and personality. His knowledge was on point.
It was a great experience. Picked us up at our hotel, had all day and dropped us off. Very well planned, every stop was great. Ariel was our guide and he was FANTASTIC! Not only was he entertaining, but he was very knowledgeable and made the experience wonderful.
Very moving experience. I am glad I got to experience Pearl Harbor. Great treasures on display to give a true perspective of what occurred.
Our tour guide, Kanoe, was outstanding!! The tour was exactly what we were looking for! A great way to see all aspects of Pearl Harbor!!
The actual tour was great! The driver Jorge was excellent!!! The van they gave him to drive was not good!!! The first part of the tour was very good… the 2nd half not so good… AC went out in the van… occasionally he was hit a bump in the road and it would start working…. Just disappointed that they would give this excellent driver/guide the worst van to drive! Pearl Harbor never disappoints!!!
I enjoyed USS Bowfin, seeing where the surrender was signed and visiting the USS Arizona. Memorial. The Peal Harbour attack is such an important part of history , I glad to finally go there.
Really lucky to of had a fantastic guide. Kanoe knew so much about the island, the tour and just generally was a wealth of knowledge. Grounds were kept clean and maintained well. Monuments were insightful and interesting. If I could advice of one thing, signage needs to make people aware of what is involved in the different areas, although it might be obvious to some for us we were unaware of how hard it was to go through the “doors” / openings in the submarine. We are tall and able bodied and had slight difficulties and crossed paths / walked with people who walked with a walking aid / mentioned they had just had lower extremity issues. This couple both be displayed when booking but also on the grounds
Great experience but the time allocation needs work. Half the time at the Arizona followed by rushing through the Missouri. Guide was knowledgeable but crossed the line into rudeness at times.
Pearl Harbour and Battleship were amazing! Humbling experience. The guides were extremely knowledgeable !! Our tour driver did not complete his duties for the day- so left us to wait in long lines to get from one place to the next, wasting our precious time. Therefore We missed part of exhibits
Seeing the memorials, USS MIssouri and Ford Island. The knowledge and passion of the guide while speaking on the subjects
My driver Anthony made it pleasant and was very knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor.Lots of things to do and see the whole day was a great history experienced.
Tour was on time. Driver (Jorge) was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Lots of great tips to maximize my tour of Pearl Harbor. Would highly recommended!!
Pearl Harbor itself was amazing. It’s Viator’s service I have the problem with. The pickup time and place was totally different than what the transportation company had. Terrible communication. I was charged twice for the trip.
Ariel was a wonderful tour guide. Very personable & passionate about Hawaiian culture. Would recommend!
Our Bus driver and guide was excellent he provided us a lot of extra information before we went into the Pearl Harbour Site. Afterwards we were taken around Honolulu to see historical buildings and told historical facts. He also told us about Hawaiian ancestry information at present day. Excellent
It was so profound standing in the spots where WWII started and where it ended. I cannot imagine the fear that must have permeated the air that day and the days following. This place really brought all of that to life. Definitely use all the audio tours allotted to you. We could have used another hour or two! We spent a lot of time on the USS Arizona side and walks and museums and had to rush the USS Missouri and basically ran through the air museum.
It was really unique experience!!! It was worth it and would recommend it to see it for everyone and kids.
Great trip. Our driver/tour guide Aerial was very knowledgeable about the history of both Hawaii, pearl harbor and island history. He debunked many myths as well. Highly reccomend taking tour with Aerial.
Erik was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. There are no words on the many emotions we felt as we went thru the Pearl Harbor tour..
This was my husband and my 2nd time there but this time we had both of our kids and their families! They loved it all! Boys esp loved looking inside the submarine and the Missouri. They were awed and respectful at the Arizona Memorial! The air hangar was a hit as well and the G force machine a big hit as well! If you go to Oahu this is a must see!
All sites were great as per expected. The highlight was the aviation museum.Well worth the cost.Laye change to pick up time and pick up point a bit of a downer but the day made up for it.Areal our guide could not be faulted.
It was amazing, very humbling and surreal to be were so much history changing events and tragedy has taken place. Our tour guide Jorge was excellent very informative and knowledgeable lots of helpful tips.
The attractions were great but the tour company really messed up! I booked the 9-10 hour tour but got put in with the group for the 3.5 hour tour and that was just the beginning. The pick up driver was extremely critical of the management of the tour company and the decision they made for the vehicle she was forced to drive. She was an unsafe driver, she ran two red lights and frequently used the left turn lane to get to the front of the red light line only to cut in front of the straight through traffic. She complained a lot about the other drivers and honked at them to get out of her way. She was critical of the government and talked a lot more about politics than anything else. Once we arrived at the Park (8:30AM), I was advised that I would have a different pick up driver but I would have to exit the park after being there only two hours in order to find out what time I was meeting for the ride back to the hotel. When I did come out to get my instructions for the ride back I was told that it was departing at 3:30PM. The suggested time for all the attractions added up to 7.5 hours but I was only afforded 6.5 hours to complete them and that does not include the transport to Ford Island or any lunch break. Due to the poor performance of the tour company I was forced to miss the Bowfin and the Submarine museum despite being faster than suggested through the Missouri. The attractions were great but make sure you have plenty of time to see everything if you enjoy digging into history like I do. The only saving grace was the return driver Jorge, he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the Island, culture and history. He was also very apologetic for the confusion to start the day and the lack of time compared to what I had purchased, he was empathetic and charismatic.
Be warned… you need to be prepared to call the tour company before your trip. I booked this on Tripadvisor. My receipt clearly stated they were picking us up at our hotel (it was specifically stated). We arrived in Waikiki on Sunday evening after very long day of flying from Virginia, so I didn’t have any data to check email and texts. Very late Sunday I noticed I had a text saying they were picking us up at a different hotel. This made me wonder if I had made a mistake. Monday at 6:30 I called the company, and thankfully they answered. They had consolidated the pickup with a nearby hotel, so we had to go there. Crisis averted for now, but slightly false advertising since our hotel was on THEIR list of pickup places. After arriving at Pearl Harbor, our guide handed out timed tickets to the Arizona Memorial. He explained that we all could see it at our designated time, visit the gift shops and meet back at the bus at 11:00 for the city tour. I then asked about the other included sights… Submarine, Missouri, plane museum, etc. He then told me our ticket did not include those sites. Again, I had to present my receipt showing all of the included sites. He had to call the main office, email me the proper QR code and switch our guide and tour time. Everything worked out, but it was a very disconcerting experience.
Our tour guide Shannon was fun! He was very knowledgeable and friendly! He went out of his way for his “Cousins”!!! Highly recommend him!!!
I enjoyed the whole experience it is worth doing this at least once however it is not cheap and the lineups to go see the site are long. The gift shop is well worth a visit . Remember YOU CANNOT ENTER WITH ANYTHING BIGGER THAN A SMALL MONEY FOLD OR VERY SMALL PURSE. They do have lock boxes where u can lock up the articles that are too big to bring in.
