Certified Diver: 2-tank Deep Wreck And Shallow Reef Dive Off Oahu

Great dives just off the coast of Waikiki. Left at 7 am, did 2 tanks and back by 930. Dive master jeff was nice and attentive to much less experienced divers like me. Highly recommend- saw sharks turtles octopus tropical fish and much more along w a big ship wreck

PADI Instructor - Tom is the best, so much fun, professional, everything you expect. First class amenities on the boat, clean, new, well organized and maintained. Can’t wait to go back!!!

All 5 of my dives scheduled for the SW side of the Island (about 8 miles West of Kapolei) were cancelled last minute on 2 separate dates due to the boat not meeting Coast Guard regulations - The 1st dive, they transferred me to downtown Honolulu for 2 dives just outside the Harbor. Although the (2) dives were not terrible. diving outside a downtown harbor is not what I went to HI for. The a few days later - the same situation happened - dives were cancelled the night before. The were trying to accommodate me back into downtown Honolulu, but I was not interested. This was most unfortunate for me being as this was my 1st visit to HI and expected so much more. On a different note - all the staff were awesome and I blame the shop owners for this unfortunate set of circumstances I was put in. I guess next time-I will be sure to have a plan B.

This was our very first dive after getting certified, and it was awesome! We saw tons of beautiful fish, moray eels, starfish, and a trio of giant trevally that were absolutely enormous. And the sea turtles were so much bigger than I expected! Our first dive was at Sea Tiger and our second was at Kewalo Pipe. Both were great dives and gave us completely different things to see. Our divemaster, Josh, was the perfect fit for us as brand-new divers. He was calm, confident, and made us feel completely comfortable in the water, exactly what we needed for our first dives after certification. Great experience all around with Dive Oahu. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to start our diving adventures!

Had a great time doing 22 dives over 5 days on wrecks and reefs and night dives, with family along for a couple dives too. Great viz, lots of huge turtles and, sharks, eels, octopus, scorpion fish, reef fish, etc. The entire team was awesome. Boat captains Matt, Adam, Jeff and Nacho were great making sure everyone was taken care of on the boat. Dive guides Eric, Elle, Wes, Jeff, Rachel, Patrick, Scott, we're all great making sure everyone had fun and was safe. Colton made sure the family was well taken care of. Highly recommend, would definitely dive with them again

A Three-Hour Tour… Fantastic wreck and reef dive with Dive Oahu. Nacho was an excellent captain, with Jeff as his very capable co-captain. Jeff, Chris and Ella were terrific divemasters — knowledgeable, attentive, relaxed and genuinely fun to dive with. The whole crew struck exactly the right balance between professionalism and having a good time. Great wreck, beautiful reef, and three hours on the water that went by far too quickly. Thanks to Nacho, Jeff, Jeff, Chris and Ella for a great day — and for getting us all safely back to Waikiki before anyone had to start building huts out of palm fronds. Highly recommended!

The boat is clean, organized and extremely well maintained, the Divemasters and Captain were stellar The dive conditions were perfect and overall amazing 5Star

Nacho, Jeff Jeff, Chris, and .... Ella!?! Sorry Girl! What a crew! We had the best time! The weather / water wasn't safe for our shallow dive thanks to the hurricane circling the islands, so they gave us the option of rescheduling or jumping on the deep wreck. We were certified for those, so we said sure! Because it was our first time in Hawaii and because of the change of plans, they provided another guide to go along. They helped with getting the tanks on and off the boat (walking in fins is the hardest part!) They offered snacks, water, and had every thing we could possibly need. First dive in Hawaii was a 5 star dive and we can't wait to book our next adventure with them soon!

The crew was fantastic! Nacho, Chris , Colton and the Marine ( sorry dude for got your name) . Always felt very safe .The equipment was all in great shape. Would highly recommend a dive with this crew.

I went on this dive with my two teenagers, and all three of us are Advanced Open Water divers. We had a wonderful experience with Dive Oahu. Everything was very well organized and prepared, and the whole experience ran smoothly from the moment we arrived at the meeting point until we returned after the dive. Our trip was led by Adam on the boat and Matt, who guided the dive. Both were highly professional, while also being friendly, communicative, and attentive. The equipment was excellent, and they went out of their way to make both the preparation before the dive and packing up afterward as easy as possible for us. The dive sites were fantastic. We saw lots of sea turtles — literally swimming right alongside them — sharks resting on the bottom, and many, many other species of fish. The experience met all of our expectations. I would highly recommend Dive Oahu to anyone looking to go diving in Honolulu!

This was my first time diving in 2 years. I actually did 5 total dives with this group in one week. The ship wreck dive was one of the coolest things I have ever done! During the dive we saw some massive turtles and thousands of fish that made the ship wreck their home. The dive masters were amazing and made me feel comfortable going down to a depth that I’ve never been. My wife and I dove with both Nacho and Josh. Both were excellent guides and you can tell they love what they do! We saw a lot of turtles and tons of other fish. I will definitely come dive here again the next time I am in Oahu!

Terrific dives. The Sea Dragon dive was the best wreck dive I’ve ever experienced; we saw seven turtles, three moray eels, and a white tip shark on the reef dive. Taco and Ella were safe, fun, and professional. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience diving with Dive Oahu. Ella and Nacho were both phenomenal instructors. I was struggling to equalize during the dive, but Ella handled the situation calmly and effectively, and Nacho explained how to avoid the problem in the future. I strongly recommend Dive Oahu for anyone looking for a scuba diving experience.

The Sea Tiger is one of the coolest experiences and well worth the trip! Lindsey and Riley were excellent. We had a small group of 5 divers which was amazing!

Honestly this is the best dive company on Oahu. They do EVERYTHING for you. They set up your gear in between dives, make sure your extra weighted for a better dive, give you snacks, and there’s a toilet on boat. Rachel, Ella and Nacho were amazing. Super helpful guides. Rachel actually saved my life mid panic attack. She gave me her emergency regulator and helped me calm down underwater. Scariest moment of my life and I’m so greatful Rachel was the one that helped. Truly professionals on board.

First dive was two wrecks at 80-85 feet, second was reef dive at 50 feet. All gear was provided and snacks and drinks. Excellent boat, safe and fun for our group of five aged 16 to 78.

Fantastic experience. We have dived many places over 35 years and the reef dive rank within the top ten dives we have done. Nice dive shop and all team members were amazing. Would dive with Dive O’ahu again!! The searched many dive shops close to the Hale koa and choose Dive Oahu and definitely made the right decision.

I did a 2 dive trip with Nacho and Jeff and had the best time. We did a deep dive to a ship wreck, 30m deep, and they were able to test out the underwater radio/music - had an absolute blast swimming to tunes like the theme from Jaws and Indiana Jones! Spotted a shark (in the distance), eels, many many turtles and overall just had the best time. Even got a great breakfast recommendation for after the morning of diving and had some Milk and Cereal pancakes at Scratch Kitchen. Would definitely come back

I dove off the west coast of the island with Jeff and Chris. The dive was very well curated with some great sites. Jeff was knowledgeable about all the sea life and wreckage. He was also good about pointing out everything to us during the dive. I left my dive light on the boat by accident and the crew made sure it got back to me the next day. Will definitely be returning to this team when I come back to Oahu!

I had so much fun diving with Lyndsey from Dive Oahu last year that I booked a dive again this year. We were scheduled to dive YO-257 but due to visibility it was recommended to dive the Sea Tiger. I’m so glad we went with the recommendation. You could see the Sea Tiger as soon as you were in the water. There was so much sea life to see during the entire dive. Sea turtles, sand bar sharks and so many beautiful fish. I can not believe how close the fish would come up to us. I can’t wait to book my next dive when I come back next year.

My mom, sister, and I came to Hawaii to dive and we had the best time with Dive Oahu! Patrick and Adam were 10/10 with diving (Patrick) and boat driving (Adam). Both were very knowledgeable about diving safety and the various sea life we encountered. This was my first time to Hawaii, and therefore my first time diving in Hawaii, and I 100% would recommend booking with Dive Oahu! I will absolutely be returning in the future!

The 7 am tour I took with Captain Nacho and guide Chris was one of the best dives I've ever done (more than 70). Mamala Bay was like glass and there was no wind. On our way to YO-257 Nacho caught up with a large pod of dolphins, and we watched as they swam with the boat under the bow and alongside, jumping into the air, swimming upside down and generally flirting with us and each other. Underwater, Chris would spot something interesting and write it on a tablet so we could all know what the creatures were, like the nudibranches. There were so many large schools of colorful fish below. We moved to Deep Pipe, and were accompanied again by the dolphins. Underwater, we saw eels, turtles, schools of fish, and then Nacho called us through a hydrophone and told us the dolphins were near. 4 of them swam above us. None of us had seen this before and we were pretty happy. We also enjoyed the warm shower off the back of the boat. Nacho and Chris were so happy and accommodating to give us the best experience.

We had a great dive trip. Our Captain Adam, and our dive guide Ella were awesome! The shipwreck was super fun, and they had everything covered. Would definitely book again!

This was my second time diving with Dive Oahu, and they did not disappoint. Boat Captain Nacho and Divemaster Colton were fantastic guides for our morning 2-tank dive. The marine life was great as we spotted sea turtles, eels, an octopus, and loads of vibrant reef fish. I also took advantage of their add-on options and knocked out my Nitrox certification during the trip. Smooth trip all around!

Excellent instruction and dive masters. Ended up doing 9 drives with them between advanced class and 2 charters, everything was top notch!

Fantastic experience! Dive Master Pat was super knowledgeable and friendly. Had a great time navigating the Sea Tiger. The dive group carefully managed our Air and NDLs to maximize our experience. Captain Nacho was friendly, helpful, and down to earth. Would recommend! The total experience was about three and a half hours. Had to make some adjustments to the dive locations for the best experience, which I appreciate. The boat had about sixteen people total, and the dive group had five. Didn't feel crowded at all.

Really great dive! Was awesome to see a wreck and the reef was so pretty. Saw turtles and so many fish. Our captain Nacho and guides Jacob and Calten were great! Was my first dive in warm water so only wore a short wetsuit and did get a little cold so next time would wear a long one.

We have dived with Dive Oahu multiple times and are never disappointed. We did 2 dives with them this year. We always request Jared as our dive master and he is always great! He ensured that we saw different things since we have gone out multiple times.

First time scuba diving off the west side. Had a couple of great dives w Jeff. Jeff and captain Chris took us to a plane site and barge wreck. Great pace and safety was top notch. Will repeat soon.

Awesome crew at Oahu dive. Dived with them 3 years ago on navy tug and loved it. Did first day solo with Adam and Justine on Sea Tiger. Such an awesome morning thanks guys , great humour and super chill. Then brought my wife along second day to do the two wreck dive and pipe reef with Nacho, Jacob and Pat. She was nervous and this great crew made her feel fully at ease. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Amazing dive locations amazing sea life. Super professional and friendly. Was such an amazkng experience The first dive was eh we did see an eagle ray But the 2nd dive was fabulous! We dove the sunken tug boat and saw a shark and a large sea turtle. There was so much life it was the best dive of this trip so far. The shark and turtle got so close to us and seeing the eel and all the fish on the tug boat made it worth the money. Nacho our captain jacob were great! I love really enjoyed the coke zero and fruit snacks. I wish my go pro worked better so i could have gotten footage of the turtle and 🦈 Still was incredible dive

Nacho and Justin were amazing. Nacho can really wrangle the boat and Justin sure knows his stuff underwater. This was my second time using the Stress Relief charter and it was just as good as the first. Lots of sea life from sharks to octopus and eels galore! The price is well worth it for the experience, safety and assistance this crew provides. Our dive group was only 4 people, so it wasn’t too crowded at all. If you’re a new diver and looking to get more dives logged: this is for you! If you have 1000+ dives, you’ll love this too with the underwater visibility and the quantity of sea life you interact with

This was an awesome experience with an exceptional crew! Justin, Jacob, Colton, Nacho, Alex, Patrick, Matt, and Jarrod were extremely helpful and really made my daughter and I feel welcomed during the experience. Our guide was Alex and he was extremely knowledgable of the dive sights that we visited. Jacob our photographer came in on his day off to provide us with 250 phots of our experience. The dive shop was very well organized and had everything that a diver would want. My daughter and I got more than just a souvenirs we also got some equipment for future dives. I would highly recommend this dive company for any dives in Hawaii. We are hoping to return soon and do a different wreck site.
