Dezi, Carlos and Sophi were excellent. Although I paid for the premium service, viator said I was general admission. If I didn’t know what I paid I’d have had to pay extra for drinks. Sophi rectified it. The fireworks cruise was awesome

THE only way to see the fireworks. Such a blast! You can bring drinks on board with you or get them on the boat. Perfect amount of time to cruise around the Hawaiian waters right as the sun is going down. 10/10

The crew was great! However, we were unaware of a few items when we booked with Viator. The location details were almost complete, they should have included the boat will pull up to the shore. They also should have included that you will have to walk into the ocean in order to board the boat. When booking online I was positive that I selected the drink package, since our one hour trip was over $150. However, they didn't have that information for us. Overall it was a fun experience because of the crew. I just the booking site needs to be more transparent. Thank you.

Our family had an amazing time on the Friday night fireworks catamaran cruise in Waikiki! Watching the fireworks light up the sky from out on the water was an unforgettable experience. The views of Waikiki Beach and the Honolulu skyline were absolutely beautiful, and seeing the fireworks reflected on the ocean made the whole evening feel even more special. The crew was friendly, the ride was smooth, and the atmosphere was relaxing and fun for the whole family. If you're visiting Oahu, this is definitely an experience worth adding to your itinerary. It created memories we'll cherish for years to come. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a unique way to enjoy Waikiki's famous Friday night fireworks!

The boat ride to watch the fireworks was beautiful and smooth. Warning, you will have to enter into the ocean to board the boat.

We took the Friday night fireworks sail on the Hawea. It was a good time. The night and show was beautiful. Thanks to Cam, Dez,and Carlos for a fun night.

Sail was very enjoyable, taking in the tail end of the sunset and brief fireworks display. It is a fun evening excursion.

Would diffinately recommend booking it. It as so relaxing. The fireworks were more beautiful reflecting off the water. And the crew made it all happen.. Thank you.

This fireworks cruise was everything we expected and more. The crew was really great. It was a surprise that we had to wait into the ocean from the beach to get on the boat. But in my opinion that added to the experience. I would recommend to those considering taking this excursion, they did not wear long dresses. No matter how high you hold your dress up the bottom of it is going to get wet most likely. Also be prepared to leave your shoes at the shore. That was totally fine as well. All in all my daughter, my friend Nikki, and I had a great time. And I highly recommend doing this at least one time. Be sure to get there early so you can be at the front of the line that way you get your choice of seat on the catamaran.

This was such a fun sail! The crew: Cameron, Lucy, and Connie made it such a great experience. This was my second fireworks sail and it was just as amazing. Their sails are consistent and always a good time!

An excellent night with friendly and courteous staff from the meeting point to the sail and return to shore. It did not disappoint, and I would recommend this to anyone.

Was a great experience with friendly crew. Great view of the fireworks and fun tunes. The boarding took a little while as we had to time it right to wade through the water in between big waves. Note that you will be wet up to your knees and might be splashed by the sea while boarding and disembarking, and have to leave your shoes in a bin on the beach and board barefoot. The specialty cocktails (and mocktail options!) were delicious. The fireworks only last a few minutes so the rest of the ride was a nice relaxing time on the water. There was a number of people on the catamaran so that meant not everyone could get a seat on deck to watch the fireworks, but there are plenty of seats indoor near the bar if we needed to sit down. Overall great way to watch the fireworks!

Crew was amazing from the meeting point to the sail. I wish we had longer on the catamaran! They kept us informed but didn't hover. Music was great, drink were on point. The whole evening was fantastic. If you can sit on the netting, DO IT!​

I had the BEST time!! I went with a few friends to watch the fireworks. The crew was so kind, especially Lucy. She was very attentive and kind to all of the guests! I will definitely be booking again!! If you are visiting Oahu you have to do this!!

Based on the TripAdvisor information, I expected to check in 6:45pm, depart 7pm, return 8pm. On 2/14/25, we departed around 7:15pm, fireworks were a bit before 8pm, then we were back around 8:15pm. I was never sent the waiver to complete ahead of time, but it was easy to scan the QR code and quickly fill out on the beach. We left our shoes in bins on the beach, so don't wear anything you wouldn't mind getting sandy and mixed in a bin with others' shoes. The crew has someone telling you when to go into the water and up the stairs onto the boat. I'm sure they try their best, but the waves were pretty strong when we were there, and someone in my group got soaked up to their waist listening to the crew's instructions when to go. When you check in, they give you drink tickets to redeem at the bar. We were able to get canned wine drinks with the drink tickets. The fireworks were short, but the boat gave a great view of the fireworks and the skyline. Overall, I would recommend this experience.

I would suggest considering other options before booking this cruise. For a more enjoyable experience, you might want to explore the luau at the Hawaiian Village or visit a local bar where you can enjoy the fireworks. Unfortunately, my experience with the crew was less than ideal. The host and bartender were not very professional, and I noticed the bartender seemed quite intoxicated. Additionally, there was a significant delay of about 20 minutes on the beach before we could board, which meant we missed the chance to enjoy some drinks beforehand. Lastly, I found it a bit uncomfortable when they requested tips, especially when they mentioned needing them to cover living expenses in a high-cost area. With some improvements, this cruise could become a much better option for travelers.

Because we had such a great experience with Waikiki Sailing Company in 2021, we booked 3 outings for this visit to Oahu. The Friday night fireworks sail was awesome. We enjoyed the snorkel, turtle sail. Saw lots of turtles and had plenty of time for snorkeling and relaxing while sailing. We ended our trip with a sunset cruise before we headed to the airport. Each excursion had its own vibe, but all were fun and we will definitely book again!

We enjoyed the fireworks display from the Hawea Catamaran on New Year's Eve. It was beautiful seeing the reflections of the fireworks in the water and the night view of Waikiki. The crew was helpful, the catamaran was beautiful, and our experience was great. The departure from Waikiki was very convenient for us. I highly recommend this tour. I will return in the future.

Beautiful view of fireworks. Crew was great. Loved that we could walk to meeting place from our Waikiki beach hotel instead of driving to harbor. Very convenient. View of shoreline at night from water was also fantastic. Fun for all ages - my teens enjoyed it as well as my mother. Bar and bathroom on board was nice to have, too.

Fabulous from beginning to end, crew super friendly, be prepared to get a little wet when boarding but you soon dry out and it all adds to the experience. Wonderful 👍

This was a great experience. The crew was fantastic. After we saw the fireworks from the Hilton, they learned there was going to be another fireworks display and a drone show. They informed the guests and stayed out on the water past the scheduled time to track the other two displays. It made the evening really special for my wife and I who are here celebrating our anniversary. Highly recommend!

The Catamaran was clean and appeared newer compared to others we have been on. Highlight of the trip was that this must of been some type of extra special night because while we were out, we got not only one firework show but two! Then after both firework shows, there was also a very cool drone show. The captian kept us out on the water for all three shows! He seemed apologetic for keeping us out but my husband and I did not mind at all, we were actually grateful to be able to experience all three shows from the water. A memorable experience for sure.

The ride was fun! 😊 But in the description of how to prepare for the experience, it needs to be written that you will told to take off your shoes and leave them in a bin on the beach.And you will get wet getting on the catamaran. Not a “deal-breaker”….just keeping your guests informed. We would’ve prepared better with this information.

What an enjoyable catamaran ride! It was all smooth sailing from start to finish. We had an excellent crew and the catamaran was very clean and comfortable. The fireworks were amazing and best yet seen over the water overlooking Waikiki Beach. We had a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend this adventure, especially aboard the Hawea and piloted by this great crew!

Great host.Arrived in plenty of time. Great experience getting aboard as the waves rolled in. Excellent view with all of us free to move around the catamaran. Recommended
