Big Island: 8-zipline & Suspension Bridge Waterfall Adventure

Kai and Scott were amazing guides! Beautiful views on the lines with lots of laughs. I highly recommend this tour in Hilo!

Great experience! Our guides were amazing and very knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. The botanical gardens were beautiful and so many trees and plants to learn about.

Overall experience was good, however our guides did NOT take our pictures zip lining past the waterfall. This was the biggest part of the experience and to not have ANY pictures of it was extremely disappointing. The total group was only 4 people and the other party of 2 had plenty of pictures zip lining over the waterfall, so I’m not sure why the guides didn’t do the same for us. We had to call multiple times because the admin office did not call us back when they promised. The office was also not did seem to understand why we were upset nor did they take any accountability for what happened. We inquired about getting a partial refund but were declined. They offered to let us redo the final line on a different day our flight was the next morning so this was not possible . We were also told the owner would reach out to us and that never happened either. It was a very disappointing end to the experience.

We had such a great time zip lining, and the guides we had were great. However, we are deeply disappointed that we had no pictures of us zip lining over the “grand finale” zip line over the waterfall. The entire group was 4 people (2 girls, and me and my fiance), and they got plenty of pictures of the 2 girls over the waterfall, but none of me and my fiance. We reached out twice asking if they had any of the pictures of us over the waterfall, they said they would check, and they did not call us back both times. We had to call again a 3rd time and ask and they said it looks like there are none. We asked how could that be possible, and they said it’s possible they did not have time to take any. We said how can that be possible if there were only 4 people total, and we finished early? They would not offer any sort of partial refund, because they said the photos are “free”. For this price, to me, the pictures come with the total, especially because we were promised pictures on every line and it’s not a cheap excursion. If we had to take our own pictures, that needed to be communicated to us so that we didn’t rely on them like they promised. They offered to have us come back and redo the line, but that was right before they closed and we had to leave for our flight the next day. They said they would talk to their manager to see what they can do and said they would call back, but we received no phone call. This was on my birthday so we really wanted these special pictures, especially because it’s the main event. We have pictures of the other lines, but not the one that we were most looking forward to and the one you come for. So fair warning if you go - you are not guaranteed pictures like they say before you start.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this adventure! The entire course was well set up, easygoing, and so much fun. All eight ziplines were a blast, and we loved the overall experience. A huge shoutout to our guides, Cayden and Aliyah, who really made the adventure memorable! They were friendly, entertaining, and so much fun to spend time with. Their great personalities kept the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. This was definitely one of the highlights of our time on the Big Island. We'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun outdoor adventure!

Our tour guides Malachi and Jordan were amazing! They were fun, knowledgeable, courteous and made me feel at ease when I was a little nervous zip lining for the first time! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Awesome zipline especially the 8th one where you fly over the waterfall. Nick, Scott and AJ were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the plants, trees and fruits that we encountered. Recommend highly!

We all had an amazing time doing the zip line adventure. Our guides were fantastic and made us feel very relaxed. They were great fun and very knowledgeable. The views were incredible, especially the waterfall. We would definitely recommend this zip line tour.

We totally enjoyed our zipline experience. Our guides were great and made us very confident that we could do it! We are in our late 70's and were just a little concerned that we were too old to try this. It was exciting and not the least bit difficult! So much fun!!

This zip line was AMAZING!!! Mio, Kawehi and Heno were very professional and made sure we had a safe and FANTASTIC time! They made sure everyone was very comfortable and made it so easy. They are also very knowledgeable about the trees and plants and pointed out some of the more unusual species. They also take lots of pictures and videos for your memories! I would do it again! Hint…the last zip line is breathtakingly beautiful!

It was such a wonderful day! I’m so glad Mom was able to enjoy the zipline lines, too. The guides Ipo, Nick, and Heno made the adventure extra special with their great guiding. What a fun memory to share! ❤️🌺

Great experience, Ali and Kawehi were amazing tour guides, and told us a lot of fun facts about the island and the animals. 100% would recommend! They made our island experience great! Everyone was really welcoming, and if you’re early like us, there’s a lot of trails and fun things around the property to kill time. We recommend the maze.

This was SO worth the 2.5 hour drive. Great staff and so much fun! Malachi (Chi) and Jeff made today seriously memorable and got our group all engaged. They were funny, fun, and obviously good at their jobs. We always felt safe. They had a lot of knowledge about the culture and land which was fun too. Thanks!

Nick, Kai & (a girl whose name I can’t spell) were awesome. Fun & funny & informative. Whether you have been ziplining before or not, I would recommend this place for the scenery alone.

Lish , Hunter, and Kahiwa were our guides and did an excellent job taking care of us and showing us what to do. Excellent views and very safe and fun for everyone including kids.

We went as a family, with three kids ages 10-15, and everyone loved this activity. The guides were friendly and gave information about the rainforest as we made our way through. I appreciate how the zip lines gradually get longer and faster, so you build confidence with each zip. Our youngest one barely reached with weight requirement, so the guide had him go tandem with him on the last line to ensure that he'd make it all the way through to the other side. I so appreciate both guides' attention to each person. This is a must-do activity if you are in the area.

Not much more to say that everyone else hasn't mentioned! Great activity if you're roadtripping toward Hilo for the day. The first few zips were short which is great for younguns and new zipliners. The views over the river and forest were lovely. The final zip was over a gorgeous waterfall!! Guides kept us safe and entertained. fun activity on this side of the island

Absolutely fun activity for the family! Tryson, Tiana, & AJ were absolutely great guides for us first time zip liners. They made sure we were always safe. They even provided us with bug spray and ponchos to protect us during the rain. Most of all, they made sure to capture great photo memories for us for years to come! We would highly recommend!

This was so much fun. I was a little nervous at first but the guides made you feel comfortable and safe. Did 8 zip lines and walked across a suspension bridge. Took about 2.5 hours and worth the price, I would do it again. Beautiful scenery throughout the park. This is a great excursion to add to your vacation.

We booked this zipline excursion through our NCL cruise, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! It was my very first time ziplining, and I was honestly pretty nervous. The staff made everything feel so easy, safe, and fun that I was able to relax and really enjoy the experience. Our guides, Mio and Gavin, were absolutely fantastic! They were hilarious, entertaining, and made the whole group laugh from start to finish. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and that positive energy made the experience even better. The gardens were beautiful, the views were incredible, and the entire course was so much more than I expected. I would absolutely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting, and I would definitely do it again!

First time zip lining, we had a blast! The views were breathtaking and our guides were amazing! We had Mio & Trayson and they made our experience so fun and enjoyable. We would DEFINITELY do this again, it was worth every penny!!!

The zipline was pretty easy. No hiking trails and zipped from line to line. Best part was the crew... they were awesome. The next best was the zip past the waterfall.

My husband and I got zip-lining tickets as a wedding gift, we are so glad we got to have this great experience! The guides were hilarious and the views were beautiful! They take pictures of you the whole time for memories :-) If you’re considering buying tickets, do it! It’s a must do when you’re in Hawaii!
