We really enjoyed our tour with Red! It was such a fun experience from the farm to going down to the ocean and seeing and petting the wild horses! Red went above and beyond and I highly recommend this ATV tour. Waipio is beautiful and a must see!
Wow!!! All About The View ATV Tours at the WHOA Ranch was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip to the Big Island of Hawaii! The views throughout the ranch were absolutely spectacular. Riding the side-by-sides through the incredible Hawaiian landscape was exhilarating, and fun. Every turn seemed to offer another beautiful view! And then there was the delicious break in the middle of the tour! We got to experience fresh fruit grown right there on the ranch, which was such a unique and delicious touch. Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to recharge before getting back out on the adventure. The pineapple was the best I ever had!!!! But what really made the experience exceptional was Ronnie, our tour guide! Ronnie was SO AWESOME! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining, and made sure everyone was having a fantastic time. His personality and enthusiasm added so much to the experience. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that makes all the difference! He is also a great phone photographer. From start to finish, this tour exceeded our expectations. Amazing scenery, exciting ATV riding, delicious fresh fruit, and an absolutely fantastic guide!
Red was fantastic! He showed us around this beautiful family farm on the utv trails (so fun!) and had good stories to share. It was definitely a highlight of our trip. Thank you Red!
This was so much fun and seeing all over this area of the island was amazing! Highly recommended ‼️ Book it now!
All excellent, very good service and customer service, all beautiful thanks for the adventure.
The tour guides were extremely friendly and gave a great tour! They went above and beyond to ensure my Fiance caught his first fish! Could not recommend more!
The boys in my family chose the ATV ride, while the girls did the horseback ride. We ALL had such a great time!! The tour guides were so friendly and it was one of the best memories of our trip!! It is such a beautiful ranch!!
It was a lot of fun and the papaya was delicious. Be prepared that you will be covered in sand. Ware sunglasses and something to cover your face and ears would be a good idea. Otherwise you will be blowing out dirt for at least an hour.
Tour guides made this tour. It was amazing.
I would do this over and over again. Our tour guide Ronnie was absolutely amazing such good people he made it all the better!!!! The property is breath taking and seeing how it’s ran and getting to try the fruit on property.. amazing and an experience in its self. Crossing over to the ocean side of the property was just as beautiful the cliffs and ocean really tie what this island is all about and what it has to offer. Will be returning thank you!!!
We had a wonderful time! It was a unique experience and more than just an atv ride with beautiful ocean views. We also had close encounters with several different animals, which I loved!
Super cool atv tour - both mountain and beach front and lots of animals in between. Awesome, knowledgeable tour guides and surprisingly fun stops with fishing, feeding animals and a super jungle type trails! Highly recommend it!
We had an AMAZING experience on the WOH Ranch with our UTV tour. We fished for tilapia with freshly picked mangos, road through fruit trees and were able to try a variety of local fruits (mango, strawberry guava, papaya, mountain apples, soursop (my favorite!) and several others. We saw wild boar, traveled from the top of the watershed to the coast. Red was a fantastic guide and I cannot recommend this tour enough.
We had a fun morning UTV ride! We had been to the Big Island a couple times before but had not yet explored the north side and this was a great way to get a taste for the lush ranch area. The ride features fun for the whole family from letting you have a go at tilapia fishing to seeing their semi-wild ranch horses to great scenic overlooks. Would recommend to see a different part of the island in a fun way!
Really great morning - the views were outstanding & the trip through the property was amazing. We saw cattle, wild horses, birds & spectacular scenery!
Just wow! Ronson and Red were absolutely incredible tour guides! From their extensive knowledge base and friendly and welcoming attitude to their knowledge of the land and stories they shared, the experience was absolutely amazing! We got to try fruits, see gorgeous lookout points and even fish on a tilapia farm. We all loved the experience and would absolutely do it again!
It was awesome with great young local guides that were very knowledgeable. Great pictures opts and we saw lots of wildlife
The ATV tour was great! We had a lot of fun and got some beautiful views. The tour guides, Red and we unfortunately forget the other young man's name taught us a lot about the flora of hawaii. Seeing all the animals, ranch and wild was exciting. When we went down by the shore we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of some whale spouts and even saw one dive. This was our only whale spotting our whole trip. Even though it was rainy and foggy the clouds blew past for a brief moment and we could spot the Waipi'o waterfall. Overall a great trip. Also really enjoyed fishing at the tilapia ponds!
Beautiful scenery! It was fun riding through the fields seeing the horses, cows, geese and even fishing for tilapia! The view from the cliffs was amazing. Definitely recommend this ride!
ATV trip was fantastic. Red was a great informative tour guide. Loved the fishing and fruit tastings. Went from over 2,000 to 100 feet. The view looking up and down the coast was awesome. The trail is dusty so embrace the dust and be prepared.
Very interesting and enjoyable.
We had a blast exploring the ranch on our ATV adventure. We got to sample fresh fruit grown on the ranch, fish, and experience a variety of terrain.
Wow. Just wow. My husband and I were in Kona for our honeymoon and spent the day on the other side of the island. Our tour guide- Shaunnery (I may have spelt that wrong!) was AMAZING. The day we booked was a group tour, however, we were the only ones to book that time, so it was an unexpected private tour! He was great at making sure all of our questions were answered, photo ops were taken, and that we were having the best experience possible. My favorite takeaway was that we never felt rushed. We spent the last leg of the tour down by the Ocean cliff - talking real life stuff, how remarkable the history of this area is to the island, and of course taking in the views! He really made sure we enjoyed every second of our experience. 10000000/10 would come back and do again! (Maybe horseback next time!)
Great experience! We had some rain but that didn’t stop us from having fun. Ronson was our guide and we ended up having a ‘private’ tour since no one else was booked with us. Told us about the ranch, history, and had a great time! Gave us a great recommendation for food at Waimea at Kuya’s and it was excellent.
Even better than we anticipated! You take a couple stops throughout the tour to fish with bamboo poles, look at scenic outlooks, feed geese, and get to enjoy the views of the large ranch! 10/10 experience
Great for families and for breathtaking scenic views. The incorporation of a fish pond stop, goose/duck stop, and plenty of cows, horses, and donkeys to see along the ride added excitement for all of us, but especially our son. The adults loved the scenic views and historic information shared.
This ATV was awesome because they will give you a sneak peak of their lifestyle on the ranch side of the island. You will get the chance to catch a fish and for some people that’s a great way to catch your first fish.
Very informative tour with knowledgeable guides who are familiar with the area, culture, and ranch. This is not an adrenaline-pumping experience (as I thought/hoped it would be), but still a good experience nonetheless. The tour guides offer free produce sampling in the middle of the tour which acts as an intermission before heading over to the cliff edge to wrap up the experience with incredible views and photos ops.
Guide was good, had good info and stories!!! Just 2 of us so he had a lot more time to tell us about the ranch and the islands.
ATV, views, fruits, animals, history, and great company - the whole package of a great experience. Our guides were chill and insightful. Please bring cash if you'd like to tip.
They were very accommodating as we had to switch from morning to afternoon. We had a wonderful time with Shawn. He was warm, informative and shared some great stories about Hawaiian history, the farm and his experiences. He was a lot of fun and very entertaining. We caught some fish, saw lots of farm animals, tried some yummy fruit, enjoyed spectacular views. We would highly recommend the tour and Shawn!
Fun ATV/UTV tour of a working, self-sustaining plantation. You get to drive your own vehicle that can carry up to 4 people. Seanry and Kaleo, (? sorry if I missed spelled your name), guide the vehicles (1 in front and 1 in back so no one disappears), through the trails of the plantation explaining the various methods of how it is self-sustained. It may not sound all that interesting, but it actually is, being very informative and fun! The trails can be very dusty or muddy depending on the latest weather conditions, so dress accordingly....meaning, don't wear clothes you don't want to get dirty. We were covered in dust on our trip, but they have an air compressor to blow most of it off before you leave. Located on the north shore of Hawai'i, the trails often lead to incredible views of the ocean with the last part of the tour ending at the cliffs along the shore before heading back. Seanry provided unique and interesting facts about the history and area of the shoreline and why ships avoid the channel between Hawai'i and Maui. We had a great time. I highly recommend this tour if you want to have fun while learning something too.
Ronsin was an amazing tour guide! We had a great time enjoying the land and beauty the nature has to offer! He gave us extra information about the land and great places to enjoy our visit on the Big Island! We had so much fun and loved tasting the local fruits he found for us along the way! We really felt like we were hanging out with an old friend! We highly recommend this tour and him as the guide!
Didn't understand this trip at all. We spent two hours driving a mile up the hill and back down to the beach with a dozen stops along the way to see....nothing. A duck. A pond. A tree. Total ripoff and bore.
Ronnie took us through the plantation and answered all our questions. We then went back to the start for a taste of the fruits from the land. He even plucked a cocoa pod from the tree and let us taste that. We then went to the cliffs and saw the ocean side. It was a great inside view of a HI working farm!
Exceptional views and learned so much about the way farming is done. Great tour. Might recommend a face mask as the ride is dusty. Ronson was an awesome guide!
All of the staff was born and raised in the north island area, so you get lots of local culture/history and foodie advice. The views are really great. They are not in a hurry. And ask about the food truck down the street near Waipi’o lookout. It is a must do either before or after your tour. Make the effort to walk down the short hill to the lookout and eat your food at the sheltered picnic tables. And stop by Tex’s for the warm maladadas.
We booked this tour on a whim, and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of our trip! Our tour guide, Seanry, was very knowledgeable, nice, and fun to talk with. Driving/riding the UTV through the farm was a BLAST. We loved learning about the tilapia ponds (and catching a few) + the cows and horses, and our ride all the way down to the ocean cliff. Seanry shared some exotic fruit with us & we bought delicious lemonade from the adorable fruit stand next door. Note: if it’s a dry day, prepare to get really dusty! They provide eye protection & neck gaiters to mitigate some of it, but let’s just say…don’t make fancy dinner reservations right afterward, LOL. My dusty face was the biggest smile out of all my vacation photos. This 9th generation owned farm is so kind to share this beautiful, very special property with us ~ something we would have never seen otherwise. It was a super fun, extraordinary experience. Mahalo!
We had an amazing tour. Our guide, Seanry, was absolutely amazing. Sharing his knowledge and love of Hawaiian culture made the experience unf. Loved the wildlife. Clarence the duck was a highlight! Talapia pond fishing was so fun. We were lucky enough to see a sea turtle (Honu). We were able to see Maui due to the cloud cover being minimal. Had fresh fruit and bought local honey. Would recommend again and again. Thank you Seanry and Uncle Mike for sharing your world with us! Much love Matt and Dawn Hinz
All About the View ATV was the highlight of our trip! The staff was absolutely amazing: friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole adventure fun and safe. I’m in a wheelchair, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me so I could fully enjoy the experience. The excursion itself was unforgettable, with stunning views and such a unique way to explore the island. And I’m still thinking about the fresh fruit they shared with us weeks later, it was that good! This is an experience I’d recommend to anyone visiting the big island. We can’t wait to come back and do it again!
This was such a great tour. Our guide, Ronson, made this the best experience ever!! Thank you Ronson!!! The four of us had a ball driving the ATV'S. We saw different animals, including wild horses with brand new babies!! We had some awesome fruit and rode down to the coast with a breathtaking view. I would highly recommend!!
When my niece was visiting, we went to All About The View, and it ended up being the highlight of her trip. The ride was a blast—through the forest, stopping to fish tilapia, picking/eating fresh fruit, and then out to the cliffs with an amazing ocean view. Our guide, Kaleo, was great. Super easy to talk to, knew a lot about the area, and really made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely worth the drive up from Kona. We had such a good time and would recommend it to anyone looking for something different to do.
This was definitely the highlight of our vacation. The tour guides were nice and we learned so much about the land. We even tried some fruits I have never heard of. There were phenomenal views of the ocean. I Definitely recommend this to anyone who visits the big island.
Great tour of a local farm/ranch. The tour guides were friendly and fun. They clearly took pride in the ranch and enjoyed sharing it with folks. The fresh fruit was delicious!! I would recommend this tour.
This was easily the coolest tour I’ve been on. Not only do you get to drive around in your own ATV, but Roni, the tour guide, was awesome! Super knowledgeable and friendly, gave plenty of time for you to enjoy the views and experience both the mountains and ocean of Hawaii. Do not hesitate to do this!!
The whole experience was great.Kids and adults enjoyed it. The food truck there was a huge hit. Would do it again iif we returned to Hawaii
Very enjoyable tour! Guide was extremely pleasant and answered all of our questions..he took pride in what he was doing
The guide was very friendly and knowledgable. We learned so much about the Big Island and the farm that we visited. I would absolutely recommend this excursion to friends!
The UTV's are easy to drive and the scenery is quite beautiful. But the ride is very dusty and you do get filthy! 1st there is instruction on how to use the bikes with a little tour around the yard to make sure everyone feels comfortable driving. Then you start out with a stop at their aquaponic tilapia ponds and learn why they raise them. You can fish for a tilapia - catch and release - of just feed them. Their were ducks there also we fed. After a drive through the forest, you return to the barn for a break and some of the fruit grown on the ranch. They have a wide assortment of fruits grown there. Then it is off to the beach. A beautiful spot. Our guides, Logan, Makai and Kaleo were very knowledgeable about the history of the ranch and area and they made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. This was a good ride but we were covered in dust afterwards. They had neck gaiters to borrow, and highly recommend you take one to cover your mouth so avoid breathing some of the dust.
