Arrival Trasfer: Airport Shuttle Honolulu And Cruise Terminal

Great service and lovely driver. Prebooking was easy and not a trouble to make a change to our drop off when our cruise was delayed.

The coordinators and drivers were friendly and helpful. The transfer was timely and met my needs. All for a fraction of the other forms of transfer from the Honolulu airport to the cruise pier.

wait was supposed to be less than 20 min. We waited 1 hour for our shuttle to show up. Ruined our perfect flight on arrival.

I called the day before the the transport was scheduled to confirm the time and location. Our driver was waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship and he dropped us at our airline gate.

Viatour did not make it clear that another company would be picking us up. We were not told the name of the company just a picture. The driver was great but we missed the first shuttle after asking the first shuttle if this was via tour and he said no because he had no idea. We almost missed our flight. You need to give more info that the company picking us up was VIP

The service was great! They called to check in when we landed and there was someone to greet us at baggage claim. He escorted us to the van. The van was clean and the driver was very friendly and informative. We will be booking this service back to the airport because we enjoyed it so much.

Terrible. There told us they would meet us at baggage claim. When we arrived they sent us on a wild goose chase. Finally after waiting over an hour outside in the heat they showed up making us late for our cruise boarding g time Their excuse was we had too many y in Wakiki. We almost gave up and took a taxi. Very bad experience, will never book again.

Communication was difficult and information was inaccurate. One VIP representative hung up on us. Very stressful and unprofessional.

Scheduled transportation from Cruise Ship to Honolulu Airport. Shuttle was waiting when we got off the ship and we were quickly taken to the airport. The price was less than half the Cruise Ship price.

I googled transfer from airport to Cruise. From making the reservation to drop off at the Pier it was so easy and very affordable!

I had information of whom to contact to connect with our Shuttle from the airport to the Cruise Terminal. Although, while we were at baggage claim a representative from VIP was walking through calling my name. We connected with him and were instructed to wait where we were and he would be back. Within 15 minutes he escorted a group of us to an outside waiting area, where we were met by a van another 15 minutes later.

Driver was on time and courteous. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected.

They picked us up from our hotel and took us to the cruise terminal. Originally, they were supposed to pick us up at the airport, but we came in the day before and when we were at the airport, I saw a van from this company and after talking to the driver, he said they could pick us up at the hotel instead. That saved us time since we didn't have to go to the airport to be picked up. They picked us up on time and we arrived at the cruise terminal exactly when we were supposed to. We will ride with them again if we go back to Hawaii.

Use Charley's Taxi for a fair fixed price- it was on time and fast trip to Waikiki. We used it in both directions

Good Experience Again. My group had several transfers while in Honolulu and each one went well. I appreciated that most times the driver was early and waiting thus not giving a lot of stress.
