Very nice shuttle ride. Was impressed with driver going out of his way to meet us by baggage claim. Very professional.

Location of the VIP vans pick up is located in the back parking lot of where the old rental car offices used to be. Exit baggage claim turn right

Do not use this shuttle. Poor service. Rude and unreliable. Save your money and use another form of transportation

Seeing sunrise at Haleakala is an absolute must while visiting Maui. We used Skyline Hawaii for this trip. Our driver, Marlon, enhanced this experience in every way. He was a wealth of knowledge on Hawaiian culture. Great driver and even a better person. He was great. I do have one complaint. It’s quite cold at the top of the volcano at 5am and Skyline Hawaii advertises that they have coats available for it’s passengers (who brings a heavy coat to Maui). They do not have coats so you’re on your own to dress appropriately. One of the reasons we selected this tour operator was because of the availability of coats. So either provide the coats or stop advertising that you do.

Our flight was super delayed we did not arrive till after midnight. airport deserted but our shuttle driver was there! We were the only passengers and that was a relief that our driver MacKenzie was there to the rescue. Extremely a relief. Would recommend

This shuttle worked just fine. There was a rep sent to the baggage claim to direct us to the van. The van driver was very nice and the ride comfortable to the hotel. It was so easy -I recommend this company!

Ride it self was cool driver was cool I didn’t like the fact I had to keep calling asking where there were located when we was told Someone would meet us at baggage claim upon arrival with a sign the guy came did not have a sign or visible attire the gas did have vip on it. But it was very very dark when we got there and the van was parked in the back of another building other than that it was okay

They are extremely inflexible when it comes to airline delays. My flight from the mainland was delayed a bit and it caused me to barely miss my connection to Maui. My mom made the reservation but was unable to contact them from west Maui due to power being cut in the island. She finally had service the next day but they refused a credit even tho I need a ride back to the airport 6 days later! I feel like they really could have been more accommodating even if it was a partial credit!

The driver was on time and waiting as expected. The meeting place is easy to find and the drive is enjoyable.

I waited hour for my shuttle ride. Two VIP shuttles arrived and picked up flight crews. The family of 4 who was to share my shuttle got tired of waiting and took a Lyft. Three more shuttles came. The VIP employee on site couldn’t tell me if any of those would provide my ride. I tried calling VIP and was disconnected after I explained my situation. I gave up and called an Uber. Normally, I would give the company grace, but this is the second time in a row I arrived at the airport (4 of us this time), had to wait a long time, and then called an Uber. And both times, having to go through the process of requesting a refund afterward.

This is an absolute scam. The shuttle never showed up at the airport and airport staff mentioned the company does this often. The company is unresponsive by phone and messages. Could not think of a worst experience. You’re better off lighting your money on fire.

I got a ride from this company to wrong hotel then I called their office and they put me on hold like they are trying to get a new driver and hung up and I kept calling back and they kept sending me to voicemail and not answering. I ended up ubering to correct hotel

We received notice that someone would be greeting us with a sign with our name. That never happened & we had to ask around where VIP was. Was not happy walking with luggage looking for our driver.

DO NOT BOOK THIS - I wish I read reviews. This is a glorified public bus. They make you wait 45+ mins and charge double the price of an uber. I reached out and asked for a refund and they said this is normal. It was the worst start to my vacation there is NO reason anyone should ever use this service or Viator for that matter. I am horrified by this and unsure how they are in business with their lack of customer service

Viator makes sure you have a great experience. Our luggage was late and the driver called several times to make sure we were ok.

The company phoned me the day before to check in. I received text message updates as well. Our driver was at the airport waiting for us. Wesley greeted us and took care of our suitcases. He was so cheerful and personable.

The drivers are friendly, helpful. The Van is roomie. It feels like VIP service. I’ve used the service many times and it’s always consistently great.

Linda the driver is excellent However the van is almost inaccessible for older adults. The side door step is a couple of feet off the ground and the van is not equipped with a step or a stool to facilitate access. I am 88 years old and almost fell both getting in and getting out. My wife is 81 years old and had similar issues. We will never book a ride with this company again. The van is hazardous for older riders and needs to be modified to allow ready access

Absolutely horrible. Inaccurate description. They do not pick you up at baggage claim. You need to find them . It’s an unairc conditioned shuttle bus. Not private. You can get your own air conditioned ride for $120.00 from the airport versus $207.00 for this.

Do not book this transfer! We arrived at 9pm they did not show up! We waited for an hour no contact with the Company! Had to book a very expensive Uber and waisted so much time! Now 2 days later still no contact and no refund!

Wonderful experience. Driver met us at airport, loaded our luggage, and took us to our door. He was a careful driver and helped us in and out of the van. Much better than trying to navigate the airport and traffic. Also was very reasonable.

It was perfect. Only thing that I would say is make sure exactly know we’re to be picked up at. I didn’t understand it when she told me and I had to wait a little bit, but that was not the driver fault.

Our flight was delayed and change to different flight number. Called and changed pickup time to last flight of the evening. Driver was there waiting and let us know how to find him. Very friendly and no problems getting to our hotel. Highly recommend this service.

Although I entered our flight number and arrival time on the Viator booking form, there was no one to meet us when we arrived. When I called, they said they didn’t have any information about our arrival time. They also said they didn’t have a way to contact me, even though my email and mobile number were listed in my profile on the Viator app. So we had to wait about 30 minutes for pickup after I called. However the staff were nice. I would use them again but be sure to call them in advance to confirm pickup time.

Great experience with Viator airport shuttle service. Received a call from an associate while I was waiting at baggage claim clearly explaining where to meet her. Once I had my bag, met her just outside and the van was Van ready to go. Easy ride directly to the front door of my resort. Would highly recommend.
