The Arizona memorial was very interesting and profound. I would have like to know that we had option to access submarine. I learned option when we were leaving. The city tour was not fun, we only drove by, the only place we got off vehicle was by

Itinerary
At the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center you can explore various exhibits that provide historical context about the events leading up to the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. View a 23-minute documentary film that provides an overview of the attack, its impact, and the significance of the USS Arizona Memorial. After the introductory exhibits and film you will board a U.S. Navy-operated boat for a short ride to the USS Arizona Memorial. The 10-minute ride across the harbor is calm and offers views of the surrounding military installations
The USS Arizona Memorial is a white, open-air structure that spans the remains of the sunken battleship. It's a solemn and quiet place, designed to allow visitors to reflect on the sacrifices made by the sailors and Marines who were lost during the attack. Viewing the Wreckage: Inside the memorial you can look down into the water to see parts of the sunken battleship. The ship's outline is visible just below the surface, and oil droplets, often referred to as "The Tears of the Arizona," can still be seen rising to the surface. Remembrance Wall: At the far end of the memorial is a wall inscribed with the names of the 1,177 crew members who lost their lives aboard the USS Arizona. This wall serves as a powerful reminder of the human cost of war.
On the historic downtown Honolulu portion of the tour, you will experience a blend of Hawaii's rich history, cultural heritage, and modern city life all narrated by our expert guide
National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific sits on top of extinct volcano also known as Punchbowl. The cemetery is the final resting place for thousands of U.S. military members. The beautifully maintained grounds feature rows of white headstones set against lush greenery. The location of Punchbowl Crater offers stunning views of the surrounding city, including downtown Honolulu, Diamond Head, and the coastline
The only royal palace in the United States. You will learn about Hawaii's monarchy, and hear stories about King Kalākaua and Queen Liliʻuokalani, the last reigning monarchs.
From the palace you will view the iconic King Kamehameha Statue, a symbol of Hawaii's unity and strength. The statue is in front of the Aliʻiōlani Hale, the historic building that now houses the Hawaii State Supreme Court.
Our guide will "talk story" of the fascinating history as the original government building of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
Often referred to as the "Westminster Abbey of the Pacific," Kawaiahaʻo Church is one of the oldest Christian places of worship in Hawaii. Our guide will teach you about the church’s significance and its role in Hawaii’s religious history.

Maia, was funny, informative and a pleasure to spend the day with. Would definitely want to do another tour with him.
The Pearl Harbor National Memorial is truly a must-see when visiting Oahu. It was a deeply humbling and meaningful experience for me, one that I will always remember.
On April 6, 2026 I took the USS Arizona Memorial and Downtown Honolulu Tour. The USS Arizona Memorial was a sobering, thoughtful, humbling experience. To be at the place where so many of our sailors and marines lost their lives in defense of our country and be at a place where an event that was so important to our nation and the world was incredibly special. I also visited a couple of the museums that dealt with the PH attack. Exhibitions were amazing and well done. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to visit the Submarine or Aviation Museums or the USS Missouri, though I’ve heard they were fantastic. The Honolulu city tour was also very interesting and informative. Saw The Queen’s Palace (though wasn’t able to go inside), drove through The National Cemetery in The Punch Bowl, saw the Indian Banyan trees (incredible!). Our Tour Guide,Will, was AMAZING! He was caring and kept up with everyone in the tour group! He was friendly, helpful and polite. He was very knowledgeable and told the stories about the PH attacks and other details about Honolulu with enthusiasm and energy that held my attention. I knew quite a bit about the PH attack, but he told many little known details I didn’t know. Will was a fantastic Guide and I was fortunate to have him as my Guide. He’s A Keeper!!!
Bad bad experience! We booked for March 26 but got bumped to April 1 when we were not even going to be in Hawaii. Was able to cancel however and re-book for the following day Thursday, but again had issues. We booked it for 8 o’clock and we didn’t get there until 1130 because of transportation issues we kept getting pushed back further and further. Because of this, we had to cut the trip short because we had already made another engagement and in order to accommodate that we had tocut the tour short, which was very frustrating. Will never book through TripAdvisor again.
Will our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor. Expected more history on city and a longer tour. It was rush hour so I know it would have been difficult.
Cloudy, muddy water for the USS Arizona but tour was great otherwise. Cuzin Miah was an awesome tour guide! Informational, engaging, and connected with the tour making us feel like family! 10/10 would recommend
The driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. Helpful and patience with us as we had senior moms with us.
The details while booking are misleading !!! We could have better taken a taxi or Uber from hotel to Pearl Harbour… The bus just picked us and dropped us off at Pearl Harbour. USS Arizona tickets are NOT included as mentioned in the booking and we had to stand in a long “standby” queue, something we could have done ourselves. There is no tour guide, nothing. Would strongly recommend that this tour should be avoided !!
Not worth it. All they do is drive you to Pearl Harbor and you're on your own from 7:00am to 10:30am. The tour guide is not with you. And you have to sign up at a kiosk for standby tickets for USS Arizona. Tickets are not guaranteed. No tickets to anything are included. They engage in deceptive marketing as the description says: "Entry tickets to all the attractions on your tour are included" and "Entry tickets to the attractions on your tour will be provided by your guide on the day of your tour" and "Admission Included" for USS Arizona. The guide does not give you any tickets, and nowhere does it say that you will be on standby for USS Arizona. On the way back, there is one stop at King Kamehameha Statue and you'll pass by some other sites, but it was quick and not really worth it. This is not much more than a very expensive Uber ride to Pearl Harbor. I recommend taking an Uber instead and saving your money.
This tour ran very smoothly. Couldn't quite work out reason for 6.10am pick up but all became clear when we got to Pearl Harbour Memorial. Tickets to theatre and boat experience were booked early which beat the crowds and the heat, so good. The rest of the tour of Honolulu highlights was also good with our guide Summer being very knowledgeable. In all, would recommend as Pearl Harbour experience a must to fully understand. Maybe a short stop at Punchbowl lookout and/or cemetery would have been a good inclusion.
The Pearl Harbox experience was amazing. I was able to share this educational time in history with my family for their first visit to Hawaii. Our tour guide Jonny Aloha was awesome. It was wonderful to hear all about the city and see the local sites around the island. Highly recommend this tour, and Jonny Aloha!
Great tour! It was raining but still able to tour. It is timed and so make time for being at designated location.
Family of 3. It was a great tour full of wonderful facts about Hawaii. Our tour guide was great and made the tour over the top. Pearl Harbor was wonderful and emotional at the same time. Taking time to pay respect to those lives lost.
I booked a Complete Pearl Harbor experience and was not able to enjoy it because Viator did not have our reservation that we fully paid for. I was charged $366.42 on my credit card prior and was only able to see the Pearl Harbor Memorial. We were dropped off and left at the memorial until 11AM, unable to enter all the other exhibits because they didn’t have our admission passes. We were supposed to spend our anniversary on the 10 hour tour but instead, spent at least 1.5 hours on the phone with them just to be told that they were unable to accommodate our reservations. It’s just best to book your admissions individually for each exhibit at Pearl Harbor and not go through Viator. Such a disappointment.
My guide was extremely knowledgeable would definitely book again. Gave me new insight on pearl harbor facts and honolulu.
A great way to cover the key sites if you are limited on time. Leena was an excellent guide - friendly, informative and fun.
Pickup at hotel was on time, organized, driver supplied the ticket entrance to board boat to Arizona memorial, the city tour was very average. Tour over in early afternoon so you can go to beach and hang out.
I was overwhelmed at the whole experience. I appreciated the knowledge our driver shared with us. Jorge even told us a story about a father/daughter on the USS Utah seeing we were from Utah. It was a wonderful experience.
Did not appreciate that I purchased tour and the night prior received a message that I would have to go standby to get on the Arizona memorial. Waited over an hour in the standby line and was lucky enough to get tickets from a passerby. I had just enough time to watch w quick movie and get back to the bus by 2pm. However, sat on the bus for 45 minutes waiting for others after being told when we arrived that they would be left behind if not on time. Had we known we would have stayed longer in the park. I would not recommend this tour as you have to get your own tickets anyway.
Tour guide was knowledgeable. Can spend hours on the U.S.S MISSOURI. INSIGHT on downtown Honolulu was amazing. Arizona Memorial allows you to reflect on the events of December 7th 1941.
Trip was cancelled 15 mins before pick up. Extremely disappointed. We were unable to re- book this tour.
Very bad experience with that guide, he didn't do the full tour claiming he didn't have the time, he arrived late, canceled the tour from one day to the next without notice, he only took us to point 1 and left us there for 6 hours
