7-line Maui Zipline On The North Shore

Corey and T were our guides and made the experience very enjoyable. Two of us had Ziplined before and two had not. They provided thorough safety briefing and some interesting historical facts, as well as information about local vegetation and Colleen’s restaurant! The length of Zipline was sufficient for what we were looking for, about 2 hours. Pricing was fair and availability was very good. There wasn’t a lot of people, so the flow of the experience was excellent.

We lucked out, yes it was raining but we had 2 people in our party and had a personalized tour with the guides since we were the only 2 that showed. Very nice, guides were fun and had good sense of humor. The length of visit was about an hour or so. Safety was the guides priority. We enjoyed the visit!

We took our daughter for her 15th birthday to Hawaii and I made many reservations and this had to be one of our favorite ones, the tour guides and the rest of the staff were amazing and they were all very friendly, they even showed us very cool tricks lol.

I had a great there. The instructions were pretty simple and straightforward beforehand. The two gentleman that helped were very friendly, funny and professional.

I took my daughter for her 9th birthday while we’re on vacation in Maui & the crew were amazing, supportive & brought out her adventurous side!! They were extremely knowledgeable about the property & zip-lining. They gave us a ton of fun facts about native history, plants & fruit, while interjecting hilarious jokes the whole time! It was a fantastic time!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband Troy and I had an awesome time at NorthShore Zipline! Ziplining through the eucalyptus trees was such a fun experience and definitely something we’ll remember from our Maui trip. Billy and Dallas were GREAT guides! They were friendly, funny, and made the whole experience even better. We felt comfortable and had a blast from start to finish. We would highly recommend NorthShore Zipline to anyone visiting Maui and looking for a fun adventure! 🌴🤙❤️

The guys are awesome. Kai and Corey were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Lots of fun. The age range in our combined group of people started at about 3 years old all the way up to about 70. Fun was had by all

The guides were excellent and very patient. Kaleb and Quentin (Q) not only took us through the course safely they made it a lot of fun and provided a lot of island information. So much fun!

Instructors were very fun and encouraging. Dallas and Sam were so much fun. I traveled with my wife and kids. My kids were a little scared, the crew so so encouraging to get my kids to have fun. They ended up loving the course and are looking forward to going zipling again soon.

We had a great experience zip lining. This was our first time zip lining and the crew were so patient and assuring. They were great with our two kids as well. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting an afternoon of thrill and fun!

Had a great time! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful not only with this tour but with offering advice for our entire trip. The guides for zip lining were absolutely wonderful in making sure we were comfortable the entire time. We had one person who was unable to participate due to health issues but they even made sure to make them feel as if they were a part of it by allowing them to walk along for most of it and take pictures.

Guides were great, and our group was fun. We arrived early, and they were able to put us with an earlier group, which was very nice. Would have loved to have some longer zips. Understand the storm knocked out the cameras, but we would have appreciated them telling us before we started. Definitely a great introduction to zip-lining, and a fun family activity!

Kai and Eli were the best with knowledge and history of the area and Hawaii… great experience with my wife and daughter❤️

I never went on this excursion as it was cancelled by the venue and I am still getting charged. there has been no help from Viator.

What a great experience for our family of 6 from 15-72! It was better than planned and love that they start with small first. The guided Tom and Clementine were amazing, full of local knowledge and just a good time!

Caleb and Dallas were exceptional tour guides. Super fun and accommodating with children during the tour. Very clear and instructions and calming throughout the tour. Highly recommend, can’t wait to do it again when I visit the island.

This place was awesome. The guides (Dallas and Q) were so entertaining and helpful to a bunch of first-timers. The place works you up to the higher levels nice and easy. And the views/grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend this to any group looking to get into this sport.

Great for beginners. This is a good intro to ziplining. The lines were progressively more challenging. We loved our tour guides and had a great overall experience. From pose challenges to dad jokes, there is something for everyone.

Our guides were very knowledgeable and easy to understand. They were very nice and made the experience very enjoyable. They shared information about the area and pointed things of interest ie. vegetation, plants. We enjoyed the other zipliners in our group making it a fun time for all

The guides were very nice, but the seven lines were very short, and five of the seven were very low lines. These lines would be good for first time zip liners, but for anyone that has zip lined before, it is not worth the time or price.

10/10 This was absolutely incredible. We were in the 2:00pm group on June 26th and we're were so blessed to have the most fabulous and personal guides! Beautiful scenery, fun course and the waterslide was a blast! Worth every penny. The photos are very reasonably priced as well. Will be back!

Pros: The operation is well run, safety is top notch and the staff are great. Cons: The zipline course itself is really dull and not worth the money. Half the lines you're barely 10 ft off the ground. You zigzag back and forth repeatedly over a baseball field. It felt like a playground. My family was bored. Maybe this would be OK for really little kids, but for adults and teens this was a yawn. I wish we hadn't wasted the money on this. My advice: skip this company and find a more exciting course.

Our family group of 11 members ranged in age from 14-70 and we couldn't be happier with the experience we had with NorthShore Zipline Co. We loved the guidance, encouragement and humor that the tour guides provided for us. Even our most apprehensive members felt comfortable with the course. Highly recommend!

Our family of 10 enjoyed the zip line. They loved all the different moves they could try, upside down, backwards on their backs. They also enjoy the staff they were funny. They as well liked picking guava.

Guides were super with all 3 generations!! Dallas, Tom & Ginger were lots of fun! Will certainly tell others about this experience!

We had a great time zip lining. The grounds are lush and beautiful, and the wartime museum was fascinating. Zip lines were fun and energetic - but most importantly was the feeling of flying while being safe and secure with the help of our informative guides. Highly recommend!

So much fun for the entire family! Everyone was really nice and knowledgeable, we had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend it and would absolutely do it again.

This was a fun time. The guides were all locals and had lots of fun facts about the area. They were happy to offer suggestions for the rest of your stay. We had never zip lined before and we had a blast. They work you up to the bigger, faster lines. It was so much fun!

i really loved this experience, i honestly wish the zip lines were longer and higher! it’s family friendly and pretty quick. we had perfect weather but they did say it mostly rains there so keep that in mind.

Great experience. Guides were super went above ad beyond normal service. Even retrieved my lost Chiefs Super Bowl hat at the end of the trip.

We had such a fun and enjoyable time ziplining in Haʻiku. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and honestly not scary just fun. The guides were great, friendly and knowledgeable about trees and history. We felt comfortable the entire time and enjoyed the views. This experience was outstanding. Our family thoroughly enjoyed it, and the staff made it even more memorable with their energy and hospitality. It was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had.

We had so much fun with Dallas and coy they are the best I felt safe I wasn't scared they did a great job.

As a solo traveler and U.S. Army veteran, my first ziplining experience could not have been better. I loved learning about Maui's World War II history while enjoying an incredible adventure. Tree and Chris brought the stoke! They kept us laughing the entire time and created a fun, welcoming atmosphere. I was having so much fun that I thought we were almost done, only to find out we were just halfway through. The little touches of aloha, like sharing information about native plants, made the experience even more special. I left Lahaina at 7:15 a.m., made the 8:30 check-in with no problem, had lunch in Paia afterward, and still had time for an afternoon snorkel trip on the Mololo before returning to Lahaina by 5 p.m. A great experience for solo travelers, first-time zipliners, and anyone looking for a uniquely Maui adventure.

My fiancé, sister and I did the 7 line Zipline experience with NorthShore and had such a blast! Ty and T, were our instructors and made sure we had a safe and fun experience along the way! From start to finish and the views of course, were beautiful!

Excellent area with beautiful views. Not hard to find the area with the instructions provided. Guides were amazing, knowledgeable and funny. As someone afraid of heights, the guides make you feel very comfortable and I felt safe the entire time. We had a blast and would gladly return.

2 part review: My review: I really enjoyed my experience from the woman who received us at the welcoming desk to the guides who took us on the course. At first I was slightly nervous but the guides assured us that we were safe and we would have a good time. There was an hiccup that occurred but one of our guides rectified it with patience and reassurance. Overall the experience was fun and I would do it again. My friend: I was really excited, although a little nervous for this zip-lining experience for my best friends birthday, everything was going smoothly until we got to the fifth line the guide put my trolley on backwards which caused me to stop mid air it quickly turned into a stressful and honestly scary situation. I was suspended for an uncomfortable amount of time because the guide couldn’t pull us back but luckily there was another amazing guide named Cully who crawled back across the line and got me to safety. I was skeptical about finishing the remaining lines but Cully made me feel safe so I continued and completed all lines although I was brought to safety. I felt like a simple mistake like that should have never happened I am grateful for Cully, I had a great time and I would do it again. My only recommendation is more training for the guy that was not able to not only pull me to safety but himself as well.
