I’m so glad we decided to go for a massage at Hawaii Natural Therapy. My massage therapist Garry was wonderful! I don’t like a heavy massage, so I asked him for something not too soft but not too deep, and it was perfect. He even taught me how to stretch my body after the massage. It was so relaxing—60 minutes wasn’t enough for me. I’ll definitely book a 90-minute session next time.

This was my first massage ever and it was AMAZING! Ivana made sure that I felt completely comfortable and was so sweet! She asked me if I had any certain problem areas that I wanted her to focus on, she asked how much pressure I wanted during the massage, and made me feel so relaxed. I would absolutely 100% go back to her! My husband also had Gary as his masseuse and he was awesome as well! I heard him explaining to my husband which stretches my husband needed to be doing to help with his tight muscles, and he explained in such a nice and informative way. The front desk worker was also so sweet! She made conversation with my husband and I and made check in and check out wonderful! This place was overall amazing!

Ivana and Gary were the absolute best! They really focused on us getting the most out of our massages from higher targeted areas to great communication throughout. The music and the scents really elevated the experience and boosted the environment even more. Can’t wait to come back and tell all our family and friends about this gem.

Our massage therapists were amazing. I booked for the 60 minute couples massage, and arrived a few minutes early. The facility was clean, smelled amazing, and quiet. Everyone was super friendly!

The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time experiencing prenatal massage and I didn't really know what to expect. Two pillows were provided and I had the massage first on my back and then on my side. It was so relaxing to relieve tight muscles. When my masseuse (I think her name was Heather) worked on my neck and shoulders, I fell asleep right away cause it felt so good. The pressure was just right and I like it on the harder side. I would totally recommend this place to my friends and come back. Everyone was super friendly and professional.

Our experience at Hawaiian Natural Therapy was amazing. We were running a few minutes late because of traffic but the reception made sure our reservation is still and not a problem. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and was offered water or a beverage. Akiko and Isaiah were TOP NOTCH. There was not a moment where we felt uncomfortable or not taken care of. They were respectful and responsive. I highly recommend!

Had a nice couples massage before vacation ended. Nice people and decent massages. The setting of the building might seem a bit sketchy, but once inside the setting was nice. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming. One masseuse was all business and didn't seem very friendly. The massages were good. Once we were done they were pretty quick to move us along while they were trying to set up for the next couple. Seems to me the bookings could have been a bit further apart to allow people to relax a bit more.

Great service! The receptionist was Aloha welcoming and answered all my questions. Parting was easy.... I found a spot on a visitor's parking spot. The clinic is clean and smells as a lavender.

My friend and I went for a couples massage. We had Christy and Akiko. Akiko did my massage and it was legit. We just moved f from Japan and I loved the standard of massages you get there. Akiko went above and beyond to offer that same service! She constantly checked to ensure the pressure was good. She was incredibly polite and always made me feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

We did the couples massage , Nikiko and Isaiah did an amazing job. They were professional yet personable. Becca was the receptionist, and she was amazing. She noticed TripAdvisor double charged us and went above and beyond to get us a refund and make sure we were charged the correct price. You don't get good customer service like this anymore, so kudos to her!!!

Service from start to finish was awesome. I had kiko as my masseuse. We did cupping for the first time, kiko did an amazing job and made us comfortable. Some yummy snacks are given at the end if your service. We enjoyed it very much

My wife and I have a fantastic experience at Hawaii Natural Therapy. We both love a good massage and have them as often as we can, especially when travelling. The massages Akemi and Kyoko gave us were among the best ever. Great technique and pressure and they both checked in to make sure everything was OK. I would highly recommend getting a massage there.

The massage therapists were great...We didn't get the hot towels and stones as was in the package we paid for...I also didn't appreciate that we paid double the price on Viator than what the actual place charges...

My wife and I booked a couples massage. The price was great, and my massage was excellent. My wife’s described her massage as “good, but not amazing.” YMMV depending on your masseuse. We’ll both be back next time we’re on Oahu.

I got the groupon for the 60 minute massage and facial scrub. Everything from the pressure of the massage to the service was excellent, I will def be back again! I highly recommend doing the package with the hot stones, it was a really nice touch

Great place for the best massage you've ever gotten! By far the best massage I've ever received. No weird vibes or anything from staff and I felt they truly cared about my rest and relaxation. Paul did a great job with my massage. I asked for a deep tissue and he delivered. Thanks for a great experience!
