1-hour Private Massage At Kihei Day Spa

The address listed is not where they are located. I had to Google them and get a phone number because no one called to give me an appt time for the day I selected when I paid online. I also do not believe the woman who gave me my massage is an actual licensed massage therapist because my massage was all over the place. She never asked me any questions about my need nor medical intake form. Then, she barely massaged my body. She rolled right over the trigger points I had in my neck and my back. She never massaged the front of my legs. There wasn't a proper order to the massage. She kept going back and forth from one area to the next and then back again. Example: backside, then feet, then arms, and feet again. The head massage was a couple taps on my forehead with her fingers, but no gentle massage as it is supposed to be. I was very disappointed to say the least. My money was not well spent. I do not usually write reviews even if service is subpar. But, I felt it was important to in this situation. When the masaage was over, I was gonna ask her about her credentials, but she never came back. Not to mention, I was also shorted my complete 1 hr service that I paid for. I looked at the time before she came in being that she was running late and I was on time. I left there and had to schedule a massage at the Sheraton Resort & Spa for a proper massage. Viator also does a horrible job in answering their massages since they advertise for this business. They need to do better about communicating promptly as I noticed others complained about the same issue with communication and also not being able to find the business. It is located in Lena's Hair Salon and Spa. I also will not disclose her name, but she know who she is and she needs to do better if she is licensed and is she is not licensed, she needs to stop. I digress.

Check your messages! We followed the map directions and it took us to the wrong place. Had to call viator to figure it out.

Ling gave me an amazing massage … one of the best I have ever had. Yes, her studio is in a salon, but other than entering and leaving, you would never know. Very professional and worth ever $

Despite my inability to use directions well, the staff was patient with us being a little late. It’s in Lena’s Nail salon. The address listed on Viator takes you to a different spa. They were very pleasant and gave both my mom and I good massages.

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve had if not the best one of all. Deep tissue and hot rocks were nice and soothing. Real relaxing and very respectful. Was very sore from hiking and running around and this was a great way to relive some of those issues.

Massage was wonderful but didn’t expect it to not be a spa like experience. It was basically a room in a nail salon. I could hear everyone talking around, blow dryers going etc. The staff were incredibly nice, just not the zen, spa setting I was hoping for.

Sarah was a great masseuse. However, the chemical odors for hair treatments in the salon were very strong. It would be preferred that the doors were opened for ventilation.

Great massage. Was directed to go to a different location close to the original. It was clean, but not fancy. All in all, it was an excellent massage so I was happy.

The massage was amazing! I sure needed it after a long flight and an overnight layover at LAX. I also got my legs waxed. This is a full service salon.

One of the best massages I have had ever! Sarah's expertise in massage therapy was one I have never experienced before. Her techniques provided a deep tissue massage to my problem areas (calfs and shoulders). Her professionalism and care in her field makes her a wonderful massage experience. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who has the time to visit her spa in Kihei. The massage was so great that I booked another massage two days after my first massage. Thank you Sarah! We booked a one-hour couples massage. First, the address was wrong so we had to call and get an updated address. Second, they did not have us on the schedule. Third, they told us they don’t do couples massage so it would one of us at a time (so it would take two hours). We ended up leaving and not wasting our time. Not what we booked for $200
